Good location for a budget. Nice cafe/ bistro. Excellent service.

Very happy. Room was clean and staff were polite. I arrived very early in the morning and the staff allowed me to have the room early if I joined their free rewards programme which I did.

Simple and convenient. Right in the city center. You can have a coffee or breakfast downstairs near front desk. It feels good!

最寄り駅から坂を下るだけなので、行きは楽です。 駅に向かうときは上り坂がきついが、距離が短く不便とまではいかないです。 新しめのホテルなのか、内装はきれいでおしゃれでした。

離Crown Tower和地鐵站非常近，房間小巧一應齊全。對面有家24小時超市，旁邊有多家餐廳/酒吧/咖啡/美髮店

This property was central to everything. Close to all major attractions and transport lines. Small bar with decent drinks, breakfast options, snacks etc. Free water and sparkling water dispenser in lobby.

Lovely tidy room. Breakfast was beautiful and it had happy hour every afternoon

Upon arrival we were asked for a credit card we had assumed it was for a hold and after the service man had charged our card he continued to explain it was charged for parking. We were happy to pay for it but communication before the transaction would’ve been nice so we knew how much it was going to cost and things like that. The staff were very friendly and helpful even when dealing with difficult and disrespectful guests. We thought it was a very spacious room and the tv worked which was a bonus for us. The shower wasn’t the best the head seemed to be very blocked and the water wasn’t able to come out of each of the holes on the shower head. And the pressure wasn’t very good. We noticed under the bed the dust was at least 2 cms thick and was very disgusting and there were random socks we found around the room in random places otherwise we were happy with the room.

Loved the location of the ibis, perfect for a short business stay. Would opt for a hotel with a pool and larger room if trip was for leisure.

The staff were lovely! However, aircon didn't work in the room, room was really small,

I love the choice of pillows available. Location was also great and within walking distance from everything.
