Hoteles en Dubái con aparcamiento

De los tres hoteles en los que me alojé durante mis 9 días en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, este fue el más decepcionante. Si es un viaje de placer con tiempo y planea quedarse varios días, no lo recomiendo. La mayoría de los huéspedes aquí son viajeros que toman vuelos, viajeros de negocios o tripulación de cabina. Hay demasiados huéspedes, por lo que el personal del hotel es bastante indiferente y poco atento, incapaz de ofrecer un servicio detallado y amable. Este hotel cobra extra por una cama adicional para niños, y las instalaciones de la habitación son relativamente antiguas. Las toallas no cumplen con el estándar de JW. Además, como los dos hoteles anteriores nos eximieron de la tarifa por cama adicional, este hotel resultó ser una decepción. El desayuno es como una batalla campal. A las 7 de la mañana, el restaurante ya está abarrotado. Hay muchos compatriotas, y el nivel de caos es comparable a la temporada alta en un hotel de tres estrellas. La experiencia gastronómica es muy normal. La conclusión de mi viaje de 9 días es que no es necesario quedarse mucho tiempo en Dubái, ¡guarden su valioso tiempo para Abu Dabi! La habitación no tenía nada digno de fotografiar, por eso no hay fotos.

Ubicado justo a la entrada de la estación de metro Dubai Financial Centre, es la opción más cómoda para desplazarse con facilidad. Habitación cómoda y acogedora con una decoración preciosa y vistas panorámicas al emblemático Burg Khalifa de Dubái. Gran selección de comida y bebida para el desayuno, con muchísimas opciones. El personal es amable, atento y servicial. Pero esperar el ascensor es un reto aún mayor.

Приветливый персонал русскоговорящий (меня встретила девушка на ресепшене, очень приятная и учла все пожелания) Еще мне дали купол в ресторан) очень приятно! И продлили номер без оплаты👀 вдвойне приятно 🙏🏽 Когда я выезжала мне подарили подарки 👀 благодарю 🙏🏽 Еще мне понравилось безопасность в отеле, много охраны и спасателей !!!

Estaba bastante nervioso antes de reservar porque no había muchas fotos ni reseñas de mi tipo de habitación. Hablemos primero de la ubicación. Este hotel está ubicado en la entrada de Palm Island. Aunque no está cerca de la ciudad, es muy conveniente para ingresar a Palm Island o ir al puerto deportivo de Dubai y al Fort Market. El hotel árabe es muy conveniente. Alquilamos un automóvil y conducimos nosotros mismos, pero creo que la ubicación es excelente y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente. Le proporcionaremos servicio de valet parking. Instalaciones: La vista al mar de dos habitaciones está frente a Palm Island. Frente a nuestra habitación 1205 se encuentra el One and Only Hotel, que se puede decir que es muy rentable. Además, cada uno de los dos dormitorios tiene un baño y un aseo con ducha, y también hay un baño en la zona común. Aunque la superficie es de sólo 88 metros cuadrados, es suficiente para dos familias. Si necesitas cocinar en la cocina, solo necesitas comprar condimentos, etc. Si tienes estómago chino, es posible que lo necesites. Higiene: Se limpia todos los días, el orden está bien. Desayuno: Sorprendentemente no está mal, al menos no tengo grandes esperanzas en el desayuno de este servicio en sí, pero se puede decir que este hotel tiene un nivel nacional de cuatro o cinco estrellas.

EspañolExperiencia excepcional en The Royal Atlantis en Dubái Mi reciente estadía en The Royal Atlantis en Dubái fue verdaderamente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegué, el nivel de lujo y la atención al detalle superaron mis expectativas. La arquitectura del hotel es impresionante y ofrece vistas impresionantes de la ciudad y el mar. La habitación era espaciosa, estaba impecablemente limpia y elegantemente diseñada con comodidades modernas. El servicio fue impecable: el personal siempre fue amable y estaba dispuesto a hacer todo lo posible para satisfacer cualquier solicitud. Las opciones para comer eran fenomenales, con una amplia variedad de restaurantes que ofrecen cocina de primera clase. Las instalaciones, especialmente las piscinas y el spa, fueron de las mejores que he experimentado. Relajarse junto a la piscina infinita con vista al Golfo Pérsico fue una verdadera delicia. El hotel también ofrece fácil acceso a áreas de playa privadas, lo que se suma a la exclusividad general y la sensación de lujo. Si está buscando una experiencia de hotel de primer nivel en Dubái, The Royal Atlantis vale cada centavo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

Aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad, hay autobuses lanzadera todos los días que pueden llevarte a los grandes almacenes o a la playa. La habitación es grande y cómoda y tiene bañera. Simplemente fue arreglada para tener vistas. un piso alto gracias a la amabilidad del chico de la recepción. Enfrente está el centro comercial Carrefour. La mayor parte del desayuno es comida del Medio Oriente. La piscina en el primer piso es bastante hermosa. Se siente como si estar aquí estuviera aislado del mundo y fuera un ambiente tranquilo.

Considerándolo todo, una gran experiencia con algunos problemas mencionados al final. Personal servicial, especialmente valet parking, servicio de equipaje, check-in temprano para nosotros sin cargo, paquete de desayuno temprano para el check-out, etc. La ubicación también es muy céntrica (por supuesto, solo es conveniente en coche o taxi/Uber). Arslan desde el desayuno es excelente y amable. Hace su trabajo perfectamente. Además, Raj del garaje (punto de entrega) es muy amable, servicial y te anima cada vez que lo conoces. Abdullah de limpieza (limpieza de habitaciones) es el mejor que he visto en el servicio de hotel en su puesto. Rápido, eficiente, amigable y con los pies en la tierra. Algunos problemas: Los ascensores tardan MUCHO en llegar. Aunque la mayoría de las personas que sirven desayunos son geniales, algunas veces olvidan tus pedidos, traen pedidos equivocados, etc. La televisión es muy tenue, el sonido es muy bajo y la transmisión desde un iPhone solo funciona la mitad del tiempo con muchas desconexiones. Los albornoces tuvieron que solicitarse explícitamente un par de veces (ya olvidados), en la recepción solo había 1 o 2 personas y casi siempre estaba ocupada con otro huésped, lo que significa tiempo de espera. En general, fue una gran experiencia y, para Navidad y Año Nuevo, encontramos un precio relativamente bueno para un hotel de 5 estrellas en esta época. ¡Recomendado!

Excellent!!!🎉🎉🎉 We're absolutely thrilled!!!🥰 We usually book a double bed Superior room, which is already huge and comfortable, but we were overjoyed to be upgraded to the family room – it was truly amazing! A huge thank you to the reception staff, who are always super helpful and accommodating. Even though it was just a 1-night stay, they made it so relaxing from checking in till we checked out. They truly deserve a 7-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. ❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
