Decir que desde nuestra llegada al Riad pudimos comprobar la cercania y la preocupación de sus trabajadores para que tuvieramos una comoda estancia, y disfrutáramos de unos días de ensueño en la ciudad de Marrakech. El Riad, ya no puede ser mas bonito, en cualquier rincón puedes ver detalles que le dan ese toque exótico, que hacen que te enamores y no te quieras ir de allí, un silencio especial, roto sólo por el canto de los pajaros, que te proporcionan paz y relajación, y te hacen sentir que estás en plena naturaleza, y que decir de las estancias! sencillamente era como si ocuparamos la habitación de un palacio, limpias y con todo lujo de detalles. Nuestro agradecimiento a la directora del Riad Sylvie, y a todo el personal, por facilitarnos una estancia inolvidable, y ojala algún día podamos volver a repetir esta misma experiencia, un abrazo muy fuerte y nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal del Riad Sprit du Maroc

Muy bonito hotel. Piscinas muy agradables y espaciosas. La piscina en el techo es muy agradable, se tiene la impresión de estar en plena medina y al mismo tiempo es muy tranquila. La piscina del fondo es muy grande, pero no hay mal ruido en general. Hemos tenido la dua de ser sobreclasificados a nuestra llegada, lo que era realmente muy agradable. El servicio es muy bueno, pero el desayuno es de calidad, pero la elección es bastante limitada y eso es lo que nos ha decepcionado más. En resumen, una experiencia muy buena:)

La Casa Arabe no se decepcionó. Dice que tuvimos un momento sorprendente en este hermoso hotel sería una subestimación. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y es fácil de encontrar. El personal del hotel no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros y estaba tan atento. Hay una piscina allí, pero también tienen una 15 minutos a pie de un servicio de navegación gratuito que funciona cada hora. Esta piscina es más grande y se encuentra en un hermoso jardín oculto. Se dan bebidas complementarias a la llegada. Tienen comida disponible con mucho salones y cabanas. La experiencia en general ha sido muy positiva. Si no le otorgamos el excelente es porque la última noche hubo una avería de suministro eléctrico que no se solucionó en toda la noche. Nos teníamos que levantar a las 6am para ir al aeropuerto y no nos pudimos duchar porque no había agua caliente, además de tener que hacer las maletas a oscuras. No se nos ofreció ninguna explicación ni compensación y, pese a que no pudimos desayunar esa mañana al salir tan temprano, tuvieron el feo detalle de cobrarnos un agua que cogimos del minibar después de haber hecho el checkout.

I stayed at this riad for three nights. I've been visiting Morocco on and off for the last twenty years and stayed in various Imperial cities and up to the border with Algeria. I didn't book this riad, someone else did and when I checked the reviews I was looking forward to staying there. I can honestly say that I don't know why the reviews state ”superb”, that wasn't my experience. The location is great, short distance to Jemaa El Fna and the breakfast is good, I enjoyed the coffee and the traditional ”M'semen”. But unfortunately this riad has failed to deliver on the basic needs of a good night sleep and an efficient drainage in the shower room (I was standing in a pool of water while showering because it didn't drain properly). I hardly slept on the first night because I was itchy, the bed was not comfortable and the mattress too thin, On the next day, I moved room but unfortunately my experience hasn't improved. The mattress once again was non existent and this time the pillows were just a sponge and didn't offer any support. Having slept in my sleeping bag I managed to get a slightly better sleep but my body was just achy and so decided to head to hammam for a scrub and a deep tissue massage. I get it this is a three star riad but still the basic of B&B is foremost a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a decent breakfast. It scored on the breakfast, hot shower and friendly staff members especially Karim. He is a nice guy doing his best. I was suppose to stay an extra night but I decided to cancel it. I personally would not recommend this place if you are like me you appreciate and need a good night sleep. Furthermore, the stairs are very narrow and steep. This place has a potential to be a ”hidden gem” with decent mattresses, good drainage and decent size towels for adults. The owner is a genuine hardworking lady but she is missing the point of the basics B&B provision.

El desayuno incluye: café, leche, miel, jam, yogur, tortas de pasteles, panqueques ... servidos en la mesa. Visitamos las Montañas Atlas con un conductor privado proporcionado por el Riad, por supuesto, cuesta más, pero puedo asegurarle que vale la pena. El conductor se detuvo cuando queríamos, nos acompañó en cada parada, y fue amable y atento durante el viaje. La Internet funciona bien en casi todos los rincones de Riad. ¡Salvé una mención especial para el personal: desde la llegada a la salida, nos acompañaron y nos arruinaron! Especialmente Hassan, que era un ángel. ¡Definitivamente volveré cuando vuelva a Marrakech!

Quel délicieux moment ! Après avoir fait les courses dans le souk avec Samira qui nous a initié au choix des légumes, des épices...nous avons rejoins le Riad al Riad pour bien plus qu'un cours de cuisine. Culture, tradition, échange et saveur nous ont permis de passer un moment inoubliable: LA PÉPITE DE NOTRE VOYAGE ! Des astuces culinaires mais bien plus que ça. Un moment suspendu grâce à la bonne humeur, le sourire et la vitalité de Samira et Mohcine, le gérant qui ont rendu ce moment inoubliable. Un grand merci à tous les deux ! Nous avons rarement été accueillis avec autant de chaleur ! Nous ne vous en dirons pas plus pour que vous puissiez découvrir toutes les surprises de ce cours... Allez-y les yeux fermés !
