When I came after midnight (it was already Monday 27.03.2023) there were 3 men at the reception. All kind and helpful. One kindly accompanied me to the room. I'd assume he was a trainee. There was some noise at night that woke me up at night. Not sure where it was coming from, but probably from the corridor. I'd expect 4* hotel to be kind of sound proof like other hotels of that range are. When I was checking out at 7 AM the same day, I politely left the key card at the reception and greeted the receptionist, but he didn't seem to be interested in my presence. There was a grumpy and brusque receptionist at that time (short, well-groomed man). Such people shouldn't work in hospitality! In addition, when I was leaving the reception, he sighed deeply and out loud.. Such a frustrated person.. Breakfast was below the average for 4* hotels.

Ночевали в этом отеле, когда была пересадка в Омане 17 часов. Такси эконом до аэропорта через приложение стоит 2,2реала. Рядом нет нормальных магазинов, но недалеко есть заправка и на ней небольшой магазинчик, в котором есть даже подгузники(pampers), если вдруг вы с детьми и у вас закончились подгузы, как например у нас))) Завтрак отличный, есть всё, чтобы накормить себя и детей👍🏽 Кровати чистые, и это самое важное. Персонал приветливый, добрый. Единственный косяк был, это когда мы заехали, не было детской кроватки(которую мы бронировали заранее, списавшись с отелем и нам её подтвердили). А заехали мы в два часа ночи. Не очень приятно среди ночи ходить туда-сюда и улаживать эти дела. Принесли всё конечно быстро, но косяк, согласитесь.

Yo mismo, una chica, viajando solo, la experiencia de esta estancia en este hotel es muy mala. En primer lugar, el taxi en la puerta del hotel es la tripulación interna del hotel. El problema del huéspede es grave y injusto. Me senté una vez. Los costos de coche originales de 5 Rías, recibieron 10 Rías, y finalmente seguían un paseo más, Cuando el conductor árabe salió del auto, me pidió 2 litros más, lo que era bastante cruel. Cuando se fue, iba al aeropuerto para empujar un taxi y encerró un taxi en la puerta, pero la tripulación del hotel, a la altura de la boca, se fue y me movió duro en su propia caja de taxis, y el mismo precio era para llevarlos. ¡Estoy tan fuerte como comprar y vender, estoy muy enojado, no tienen razón, discuten entre sí, me he ahogado al gerente del hotel, y el gerente me ha quedado ahí parado! En segundo lugar, durante mi estancia, un hombre de cerveza local me acercó a la puerta de un cuarto aparte. Después sabía que este hotel tenía un bar. No es bueno para el estilo local. We stayed in triple room for a night here. 6 was well-sized for us, but there was literally no view. The window opened to the wall of the nearby building. There were also no slippers for the bathroom. We had to call twice and wait for nearly an hour for them to be delivered. The beds were comfy, and we had a nice night's sleep. The bathroom and the room were overall clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent for this hotel. There were good options to cater everyone's needs. However, what happened in the breakfast room was totally indecent and inhumane. An Omani, who seemed to be the owner or manager of the hotel, physically attacked an employee and shouted bitter words at him, threatening him with his words . The employee was gentle enough not to react, but the Omani's attitude, shouting, and bad words ruined everybody's breakfast in the room.

El precio esta bien Solo los artículos básicos, como lavados corporales y cepillos de dientes, no se incluyeron, pero se entregarán a pedido. La insonorización no estaba mal y hay mucha gente que se aloja a precios económicos durante mucho tiempo. Para las comidas, eran las 3 de la mañana (en mi caso fui al restaurante por separado por la mañana) y era bueno para vegetarianos o comensales pequeños. En ese momento, se dice que hay un cambio en el menú.

El hotel Al Falay ofrece las mejores y más asequibles clases de nacimiento en muscat. He luchado por mi miedo a la agua y puedo nadar en aguas profundas, así como con confianza. Chamith sir me enseñó el estilo libre, el golpe de la espalda, el estilo relajado, el flotante y el agua profunda nadar en menos de 10 clases y estoy muy feliz y más que satisfecho con mi experiencia allí.
