Well, it’s the Ritz Carlton, so expect the price and expect the proportional experience! Staff was super attentive from the moment I got on the shuttle bus to the moment I step off the bus going back to Tokyo. My Rooms was impressively spacious and impeccably appointed. I just havs breakfast once during my two nights stay, it was professionally prepared and it was priced accordingly ( very high end😂！）I decided to go on a diet so I can go back to eat in Tokyo, all joking aside, it was a great soul healing and spirit rejuvenating journey to visit Nikko😆😆😆

My first time visit to Japan and I was after an authentic Japanese accommodation. I booked a Japanese Style room with futon beds which were very comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean. My booking also included breakfast and dinner which were always outstanding, beautifully prepared and unique food items. They utilized farm to table dining and the women explained each item served. They provided and encouraged one to wear Kimonos’s /tabi socks / slippers during one’s stay at, “ Nikko Iwaiyado Juyan “. Which further contributed to the authentic Japanese vibe. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The hotel is nestled within mountains and the setting serene. Hotel is family owned and they take pride in caring for their guests.

酒店的穿梭巴士一天沒有幾班 要提前預約 有巴士到山腳下 要是有大件行李推上山真是不容易 酒店的歡迎飲料不錯 有軟飲料和啤酒 香檳 房間很小 日式床單和被子都有點薄 晚上會冷 溫泉是混湯的 裏面有很多漂浮物 不知道是keng還是溫泉本身的物質 硫磺氣味很濃 泡完了洗過澡還有硫磺味 應該是很正宗的溫泉 露天溫泉沒有做小景 一片雜草 泡着沒有意境 晚餐和早餐的定食是這麼多年來住過的一泊二食裏最差的 我沒吃完 因為太差了 早餐居然還有兩根火腿腸 我沒見過這麼敷衍的定食 總之這個酒店是一派沒落之像 完全不推薦

We especially liked the warm welcome when we arrived. We were greeted, shown around, taken to our room, and everything was explained to us, which made check-in very easy and comfortable. The public onsens aren't very big, but they never felt crowded while we were there. There are also some beautiful places to walk nearby. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Cada día, funciona desde el ”clásico hotel de la estación de sol JR” junto a la estación de sol hasta 9:00／ 9:30／ 10:00／ 15:15／ 16:15／ 17:15／ 18:15. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y el cálido aire de la parte trasera es muy bueno. Debió haber un poco de olor en la habitación, pero creo que puede haber un olor de extirpación (como un insecticida). Después de abrir la ventana, desaparecerá. El desayuno es normal, sin publicidad tan lujosa, pero tal vez porque no es el otoño. En general, creo que es una buena opción para la familia.
