Viajamoa mucho y procuramos que sea siempre con Melia. Pero esta vez se han superado!! La estancia ha sido perfecta, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. I booked Le Damantin hotel and spa last week for our visit to Paris. We were greeted at the door and sat in the lounge with the concierge who went over the details of the hotel. Spa pool bar etc. Then we had someone take our luggage to our room which was ready for us as we arrived. We were served a drink while we waited and then taken to our room. It was exactly what we were expecting, spacious and clean with a clear view of the eifel tower from the window. Anything I needed from taxis to reservations to resturaunts, the staff covered everything and were so polite. The bar area is great for drinks and bartenders are extremely helpful with anything you need brought to your room. I'm not the best with French, but they made reservations for us at great resturaunts even when reserving a table online wasn't available. It was maybe 2 blocks from great shopping, and most of the shops will deliver to the hotel so you don't have to carry your bags around. I dont know why there are any negative reviews, and maybe they've corrected any mistakes but we had a great stay and have already recommended it to a friend visiting Paris soon, and will definitely book again in the summer when we come back!

El desayuno es bueno, no un restaurante de buffet, es un paquete, más que parte de dinero. Puede añadir cama, pero la cama super grande es realmente grande, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo cerca de la torre de Ephil, pero si no se elige una habitación de paisaje, el bar puede ver el panorama de la calle. El diseño y la colección del hall del hotel son puntos brillantes, el pequeño jardín no debe perderse, muy bonito. En cuanto a la habitación, la verdad es que el salón puede decirse en general, el servicio es realmente muy bueno. Al registrarse en la recepción, hay gente china que recibe y comunica. En general, sigue siendo genial.

Buena ubicación, habitación grande, limpia, segura. Camina cinco minutos de donde voy. Cerca del río, apto para caminar. Casi 3.000 noches sin desayuno es un poco hosco. Además, hay pocos lugares para desayunar cerca. Elija menos cafés y panaderías. Pero el próximo viaje de negocios sigue siendo una buena elección. No hay una habitación tan grande al mismo precio en París.

We recently holidayed in Paris at the Hotel du Bois. We stayed from the 7th to the 15th we took our granddaughter who said the holiday was amazing. We even managed to enjoy their Fabulous National holiday. The hotel du bois is classed as a 3 star hotel but the location is great it’s a short walk to every where ie the Arc de triomphe, etc. But what made trip really special was the 5 star staff at thE hotel, zahir and all the reception staff were kind and helpful and patient and could do enough for us. Munya and all the kitchen staff who did our breakfast were fabulous. Munya with her genuinely welcoming smile was a joy and we cannot thank the staff enough. Do yourself a favour and give this hotel a go. We Had a nice triple room that had everything we needed . We will be visiting again for sure Catherine, Stephen and Lucy room 114.

Qué hacer cuándo uno reserva un Sofitel y se encuentra en el mejor de los casos, con un Mercure. La bienvenida empezó bien, con el portero muy amable. En el check in, las cosas empezaron a ir mal, no reconociendo mi calidad de miembro diamante y colocándome en una habitación en el primer piso. Dónde las cosas se pusieron feas, es cuándo nos dirigimos a la habitación, el elevador minúsculo, las alfombras de un color gris y negro para disimular la suciedad, y una habitación “suite” improvisada, con una distribución de espacio espantosa. El hotel no huele bien, ni a limpio, sino todo lo contrario. Revisando la habitación encontramos la bolsa para ropa sucia manchada y lo colocamos en el basurero. Grande fue nuestra sorpresa que al día siguiente, cuando volvimos de noche encontramos la misma bolsa para ropa sucia en la cama (abertura de cama). Quitaron la misma bolsa del basurero para poner en la cama. El desayuno, un mercado, sin espacio para caminar y con muy pocas opciones. Por favor, cierren este hotel y hagan una reforma, poniendo el baño todo en un mismo lugar, y cambien esas alfombras sucias o quiten la marca Sofitel, el lugar no lo merece y menos nosotros.

La ubicación es muy buena, hay LV, Chanel, Maxmara y otras tiendas de marcas cercanas a 5 minutos a pie. La recepción es muy acogedora y está decorada en estilo francés. Reservamos una habitación triple, pero si no la teníamos, dábamos dos habitaciones. La habitación es relativamente grande, limpia y cálida. El restaurante de desayuno es relativamente pequeño y puede estar lleno.

A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5-star in the best way! I stayed at the West End Hotel for a recent business trip and was very pleased with my stay. In addition to business travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for celebratory couples trips, girls' holiday, and anyone who wants beautiful central base for shopping and restaurants and cultural landmarks and museums. The room was not huge but bigger than other standard rooms I've stayed at in Paris and there were two closets which really helped me tuck away my luggage and all my clothes to keep the room nice and tidy. The front desk was so warm and welcoming—such a nice bonus when you're running around for work. When I landed at the airport I was able to call and let them know and they had my room ready early on arrival. Anyone traveling knows how wonderful and comforting this is. Wifi was good, bath products (Hermes and Balmain) were a nice little luxury, bathroom and room was spotless, housekeeping was professional and consistent. Felt very safe. Aesthetically the hotel had a girlish Parisian-chic trendy meets traditional style that might not suit everyone's taste but I found it very charming. I will return here for my next business trip or Paris holiday with friends.
