HHuangjinjibieguibin在亞美尼亞一人特種兵兩天，前一天住的阿爾梅娜旅館，簡直了，早知道就定這裏了，乾淨乾淨乾淨！無任何異味，甚至床單還有香味，如果你一個人來自由行，適合住這裏，埃裏温很小，到哪裡都可以步行，去火車站也行，去hyur定一日遊步行也不遠，第一次來，電梯要刷卡，一樓有門衞，找他即可，但是不提供牙刷，拖鞋，需要自備請悉知，早餐咖啡可以喝飽打足精神再出發！

UUsuario invitadoAcabo de registrarme y quería dejar mi reseña, ya que mañana es mi último día en Ereván y estaré ocupado. Reservé una noche a través de Trip.com y todo es exactamente como se describe. La habitación es limpia, acogedora y tiene algunos extras interesantes: un sofá cama, un armario adicional, un bidé en el baño e incluso nos ofrecieron té y agua de bienvenida. El colchón de la cama también es súper cómodo, algo que agradecí mucho.
El personal es muy amable y atento. No hay ascensor, pero estarán encantados de ayudarte con el equipaje y cualquier cosa que necesites.
La primera vez, puede que sea un poco difícil encontrar la ubicación, ya que el hotel está dentro de un bloque de viviendas. Pero una vez allí, es fácil llegar de nuevo. Simplemente busca la pequeña calle justo después de Armeconombank, síguela hasta el final y, al llegar al patio trasero, mira a tu derecha: verás el edificio.
Esta revisión se produce después de cambiar muchos hoteles durante la semana pasada y, sinceramente, este se destaca por su relación calidad-precio, comodidad y servicio. Definitivamente reservaré nuevamente en mi próximo viaje a Armenia.

الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

UUsuario anónimoOverall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries.
In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options.
I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted.
And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it.
To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

La habitación es espaciosa, una botella de agua libre a la llegada.Lo que no me gusta es el aire acondicionado bastante caliente (inútil para ajustar). Otra cosa no tan buena es que el desayuno bufé comenzó bastante tarde, a las 8:00. Las visitas de día normalmente comienzan a las 9:00 (y en otra ubicación alrededor 10-15 minutos a pie). Esto significa que tuve que apresurar mi desayuno dentro de 15-20 minutos.

Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated.
We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding.
The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes.
The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan.
Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!

IIrinaSibirElegí el Alex Hotel para pasar media noche y la mañana entre vuelos. Fue una buena elección porque el taxi me dejó en el hotel en unos diez minutos (está a unos kilómetros de la ciudad), el hotel fue fácil de encontrar y me recibieron y me registraron a las 3 de la noche. El lugar es tranquilo y la habitación estaba limpia. Agua caliente en el baño. Recomendaría una cortina para la ducha, porque era imposible ducharse, el agua salpicaba todo el baño, literalmente. El desayuno incluía arroz con garbanzos, algo así como shawarma vegetariano, ensalada de col y zanahoria, dos tipos de galletas, té y café. Un costo de 3000 drams es un poco demasiado, en mi opinión. Sin embargo, en general, el hotel está bien para pasar la noche entre vuelos.

It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
