I had a wonderful experience in W hotel Oman . Been there with my family . I went to dine in Sidhartha restaurant. I was taken care by Raj who is extraordinary in customer service and even when I enquired about the property. Raj took that efforts to show me around the whole property. My visit was awesome and I would definitely give 10/10 for the services I received and the way me and my family wad taken care .

The players stayed here or in the nearby City Seasons where the swimming pool was bigger and the gym was better and there were also more shops around. I had a comfortable room with an excellent housekeeper Yohana who made my bed the way I liked it and made sure my room was spotlessly clean. Anne on reception was always very helpful and gave me a good tip about moving away from the hotel entrance to get a better price on the Oman taxi application which I advise everyone to use as the taxis have no meters and the Omani drivers try to cheat foreigners all the time asking up to ten times the price for a trip. Always check the price first on the application. The players were on an all-inclusive basis. The food was fairly good and the restaurant staff kept the dining room very clean.

Thumb down: * staff: horrible reception, extremely inattentive. I kept calling to confirm before I reached, they do not answer! At the check-in: no information s at all. Calling from the room, guess what! no answer! At checkout, I asked for a bellhop, waited half an hour, no one came! Went down and took the trolley myself, receptionist did not care!

El desayuno es bueno para llevar a los niños. El espacio es muy cómodo. Comparado con el espacio estrecho del hotel, el espacio aquí es simplemente demasiado conveniente para decir que la ubicación es súper conveniente y el centro comercial más grande de Omán. Si te gusta cocinar tú mismo, puedes comprar ingredientes en la tienda Carrefour. Hay un estacionamiento separado en la puerta y hay un taxi durante mucho tiempo, pero primero se debe avisar al taxi. El precio es muy recomendable para toda la familia.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

Location is what’s really nice - next to two big malls - Muscat Grand Mall and Oman Avenues Mall. But for a five star hotel the amenities could have been better. For example, the sink drain was clogged so we would have to use a trickle of water or else it would fill up and overflow.
