The location is beautiful (rooms, position and cleanliness) but a part of the personnel and services have not provided services as a 5 star: - i paid in advance for 3 nights and the day before to go to Paris an important part of my family passed away and I have asked if it is possible to postpone the stay (not the refundable, but just an advance payment on a future stay) and a very rude employee denied it without giving me any possibility to negotiate - the European breakfast was good (paid in advance) but with tiny portions and they added 5 € for salmon and 7€ for still and sparkling water each; - on the 3rd day, my wife and I, for the abovementioned reason, we back and forth from Italy in a day with flight from CDG at 6.30am; we kindly ask to the hotel to provide us the breakfast and they gave us 3 small piece of bread, 3 small brioches and 3 small pot of jar without any spoon, fork to eat it, without any drinks. - furthermore, no liquid soap, shampoo and body lotion have been changed during the stay in a nutshell: very beautiful place with very bad service!

La experiencia fue maravillosa. Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación, la habitación era muy grande, todo era muy limpio y aconchegado. La ubicación es central, puedes ir a pie a Lafayette o tomar el metro que está literalmente fuera del hotel. MUST: ¡Ir al desayuno o al desierto de la noche tarda en La crema que está en el lado derecho del hotel! ¡No tome el desayuno hotel no lo necesitará!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Paris. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the helpfulness of the staff, made our stay truly remarkable. From the moment we checked in to the time we reluctantly checked out, we felt like valued guests. This hotel truly understands the importance of excellent service and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Prior to our arrival the hotel's concierge, Shanjay was most helpful in recommending and making restaurant reservations for us. Every hotel needs a Sanjay. The hotel's location was ideal. One of the standouts was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond to assist us, making it easier for us travelling with a baby. The hotel caters well for a baby and they provided us with a beautiful baby cot, linens and blankets and plush toy gifted to our baby. A really beautiful touch. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Paris so memorable. We can't wait to return!

El hotel está excelentemente situado, el servicio de recepción, concierge, restaurante y camaristas es excelente también. Las habitaciones sumamente cómodas y las Baños grandes con espacio casi todos y buena resino del agua. El patio principal es bellísimo parece un Castillo. El restaurante del hotel en los desayunos es un Buffet muy completo! Tienes todo lo que necesita para un buen desayuno sea el que sea el tipo de comida que te guste hay para todos los gustos. Es recomendable comprar las noches con el desayuno incluido. Alrededor del hotel encuentres buenos restaurantes de comida francesa. El único punto negativo y nos es responsabilidad del hotel es que en la esquina por las noches se reúnen homeless y están fumando canabis, son inoportunos con quienes pasan caminando.

El hotel es un hotel con una ubicación ideal. Además, el personal es muy amable! No tengo quejas sobre el personal en absoluto. La única razón por la que di al hotel cuatro estrellas es por las habitaciones. La habitación deluxe es de gran tamaño, pero algunas de las botellas de champú no estaban llenas. El hotel se ha convertido en un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los más cercanos y los más cercanos. El salon ejecutivo en la parte superior es grande para las cenas nocturnas que van de 530 a 730. El salon se cierra a las 11:00. Hay una amplia variedad de asientos y bebidas. Definitivamente vale la pena visitar también para unas vistas agradables.

Excelente ubicación, muchas tiendas y restaurantes afuera. Una estación de metro y RER muy grande justo fuera del hotel. Gran habitación, muy grande y cómoda. Gran desayuno con la opción de preparar jugo de frutas para usted. También había una variedad de cosas dulces y también huevos, queso, verduras, salchichas, variedad de pan, frutas, yogur, granola, etc. Tuvimos una gran experiencia en este hotel y lo recomendamos encarecidamente. Reservamos en trip.com, que era mucho más barato que las otras opciones y la reserva fue sencilla.

El hotel es muy agradable y limpio. El hotel está situado en una gran estación de metro cerca del rincón y a unos 20 minutos a pie de los lugares turísticos (20 minutos a pie del Louvre, Notre Dame, Le Mare). La mejor parte de la estancia fue para mí el personal. Eran grandes, siempre paciente y listos para ayudar o aconsejar. Ambos Audrey, Fernando y Jasmin hizo nuestra estancia una experiencia maravillosa. Definitivamente quedarme allí otra vez.

Handsome hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada muy cerca de la estación Chatelet les Halles que te lleva a cualquier punto en París en tren, en la estación se encuentra un centro comercial además que está rodeado de comercios. La atención de check in fue rápida y amable por parte del personal, la habitación fue limpiada todos los días, el desayuno un poco limitado de opciones pero fue suficiente con lo que había. El elevador no funcionaba bien además que es extremadamente pequeño, será un problema si llevas mucho equipaje ya que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Nos gustó la experiencia en Handsome hotel y seguro repetiríamos.

I've just got back from spending 3 nights at The Dandy. I chose the hotel for the location - within walking distance to attractions but near the train for ease of getting to/from the airport and Disneyland. I booked the hotel months ago so was really sad to see a negative review left on TripAdvisor regarding the location of the hotel, describing the area as loud and sketchy. The review made me nervous to the point of wanting to change hotel but after searching around and seeing many positive reviews elsewhere I decided to stick with it. I am so glad I did because honestly, the hotel was perfect! My partner and I stayed in the smallest room offered (classic double) on the 3rd floor, the room was snug but spacious enough for 2, the bed was huge and it looked exactly like the photos! We stayed Monday - Thursday and had no issues with sound whatsoever, we didn't hear any other guests and there was no noise from the street. The person who checked us in was so friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were also very polite. The breakfast wasn't worth the money for us as we just had a crossiant each morning. We had to pay extra for coffee. The pastries and coffee were really nice, just for the amount we ate it would have been much cheaper else where. If we had of wanted a full continental breakfast each morning it might have been worth it. We ate dinner in the hotel one evening and the food was amazing, actually my favourite meal of our trip. We found the location to be absolutely fine, perfect for what we needed. You could walk to The Louvre/Notre Dame within 15 minutes. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in about 45 minutes. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk with direct access to the airport (€10/each) and Disneyland (€5). We didn't find the area to be sketchy or loud at all, the hotel is near the train station, a big shopping centre and near the high street. There was a ton of restaurants around which meant that it was busy and well-lit. Being near the hotel was actually where I felt safest around Paris as some other parts we went to were very dark and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay at The Dandy again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

No podía estar más satisfecho con esta joya de un hotel. Es tan adorable. Perfecto ubicación para viajes en metro. Obtenga restaurantes cerca. El personal estaba tan dispuesto a almacenar nuestros bolsillos porque llegamos tan temprano. También los almacenamos al otro final de nuestro viaje porque nos ibamos tarde. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Limpias. Así tranquila. Me encantó!

Las habitaciones son muy elegantes, pero muy agradables; no pasamos tiempo en nuestra habitación, excepto dormir, así que esto funcionó bien para nosotros. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. No me gustaba el buzzing en y tener que pedir las llaves cada vez que llegas y te dejas, pero eso es todo y sería mi única mejora!

Super station hotel 3-way! Hay una entrada de estación justo delante del hotel, por lo que el acceso es muy bueno. Es un poco ruido, pero es caliente y la cama es fluffy, así que me fui a dormir. Las habitaciones son un poco suaves, pero el baño era muy limpio y estaba completamente satisfecho con el recién renovado ㅎㅎ, a diferencia del sumnail, las hojas son muy limpias, por lo que no tienes que dudar. ¿El único retraso es que el ascensor es demasiado pequeño para llevar un gran transportista y es difícil de conducir? Era un poco pequeño, pero era bueno ver YouTube porque era una televisión inteligente Samsung

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Los dos son grandes camas dobles, así como la cocina y la lavandería. La ubicación geográfica también es muy buena. La puerta de la casa es la estación de metro. El apartamento está situado en el centro de la ciudad y es muy conveniente para RER. Aunque se ingresa por autobús, hay guías y instrucciones de correo en todo el proceso. Si no es conveniente llevar el equipaje después de la salida, se puede almacenar en el punto de almacenamiento de equipaje cooperativo cercano, se puede reservar el código de descuento proporcionado por el apartamento con la reserva de Nannybag y se puede hacer un descuento.
