Hoteles en Atenas con aparcamiento

El hotel tiene una vista fantástica; las habitaciones del sexto piso son estupendas, mientras que las de los pisos 2 al 5 son normales. Nos alojamos en el sexto piso y nuestra habitación era amplia, con vista directa a la Acrópolis. El único inconveniente es que el agua caliente funciona con energía solar; si no hay agua caliente después de ducharse, hay que encender la electricidad y esperar otros 30 minutos para que vuelva a salir agua caliente.

7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

Nos alojamos aquí por 3 noches en un viaje de negocios. Un corto paseo le llevará al Pardenon y al Nuevo Museo de la Acrópolis. La ubicación también es excelente, con muchos restaurantes griegos cerca. Todos en la recepción del hotel fueron amables. El espacio del restaurante de desayunos no es muy grande, pero podrá disfrutar de su comida en un ambiente relajado. El tamaño de la habitación le permitirá pasar un rato relajante. La presión del agua en la ducha era buena, pero me decepcionó que no había tapón en la bañera, por lo que no podía bañarme. El ascensor era retro y tenía un ambiente agradable, pero por otro lado, funcionaba lentamente. Aunque es todo lo contrario a un hotel moderno, creo que es un muy buen hotel para pasar un rato relajante en un hotel histórico de Europa.

La ubicación está cerca del puerto, pero el área circundante no es tan ideal. Mucho ruido durante todo el día, especialmente por la noche. Desayuno en el pequeño restaurante del hotel, pero el personal no fue amable con los huéspedes del desayuno del hotel. Siempre con prisa por limpiar la mesa y prepararla para los próximos invitados. El chico que estaba a mi lado fue a tomar otra comida y regresó para que le limpiaran la mesa y la dejaran sin utensilios, ¡DOS VECES! Se fue sin tomar café, ya que el camarero se negó a servirlo en la mesa. Al final

La sala familiar era regular; la ventana daba a un patio interior. No entraba luz solar y el sofá era normalito. El agua embotellada del refrigerador parecía tener coste, pero no la bebí. La única ventaja era la generosa selección de desayuno. Una comida me alcanzaba para medio día.

Una estancia decepcionante En primer lugar, los empleados cobraron repetidamente la tarifa de la habitación y dieron descripciones inconsistentes del dinero (¡afortunadamente, el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip se comunicó activamente y lo elogió!). En segundo lugar, las instalaciones de la habitación no eran muy nuevas y la limpieza era normal (como se muestra en la Imagen). Al comunic**** con el hotel sobre los temas anteriores, la actitud del personal del hotel es generalmente después de enoj****. Solo con la actitud de resolver el problema, le regalé el desayuno. Deberíamos centrarnos en elogiar el servicio al cliente de Ctrip por ser muy eficiente, resolver problemas activamente y reembolsar impuestos y tarifas.

Me alojé en una habitación individual en el cuarto piso. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía una ventana que se abría. Había una nevera nueva en la habitación, lo cual fue fantástico, y pude disfrutar de bebidas bien frías. El baño era pequeño, pero tenía todo lo que necesitaba. La habitación se limpiaba a diario y se proporcionaban toallas y sábanas limpias. La persona que limpiaba era muy amable. Había suficiente espacio para todas mis maletas; era un poco estrecha, pero muy buena relación calidad-precio. Desayuné todas las mañanas. El comedor era muy agradable. El desayuno es básico, pero todo es muy fresco y está bien presentado. En el primer piso había un fuerte olor a tabaco y supuse que era la planta de fumadores. El cuarto piso, donde me alojé, era muy tranquilo y no olía a humo en absoluto. Como viajero no fumador, ¡tengo que tener estas necesidades cubiertas! El personal de recepción fue muy amable y educado. El hotel está en el centro, a solo 20 minutos a pie de todos los lugares de interés de Atenas. ¡Es un paseo estupendo! ¡Hay muchas tiendas interesantes! El Museo Arqueológico está a un corto paseo del hotel, así que está muy bien ubicado. La estación de tren principal está a solo 15 minutos a pie. Hay un sitio estupendo para cenar bien justo a la vuelta de la esquina por unos 12 euros, una ganga. Me encantaron las tiendas de la zona. Una estancia muy cómoda; sin duda volvería. Como viajera sola, me sentí bastante segura en el hotel. Es un hotel sencillo, limpio y económico. Las imágenes adjuntas muestran lo mencionado, incluyendo fotos de la habitación.

Viajé a Atenas por negocios. La habitación estaba en el centro, era espaciosa y estaba cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. Ofrece aparcamiento de pago justo al lado, así que no hay que buscar sitio. El servicio fue excelente y el personal muy amable. ¡Sin duda volvería a elegirlo!

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
