Este fue el segundo día de mi estadía. En primer lugar, estoy muy agradecido con el señor Nifaoui y el señor Adli. Todas las personas se enfrentan al miedo a la corona, incluidas las personas que trabajan allí, pero son realmente útiles y comprensivos. Estoy tan satisfecho de esta estancia que ni siquiera pude salir del hotel. Puedo ver lo agradable que es la gente aquí y lo increíble que es Marrakech.

I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night £1.5-£3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.

This is my favourite Oasis when I'm in Marrakech. Calm, big rooms, big pool and pool area. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here many times and I can really recommend it. Love the tranquillity here and the big lounge areas. Near to Gueliz.

El hotel es un hotel de gran valor - las camas fueron muy cómodas y el personal era muy amable y útil. También - definitivamente vaya al desayuno!! La piscina es limpia y grande para una relajación y una piscina. El restaurante Titos cerca es también un must !

Ma famille et moi avons passé 2 nuitées dans ce très joli appartement. Tout était au rdv: propreté (et Dieu sait qu’on est très difficile sur ce point là), design et l’hospitalité à la marocaine. Bien qu’il soit en centre ville, l’appartement est insonorisé: on n’entends ni les bruits extérieurs et ni les voisins (pourtant la résidence était complète). Présence de climatiseurs central et d’appoint (dans chaqu’une des chambres). On a pas senti les 40 degrés de l’extérieur. Dans la cuisine, on y trouve frigo, machine à laver, bouilloire, cafetière, plancha, four à micro onde et table de cuisine. Et tout ça en état irréprochable. Pour la voiture, un garage en sous-sol est dispo, plus un parking privé. Je remercie tout particulièrement Khawla pour son accueil et son joli sourire et Houcine qui est d’une serviabilité extraordinaire. Ils feront de votre expérience un séjour inoubliable. Mention spéciale au proprio qui est un monsieur humble et courtois. Je recommande à 1000%.

Warning stay away no ofrece ninguno de los servicios enumerados en el hotel más grande de la historia. *** advertencias *** permanecer lejos de este hotel. No te quedes en este hotel nunca. Perderás la mente con la falta de El hotel no es un hotel que le gusta dormir en el piso fuera y pagar a estas personas cualquier dinero. Incluso lentamente muy lentamente. El po tiene insectos en cockrochas y betels. Ants por toda la habitación.

el hotel Imperial Plaza esta ubicado cerca de los clubes nocturnos de marrakech como ademas a 10 minutos en taxi ( alrededor de 2 usd en taximetro) que deberian cobrar 15 dinares ( moneda local) lo mejor es pedir un masaje en el hotel , por 350 dinares ( 36 usd) puedes tener uno de los mejores masajes gracias a Khadija , una profesional del hammam , el masaje tradicional del medio oriente, la piscina es espectacular como ademas el servicio de bufet incluido para el desayuno, las piezas si son simples, pero acogedoras y limpias, la ducha no es de las mejores pero cumple.
