Me gustó mucho el hostal, fueron muy cálidos y serviciales desde el check-in. Lo malo es que quise subir a la terraza un día pero abren sobre las 10 am y para mí ya era tarde.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado en el corazón del Barrio Latino, a menos de 50 metros de la Place de St. Michel. El personal del hotel es extremadamente agradable, divertido y servicial. Nos ofrecieron una habitación con balcón y realmente hicieron que nuestra estancia en París fuera la más romántica de nuestra vida. Estaba cerca de la parada de Tootbus, a poca distancia de Notre Dame, justo al lado del metro y desde Gare du Nord hasta el hotel en taxi era bastante asequible. Algunas cosas tal vez no tan convenientes fueron el tamaño del baño y el ruido de las calles de abajo por la noche. Temprano en la mañana podemos escuchar a algunos jóvenes borrachos y haciendo ruido abajo. Pero en general, la hermosa perspectiva del edificio y su ubicación superan cualquier desafío. Nosotros recomendamos altamente este hotel. La próxima vez que estemos en París seguramente volveremos a este lugar.

Me alojé aquí anteriormente ya que la ubicación es excelente. En esta ocasión, sin embargo, la experiencia no fue tan buena. No estoy del todo seguro de si esta era la habitación que habíamos reservado, ya que la descripción en Booking.com difería de lo que experimentamos. Habitación pequeña, ducha estrecha sin cortina/mampara para evitar que el agua inunde el suelo. Cuando se le pidió que cambiara, todo lo que se ofreció fue una habitación con un suplemento de 30 € por noche. El personal de recepción era agradable y amable y el desayuno tenía una buena relación calidad-precio. Probablemente regresaría, ¡pero no a la misma habitación!

¡Yo y mi familia hemos estado en una habitación de tres personas, el espacio de la habitación es grande, el equipo es suficiente, muy limpio y cómodo! ¡Aunque la defensa fuera de la ventana fue golpeada por el viento y la voz era muy amarga esa noche, no podíamos dormir! Así que a las 2:30 p.m. llamé a la oficina de servicio de clientes, el personal dijo que no podía cambiar de habitación, pero intenta arreglarlo mañana. Pero  Como el sonido no es suficiente para dormir,  El personal llegó a nuestro cuarto inmediatamente para comprobar y descubrir que la comunicación defensiva fuera de la ventana  estaba dañada, lo que resultó en que el sonido de golpe se emite cuando el viento lo golpeó, así que me ayudó a hacerlo inmediatamente, Así que podemos dormir tranquilamente!  ¡Él se comporta muy profesionalmente, mientras que  ¡Y es educado y muy comprensivo para el estado en que no podemos dormir! ¡Lo agradecemos y lo agradecemos!

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

Cuando llegué al hotel por la noche, me dijeron que no tenían dos habitaciones, así que podían cambiarme a otro hotel o darme una suite. Cuatro hombres, sólo una cama grande y dos sofás cama. Uno de ellos está roto. Me quejé por la noche y dije que no había forma de discutir la compensación con el gerente al día siguiente, pero al día siguiente todavía me negué y dije que esperaría al gerente. Al día siguiente, mientras esperaba el autobús, hubo varias quejas en la recepción del hotel. Muy mala experiencia.

En la 6ª calle, tranquila pero cerca de las tiendas, las braseras y los cafés, y una parada de metro. Había una hermosa habitación con vistas al patio. Decoración elegante y artesanal. Personal hospitalario y útil (y así paciente con la primera visita a París). La habitación era muy limpia, pequeña pero creo que es típica para París.

Fantastic value, stayed here for 3 nights and it’s perfect if you’re planning on being out and about most of the time, the location is great, couple minutes walk from the nearest metro and a 5-10 min walk from Gard Du Nord. El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 estrellas. El personal es excelente, amable y muy útil, se dirige a arriba y a más allá para hacer que se sienta bienvenido. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de refresco, traer su secador de pelo propio ya que el que se ofrece no es muy bueno, pero la cama es cómoda y los limpiadores fueron fantásticos y muy amigables. El hotel está a pie de lugares turísticos como el corazón sagrado, la roga de molines y la pared del amor. There's also a fantastic bakery just on the corner as well as 3-5 min walk to local restaurants and we'll know McDonalds/ Burger King Thank you Hotel Lennon for your hospitality!

Ubicación perfecta y habitación muy cómoda y bastante insonorizada, al estar tan cerca del metro es normal que se escuche pero está muy bien aislada . El servicio de habitaciones muy bueno y detalles de hotel de calidad
