The place is easily accessible from Langata,town or by pass. It has a parking space and there is a pub. Due to lock down in the country. The pub and kitchen are closed by 8pm. Its price friendly. The TV is connected to Netflix so you can watch movies all through out. They offer ear plugs coz of it's proximity to the by pass. The room is run down, the toilet had cracks, there was no hot water for showering, the mosquito net was in tatters, the bathroom wasn't clean, the bed would squeak. It needs a lot of renovation.

The food some of thr best I've had, and the portions were huge. Definitely go for the buffet, there is so much variety, you'll want to try everything. The rooms were lovely with lots of ammenities. The service was fantastic. Our servers at the hotel restrauant, Evelyn and King Charles the Captain, were particularly great. With it being my first day in a new country after a long flight, it was great to have such friendly and attentive people to help me get settled. Next time I come to Kenya, I will make sure to come back :)

Nos hospedamos en este hotel y fue imposible dormir hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Justo en la planta inferior de nuestra habitación se celebró una fiesta de cumpleaños que hizo imposible descansar. Llamamos a recepción para pedir explicaciones y saber cuándo terminaría el ruido (voces de gente por los pasillos y música a todo volumen). Se nos dijo que se irían enseguida (llamamos a las once de la noche) pero no fue cierto, aún se escuchaba follón a las 2:30 horas de la madrugada. Inexplicable que un hotel de estas características permita estas cosas.

Las habitaciones dobles estándar están sucias y huelen mal. Se descuida la limpieza de paredes, ventanas, ropa de cama, pisos y alfombras. Supongo que es lo mismo para otras habitaciones para pasar la noche. La salida fue a las 11 a. M. No al mediodía como se indica en la aplicación. Los asistentes seguían llamando a la puerta para realizar el pago. Para comodidades no hay tabla de planchar, sofá y mini-refrigerador como se indica. Además, la televisión es la computadora. Sin embargo, buena señal wifi y me alegro de que hubiera un microondas y agua caliente / ducha constante.
