幫家人定的，她們都説不錯，服務好，耐心，房間很乾凈明亮，空間感很大，住進去都心情愉悦了，而且浴室也挺大的，反正就給人感覺很乾凈寬敞舒適，性價比很高在這個地段，去哪都方便，下次有機會還會來～

[Alojamiento] ¡Este es el hotel más detallado en el que me he alojado! El aparcamiento es gratuito y el coche se lava. ¡Hay frutas de bienvenida, dos botellas de agua y dos botellas de bebidas! ! Las almohadas y edredones de la habitación son muy suaves. Toda la casa es elegante y pequeña. Las indicaciones de voz para las llamadas se colocan en la mesita de noche. La habitación es muy grande y muy limpia, el aislamiento de sonido también es bueno, la recepción me ha actualizado la habitación, la vista es buena, la tranquilidad, 24 y una pequeña sala de fitness puede ser activada, abajo está el metro y la calle comercial para salir a comer.

Pros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.
