Ubicado justo a la entrada de la estación de metro Dubai Financial Centre, es la opción más cómoda para desplazarse con facilidad. Habitación cómoda y acogedora con una decoración preciosa y vistas panorámicas al emblemático Burg Khalifa de Dubái. Gran selección de comida y bebida para el desayuno, con muchísimas opciones. El personal es amable, atento y servicial. Pero esperar el ascensor es un reto aún mayor.

Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos de nuestras primeras vacaciones como familia de tres con nuestro bebé de 7 meses en el Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. Elegimos este hotel porque tenía una playa privada (no queríamos perder tiempo viajando a una playa cada día), estaba ubicado lejos del bullicio de Dubái, ofrecía una cama king size (yo practico colecho con mi bebé) y tenía la opción de incluir el desayuno (de nuevo, no queríamos perder tiempo buscando o desplazándonos a un lugar para desayunar con un bebé). Comparado con otros hoteles de la zona, es un hotel relativamente pequeño y nuevo. Sin embargo, esto solo mejoró nuestra experiencia positiva, ya que le dio un toque más personal. Los aparcacoches (¡lo siento, no recuerdo sus nombres!) llevaron nuestro coche al aparcamiento mientras otros miembros del personal llevaban nuestro equipaje a la habitación. Diana, en recepción, fue la primera persona del equipo que conocimos y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia. ¡Muchas gracias a Arun Gawam del servicio de limpieza! Disfrutamos de las cápsulas de café y las galletas Biscoff que nos proporcionaban después de cada limpieza a fondo. Algunas reseñas mencionaban ruido, pero nosotros solo oímos algo de taladro arriba durante el día y algo de música afuera el viernes y el sábado por la noche. Ninguno de estos ruidos nos molestó ni a nosotros ni a nuestra bebé. El desayuno buffet era increíble y tenía mucha variedad, con algunas opciones que cambiaban cada día, así que tuvimos algo de variedad. El personal, amable y dinámico, ya conocía nuestros pedidos de té y café desde el primer día y siempre nos saludaba con una sonrisa. Nos preguntaban a diario si queríamos los huevos cocinados de alguna manera en particular. Esto fue genial porque nuestra bebé está empezando a comer sólidos. A nuestra niña le encantaba ver a todos los miembros del personal, trabajadores y sonrientes, saludándola cada mañana. Me gustaría agradecer especialmente a Rojean, Rashmi y Aldrin, así como a Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, el chef Prabin, el chef James, el chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun y Puja. La playa privada fue uno de los mejores momentos de nuestras vacaciones. Nos encantó el acceso fácil y rápido a la playa, con botellas de agua y toallas de playa que nos proporcionaron a nuestra llegada. Las cabañas fueron geniales para tener privacidad, ya que tuve que amamantar a mi bebé en la playa. El wifi fallaba a ratos en la playa, pero supongo que eso nos ayudó a relajarnos más. ¡Muchas gracias a Bidan, Chamodi y Roni por cuidarnos allí! El único inconveniente para mí fue la falta de enchufes para conectar el secador de pelo en el baño, junto al espejo del baño o junto al espejo del escritorio. Tuvimos que conectar el secador al enchufe junto a la cama y, por lo tanto, tuvimos que secarnos el pelo en la cama, lo cual no fue un gran problema, solo una molestia y un poco ruidoso justo al lado de nuestro bebé. En general, ¡fueron unas vacaciones estupendas gracias a todo el personal!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. La station de métro est juste devant à 3min à pied ainsi la station des taxis. Le studio est spacieux même pour deux personnes pour une longue période même. Le service de ménage est très bien, il nettoie tout les jours. L’eau, le café, sucre, thé et du lait offert par l’hôtel. La partie kitchenette est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour préparer des plats. Le frigo est très bien fonctionnel et grand aussi pour mettre de la nourriture. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner correct

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

Aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad, hay autobuses lanzadera todos los días que pueden llevarte a los grandes almacenes o a la playa. La habitación es grande y cómoda y tiene bañera. Simplemente fue arreglada para tener vistas. un piso alto gracias a la amabilidad del chico de la recepción. Enfrente está el centro comercial Carrefour. La mayor parte del desayuno es comida del Medio Oriente. La piscina en el primer piso es bastante hermosa. Se siente como si estar aquí estuviera aislado del mundo y fuera un ambiente tranquilo.

La decoración es muy agradable y elegante, y la limpieza excelente. Sin embargo, el servicio fue deficiente. El día 9, al hacer el *check-out*, olvidé mi teléfono en el vestíbulo. Estacioné el coche un minuto en la entrada del hotel y un guardia de seguridad, un hombre ***** y corpulento, se negó rotundamente a dejarme aparcar. Le expliqué que solo iba a entrar al vestíbulo a buscar mi teléfono, pero insistió en no dejarme estacionar. A otros conductores árabes los dejaba aparcar sin problema, pero a mí, por ser chino, no me lo permitió. Quizás pensó que los chinos somos fáciles de intimidar. Al final, después de una larga discusión, estacioné igualmente en la entrada y entré a buscar mi teléfono. Todo lo demás fue satisfactorio; solo me enfadó el incidente con este guardia de seguridad ***** al momento de la salida.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. El desayuno y el gimnasio son tan buenos como antes. Hay estaciones de metro, restaurantes deliciosos y supermercados cerca del hotel. El servicio también es muy atento y la recepción responde rápidamente.

Bonito hotel en general. Bonitas habitaciones y comodidades. Mi único problema son las suposiciones de algunos empleados cuando ven a un hombre y una mujer caminando juntos en el hotel y en la habitación, especialmente por la noche. Y sólo parece aplic**** cuando una mujer no lleva una abaya ”moderadamente vestida como algunos la llamarían”. En caso de duda, simplemente sea amable y discreto y pregunte amablemente sin el tono y la mirada condescendientes. Recuerde que los clientes del hotel son la razón por la que tiene un trabajo.

La habitación era muy bonita y limpia, y el personal de recepción fue amable y nos ayudó con el equipaje. Está cerca de la estación de metro y hay un centro comercial con restaurantes en las inmediaciones. El único inconveniente fue la vista desde la ventana, que era bastante mediocre.

Stayed for 3 nights and I would say it was a decent experience for the price I paid. My purpose for providing this review is to help people know what to expect because I personally striggled to find very helpful reviews on this platform. I hope this helps☺️ Dates: Ocotber 2-4, 2026 Room: 219 Lobby: Very clean and modern. Not too huge, but spacious. The bar is located there and I thought it was closed coz I would come back from work at around 11PM and I couldn't really hear any music. Until one night, someone came out and I finally heard the music, so I would say soundproofing was great. Breakfast: I booked the room only option. When I asked the front desk how much it would cost if I wanted to get the breakfast buffet, he gave me a voucher and I only paid 39AED. I only ate their once because even though the food was delicious, the options were very limited. Deposit and pay at hotel charges: I was prepared to pay something as mentioned here in Trip, but the front desk said all was paid for so I had extra money to spend 😁 Service: 24/7 reception. They were all friendly and very accommodating. No language barrier too💜 Room: Now this is specifically for the room I stayed in which is why I indicated it above. Other rooms may be different. My first impression was that everything looks clean and nice. Bed was well made, there's one red couch good for one person, and the TV was an okay size (I didn't get to use it coz I have my phone). There are quite a few things I didn't like about the room after fully checking everything. 1. The full length mirror had a tiny crack. Not a problem with me, but I was afraid they might charge me for it so I took a picture to show as proof that it was already there. I didn't report it coz I also thought maybe they already know and just didn't have any opportunity to replace it yet. 2. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but not only did the room constantly smell like some just smoked there, but it also smelled damp (probably coz of the carpet). I'm okay with the smell of cigarettes coz I used to smoke too. It was the damp smell that really bothered me. This problem can also be smelled as soon as you step out of the elevator and into the hallway. 3. Bed was really comfy, but I had to ask for a blanket coz I thought they forgot to put one. Turns out that the white sheet on top of the mattress topper was already the blanket😅 I thought there was supposed to be another layer after the mattress topper coz it was so thin that I could see the mattress through it. 4. I was expecting to have a slipper coz it said on here that it will be provided, but there wasn't any in the room. 5. The lights in the bathroom were too dim for me. The bathtub has a shower head, but there's also a separate shower space. I wanted to use the bathtub but there's a yellow stain so I didn't dare use it😅 Water temperature was nice though. 6. There's only 1 socket near the bed which was on the left side. 7. Phone on the bedside wasn't working. I had to use the one on the office table when I had to call reception. 8. My room seemed to be part of a connecting room as there was an extra door near the windows. My issue with that is the walls weren't really soundproof and I got woken up in the middle of my first night with a group of people laughing and shouting (I honestly thought they were fighting😅, but seemed like they were all just drunk). 9. AC was really great though I had to lower the fan speed coz the motor was really loud when I got in. My suggestions to the hotel: If you have any plans of renovating, might be best to not use carpet, or you should probably do a more thorough cleaning. Also, please use better smelling shampoo and conditioner 😁
