¡Muchas gracias a Louise (recepción) por sus excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente! Esperamos en la cola durante 45 minutos en el check-in y nos decepcionó mucho, pero ella logró cambiar nuestra experiencia negativa. ¡Lo que me encanta de la habitación es la máquina de café! La comida era increíble y el personal era agradable. Lo único que me gustaría es que pudieras mostrar el menú del resto y la barra en la habitación para que no tengamos que bajar. En general, ¡fue una experiencia increíble! ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

¿Qué puedo decir? Desafortunadamente, no hay mucho bueno con este hotel.
Este es un hotel completo para fiestas y cuando un amigo que vive en Dubái me lo aconsejó, no entendí a qué se refería. llegar a la piscina principal para relajarse, esto es imposible, tiene entre 20 y 35 años bebiendo y disfrutando de la escena de la fiesta. Estás hombro con hombro. Labios afuera, traseros afuera, tetas afuera. En general, esto es lo que se siente alrededor de una piscina. Sin embargo, nunca he estado en un lugar donde sentí que todo era tan basura. De hecho, no entiendo por qué un hotel querría atraer este tipo de clientela.
Siempre puedes observar a la gente en el vestíbulo. Observamos y escuchamos a una mujer joven que decía que le habían dado dinero falso. Cuando otra persona le preguntó de dónde procedía, ella fue vaga. por un servicio Esta fue una de las muchas conversaciones que escuchamos en los 5 días.
La habitación, a primera vista bastante agradable (suite junior), sin embargo, se le proporciona un secador de pelo, pero el enchufe del baño no se ajusta al secador de pelo provisto.
Hay un enchufe debajo del televisor en el área principal pero no hay espejo. En el escritorio hay un espejo pero sin enchufe. El baño de invitados/tocador: tienes que sentarte en el inodoro para cerrar la puerta. Mal diseñado. Lo cual es decepcionante ya que los accesorios del baño son de una marca cara. Excucation es de baja calidad. No hay estantes en la ducha, por lo que si trae su propio champú, etc., debe ponerlos en el piso. Se estaban realizando trabajos / perforaciones y se podía escuchar esto desde las 7 am. Esto no fue un problema cuando era durante el día, pero cuando te despiertas a las 11:00 p. m. para escuchar esto, esto se convierte en un problema. Ningún hotel de cinco estrellas de buena reputación haría esto y lo encontraría aceptable.
La habitación tiene una tarjeta que dice que no se permite fumar, pero se proporciona un cenicero.
No puedo opinar sobre el buffet ya que optamos por ir al restaurante y así fue. excelente, era tranquilo y un hermoso patio.
Sin embargo, el personal siempre fue amable y servicial.
Pero en general, este tiene que ser el hotel más basura de Dubai.
Quédate si eres joven. ¡Es como estudiantes/vacaciones de primavera cada minuto! ¡Pero fue un no de mi parte!

El hotel esta muy bien, muy limpio y bien situado. Nosotros utilizamos para desplazarnos taxi y sin problema. A 8 minutos del Burj Khalifa i 15 de Dubai Marina. La comida muy buena tanto el desayuno como el almuerzo. Todos los empleados super atentos y pendientes de todo. La piscina grande y con suficientes tumbonas (es cierto que ahora es temporada baja y no hay tanta gente). Aunque para nuestro gusto lo unico que nos molestaba era el aire tant frio. Ya que al hacer tanto calor fuera había una diferencia de temperatura enorme. Decir que todos los locales interiores de los Emiratos pasa lo mismo...

El personal fue excelente. Cuando llegamos nos recibió el aparcacoches y nos ayudó de inmediato. Muy complaciente y el servicio fue rápido. La recepción me explicó todo lo que necesito saber, especialmente fue nuestra primera vez en el hotel. El ambiente de la habitación era muy relajante y acogedor. Una de las barras de la cortina estaba dañada, creo que el personal también necesita hacer una inspección. Las almohadas y las sábanas olían a sudor y parece que no las han reemplazado. Inmediatamente lo reemplazaron después de que me quejé. Las almohadas deben cambiarse con más frecuencia ya que huele a cabeza de alguien. Se siente y huele sucio. El ezone fue una gran iniciativa para los niños, aunque las comodidades y los juegos son pocos. El buffet es increíble. Tiene muchas opciones y realmente delicioso. Deberían agregar un asistente para atender a los niños en las escaleras cercanas que van a los toboganes de la piscina, ya que algunos de ellos son ruidosos y podrían causar un accidente.

Un resort muy bonito! Grande para parejas. Muy romántico. La laguna es hermosa. El servicio era excelente! 14 restaurantes situados en el resort con muchas opciones y excelente calidad. La habitación y los muebles pueden estar un poco fechados, pero eso no afectaría la estadía muy feliz en general.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno para una estancia corta, pero la seguridad es un problema y en gran medida debido a su vecindad.
Creo que la mayoría de sus empleados del hotel son buenos, pero tienen que tener cuidado con el sexismo y necesitan más formación para respetar los derechos de los consumidores.

228oussamaeHotel nuevo y majestuoso, muy bonito a la altura de otros grandes hoteles de Dubai, desayuno excelente, habitaciones muy bien decoradas ( pocos hoteles usan madera de Ebano el los muebles de las habitaciones). A pesar de ser nuevo han seleccionado a un staff muy cualificado. Llegue esta madrugada con mis niños y hubo un inconveniente con la preparación de la habitación tal ha sido mi cabreo que tenia decidido marcharme el día siguiente hasta que intervino el manager de noche Señor Tolga que de manera muy elegante ofreciéndonos un upgrade de la habitación sin cargo. Como gerente de un grupo de empresas tengo muy claro que los errores se pueden cometer pero una gran empresa es la que sabe rectificar y dar soluciones a los clientes. Recomiendo al 100% el hotel Sofitel The obelisk y ante cualquier duda preguntad por el excelente manager el señor Tolga.

VVarunMe alojé en el hotel Grand Excelsior Al Barsha una noche en diciembre de 2022. Qué hotel tan increíble. Me recibieron con mucha amabilidad y esto continuó durante toda mi estancia. Reservé la habitación king y mi habitación estaba situada en el sexto piso. La habitación era fantástica. Limpio, moderno y tenía una vista fantástica. Las habitaciones eran grandes para los estándares de Dubai. No me puedo quejar de este hotel.
