We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Da Lat. The room was fantastic — very cute, cozy, and gave such a warm feeling. It’s truly a perfect stay for couples. The ladies at the reception were especially impressive. They were super kind and supportive, even though we arrived very early before check-in time. They also helped us arrange the motorbike rental smoothly, which we really appreciated. There was only one thing that bothered me a little after the stay. During the night shift, I asked the male receptionist a few questions about extending the motorbike rental. While speaking with the rental agent, he referred to me using “nó” several times (“nó bảo”, “nó hỏi”, “nó muốn”, etc.). Since I understand Vietnamese, I felt a bit uncomfortable because this pronoun can sound disrespectful when used toward a guest. Of course, I may be overthinking it, but I wanted to share this feedback honestly and respectfully. Other than that, the experience was lovely, and the morning reception staff left a very positive impression on us. If I have a chance to come back to Da Lat, I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. Я уже оставляла отзыв на отель, все супер! Но была другая комната (категория больше) Здесь напишу конкретно про эту комнату, потому что мы решили продлить, а мест в нашей не было. Номер 103, здесь уже шикарный вид из окна, но номер очень маленький, по ощущениям меньше всех остальных в этой категории, а еще очень жаркий, так как солнечная сторона. Крохотная раковина, длинная невысокая ванная комната. Нет телевизора, зато есть огромный вентилятор на потолке. Выхода (как на картинках здесь) на задний двор тоже нет, это все в комнатах ниже. В целом все супер - чисто, аккуратно, розетки есть, кровать удобная, вода горячая, но если бы мы сразу жили в этой комнате такого вау эффекта бы от отеля не было. По возможности просите другую комнату или бронируйте номера побольше)

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

Manor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿 The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated. We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos. One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿 Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good. For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊

I recently stayed at this fantastic new hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation. Every toiletry you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a wide variety of eateries just steps away. One highlight is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which not only boasts a stunning view but also serves an amazing breakfast with a diverse spread that changes daily—there’s something new to enjoy every morning! The restaurant staff are exceptional, always courteous, smiling, and eager to assist, which made every meal a delight. My only minor gripe was that the TV featured only Vietnamese programs, but that barely detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, keeping me connected with ease. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging day tours to nearby attractions, making exploration a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
