We are currently staying at the Dorint for the Carfreitag event at the ring. Apparently they cancelled 66 rooms yesterday due to construction issues . Thankfully we are here for 5 days so we didn’t get cancelled. We had specifically booked a room on a high floor overlooking the circuit. Sadly, when we got here we were on a low floor and although initially they told us they could not move us they’ve eventually did. The breakfast is fairly poor. There is a lot of cold things to have a really poor selection of warm food no fried eggs by beans et cetera. The breakfast at the Linden hotel is far better. For a hotel of this size I would have expected a greater selection and also better catering . I would not have paid for the breakfast but it came in the room price . The bar is really nice however, after 9:30 pm you are allowed to smoke in the bar, unfortunately for us the bar was a no-go area which is a massive shame . I’m so surprised this is even allowed in a developed country. After 9:30 it was thick in smoke and not a pleasant environment. It’s a real shame as there are two bars in the hotel one is behind the reception which could be a no smoking bar. They charge you for the car park at €14 a day which having said that the hotel is not a cheap hotel than having to pay car parking on top. I think he’s a little bit ridiculous particular in the car park is virtually empty. Rooms Good size and nice and clean .great location.

Hotel Funky, cómodo, bien situado. La ubicación está en el anillo y el tema y el estilo del hotel era realmente frío. Nos quedamos aquí en un día en el que no hubo ningún gran evento, así que el hotel estaba tranquilo y bastante vacío. La cama estaba cómoda y la habitación era decente.

El servicio de recepción es muy general. Deben ser las 3 de la tarde para darnos una estancia o 50 Euros. Tenemos que esperar. Pero la felicidad que trae la pista de Nurburgring no hará que nos preocupemos demasiado por el hotel. Solo se puede decir que la habitación es bastante satisfactoria, generalmente limpia, la sauna es buena, cara en un lugar. El desayuno es muy bueno y el servicio muy bueno.
