El hotel está en una buena ubicación, pero no es más fácil encontrar como hay obras de carretera. Necesitamos mucho tiempo para encontrarlo como los GPS no nos muestran otra carretera. El check-in del receptor es muy útil y agradable. El hotel es un buen hotel, una buena habitación, excepto el baño es muy pequeño.

El hotel está bien, aunque carece de aire acondicionado debido quizás a que no se está acostumbrado a estas temperaturas. Buen trato, tuvimos un problema con la reserva pero se solucionó rápidamente. En la recepción, Ernesto es un gran profesional que nos ayudó en todo lo que estuvo en su mano. Recomendable.

Hotel pequeñito, muy limpio y cómodo dentro de la relación calidad precio. Ubicación excelente pero lo mejor es la atención de los dos recepcionistas , tanto Adrián como Ernesto nos atendieron , aconsejaron y ayudaron en problemas particulares de manera mas que profesional , muy agradecidas y encantadas con nuestra visita a Nantes .

We were 2 mature rugby World Cup supporters on our stay in Nantes. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and it was excellent. The room we were given were comfortable and clean. The staff really made this hotel. Their English and local knowledge was great and they were so friendly and willing to help. Very good location in Nantes city and the hotel is situated very close to the restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel location is perfectly situated for all transport links and for walking to the main visitor attractions. This is a budget hotel but the room and continental breakfast were more than adequate for me although some couples may find the double rooms a little on the small side. I've read several reviews about the lack of hot water in the shower. I didn't have this issue but it was necessary to leave the hot water to run for about five minutes before it was piping hot. I would stay here again if I was visiting Nantes but I do have a couple of suggestions for the hotel on how it could improve the overall guest experience based on my mixed experience which I hope will be receive by the hotel in the spirit in which it is intended. (I attempted to leave comments on your website but it kept crashing.) Firstly, there was an inconsistent approach from the staff (the team) to me and, I observed, other guests. Two of the staff at reception and in the breakfast room were welcoming and chatty but two other members of the team in the same areas were not. Being ignored may be considered rude. My suggestion to the hotel would be to ask all staff to make eye contact, smile and say bon jour to all guests every time to ensure we feel welcomed and valued. Secondly, there was a small error on my check out bill which I didn't notice at the time. These things happen but it took me over week of chasing to resolve this. I had to email repeatedly as there was no timely response from the team which I think is poor customer service. This is in contrast to the almost immediate response I received when I emailed with details on my time of arrival. My suggestion to the hotel would be to activate an automated message during busier times so guests know their communications have been received and will be responded to within a specified timeframe.

Para el puente del 6 al 9 de diciembre escogi ir al Okko Nantes despues de haber estado en el Okko lyon hace 2 años y donde todo fue extraordinario. La sensacion no fue del todo placentera. Recepcionistas todos un 10, todos hablan español y son amables y educados. Late check out gratuito hasta las 18h por hacer reserva en web oficial. Desayuno bastante bien y la opcion tambien gratuita de una mini cena con sopa o bocadillos, ensalada etc tambien muy bien como en los demas Okko La habitacion con nespresso, agua gratis cada dia y una ventana que daba al patio interior. No se oia nada del exterior (aire libre). En cambio del pasillo se oia todo, la insonorizacion era muy mala de puerta a pasillo. No habia opcion a tener almohada visco y las que habian eran muy muy blandas y acabe con dolores de cervicales. El tema mas grave de todos fue el cabezal de la cama, en mi habitacion la 413 estaba para tirarlo del asco que da. Literalmente se desintegra y al despertar tienes trozos en la cabeza y en la cama. Es indigno que la direccion del hotel deje que alguien duerma ahi pagando casi 100 eu noche y estando en una cadena de hoteles OKKo donde la modernidad y confort tienen cotas elevadas

El hotel Ibis fue elegido porque se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del concierto de Renaud el 17 de mayo. Además, este hotel es perfecto todo se hace para sentirse limpio. La recepción es excelente y profesional . Hay un parking. Un restaurante en el lugar permite restaurarse y regalarse.

A nice, clean, modernized 2 star hotel just a short walk downtown. The price was affordable and I used their garage which I had no trouble navigating into. The AC wasn't working as I think the windows didn't close properly (room 59), which probably explains why I thought it was loud outside. Minor inconveniences for all the advantages (price, location, cleanliness) that this hotel offered.
