La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel está en una zona de spa muy grande, pero no es una cuestión de tiempo, ya que he descubierto que el spa está cerrado regularmente. No entiendo por qué no se puede explicar esto por correo electrónico y por qué no recibí ninguna compensación por este problema. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba la habitación. No he visto un desayuno tan cruel y desagradable en un hotel de 5 estrellas en Bosnia y he visto un poco ahora. No había napkins ni plata para tomar los artículos del bufete, la gente usaba sus manos baratas. Sólo fue desagradable. Los guardaespaldas tampoco eran muy amables, tuve que sacar mi plata de otra mesa.

We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. The hotel is a small drive out of the old city and the hotel is relatively new. Check-in was relatively quick and you can have some fun on the swings they have in the lobby. There are two stairwells in the hotel, so Reception will tell you which one to take to get to your room. Our room was at the end of the corridor and was nice and large. We had twin beds which were both big and comfy and everything was clean and tidy. Our room had plenty of space, a flatscreen tv, desk and chair and you can also see that the design was made to look as though part of the room had been built on. The bathroom was also large, with a big shower, nice fluffy towels, and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was very good - a good selection of hot and cold food. Plenty of juices, hot drinks and fruit etc. There's a spa and pool that you can use if you want to - we arrived late so just before it closed. The rooftop bar has great panoramic views (see the photo). Overall, I really liked this hotel and so did my friends.
