El hotel es muy lujoso en todos los sentidos y el personal siempre está muy contento de ayudar con un sonriso. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede hacer nada. Nos encantaba almorzar en el restaurante exterior diariamente y el lilo que disfrutaba de su (marcado) helado cada vez que almorzamos allí.

Hola a todos que estoy en este hotel en la habitación 4308. llegué hace 2 días. No soy normalmente uno para dejar un comentario y se tarda mucho en impresionarme, pero ¿qué puedo decir? El personal ha sido nada más que bienvenido y amable, desde Batman que nos saludó cuando llegamos al personal en el bar extra, la habitación siempre es limpia y agradable, así como las demás áreas, la comida es deliciosa, La playa privada también está bien mantenida y se puede transferir gratuitamente cada 30 minutos. La casa de la ciudad está muy cerca de la bar, pero no muy cerca, y el entretenimiento se inicia a las 11:00, lo que es bueno si quieres una noche tranquila.

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

Super fijn verblijf gehad bij sunlight garden samen met mijn 7 jarige dochter. We kozen dit resort omdat we een plek zochten waar het niet zo massaal was. Gevonden! Vriendelijk behulpzaam, en niet opdringerig personeel, en een fijne sfeer over het gehele resort. Aangezien het geen gigantisch resort is, kon mijn dochter prima alleen rond lopen. Het voelde veilig en ze speelde graag met andere kindjes in of om het zwembad, van de grote glijbaan of 'savonds tijdens de mini disco. Iedereen kende elkaar op een gegeven moment wel, dus dat voelde ook veilig. Ook fijn dat de entertainment maar tot 22:00 uur duurde vanwege de hardere muziek. Kamers werden elke dag schoon gemaakt, en eten was prima. Strand erg dichtbij. Er gaat een shuttle maar was voor ons niet nodig. 1 zwembad met muziek, 1 zwembad zonder. Dat vonden wij heel fijn aangezien we van wat meer rust houden. Voor degene die een slechte review schrijven, moeten overwegen om voortaan een duurder verblijf ergens anders te kiezen. Er zijn ongetwijfeld resorts met nog meer entertainment/eet/luxere kamer keuzes, maar voor dit geld krijg je meer dan waard voor je geld. Als je wil elke dag schone handdoeken. Badhanddoek 1x per verblijf, voor een nieuwe telkens 1€. Top locatie, ivm strand en oud side ligt ook op een mooie ongeveer 20 minuten wandeling langs het strand. Anders kom je er ook met taxi of busje. Kortom, fijn knus verblijf in sunlight garden.

Tesisin konumu denizi muhteşem olmasının yanında tüm aktivite alanlarına çok yakın şekilde odaların konumlanması tüm öğünlerde kaliteli ve lezzetli yemekleri, sezonunda full dolu olmasına rağmen hijyende hiç kusur olmaması ve organizasyonun harika yapılması muhteşem bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Bunun yanında tüm personeller aşırı derecede ilgili güleryüzlü idi. Özellikle lobi barda barmen Muhammet torun kardeşimiz bizi hem güleryüzü hemde special kokteylleriyle her gün mest etti. Kendisine ve tüm seven seas otel yönetimine teşekkür ederiz.

Nos alojamos aquí por una semana en septiembre y pasamos un tiempo encantador y relajante. Tuvimos la suerte de recibir una actualización a una villa, lo que definitivamente ayudó a mejorar nuestra experiencia de vacaciones. Tenga en cuenta que no todas las habitaciones tienen balcón o espacio al aire libre, ya que nos sorprendió descubrirlo cuando hablamos con otros. Este es un hotel europeo apropiado; muchos rusos, franceses, turcos, pero nunca hubo ningún problema. He leído críticas de otros hoteles de IA en el área con huéspedes rusos optimistas que lo mimen para otros. No es así aquí: todos los turistas fueron amables y se portaron bien. La comida era muy buena sin ser repetitiva. No comemos carne pero todavía teníamos muchas opciones. No esperes un desayuno inglés completo ya que atiende a muchas nacionalidades. La estación de comida en la playa era genial, con una buena selección de aperitivos, bebidas y helados, etc. Las bebidas eran de muy buena calidad. Se ofrecieron una selección de aproximadamente 20 cócteles (el último hotel en el que nos alojamos tenía una opción diaria gratuita, paga por todos los demás) y fueron algunos de los mejores que hemos tenido en un complejo de inteligencia artificial, pero dependía de quién lo atendiera. La cerveza era Efes y el vino tinto era bastante agradable. La playa era encantadora y bien organizada. Está a 10 minutos a pie. Se puede alquilar una cabaña por un costo adicional que es un buen toque. El hotel ofrece experiencias a la carta por una pequeña tarifa adicional, que bien valen la pena. La comida de pescado en la playa en el hotel hermano fue tremenda. El spa era relativamente caro pero era encantador. Fui dos veces También hay un gimnasio decente en el lugar con suficiente variedad para un buen entrenamiento. Las piscinas son geniales y se centran principalmente en la diversión, pero también hay una muy bonita piscina solo para adultos para relaj****. El entretenimiento era todo basado en la familia. Disfrutamos de los 2 espectáculos acrobáticos / gimnásticos que vimos. Hubo un montón de actividades geniales para que los niños más pequeños los mantuvieran ocupados; no se puede culpar al hotel a ese respecto. Todo el personal fue muy educado y amable, y el equipo de Smiley está allí para ayudar con cualquier consulta o problema. El hotel se mantuvo impecablemente limpio en todo momento. Manavgat es más de 2 horas desde el aeropuerto en el autobús compartido. Pagamos un taxi privado que tardó la mitad del tiempo para 50 regreso. El hotel en sí está a unos 15 minutos de Side en un dolmus (10 taxis de precio fijo) y merece la pena visitar las ruinas. Recomendado

El hotel es un hotel de gran tamaño con al menos tres edificios y apartamentos separados. La reparación general del hotel fue baja: pintura de chipping en el lobby, madera en bobina en la recepción, trim rota en la habitación, etc. El gran plus fue la piscina tranquila para aquellos que no quieren gritar niños y música alta. No un fan de fuera de los hoteles, no restaurantes ni cafés para hablar de, sólo compras, que entiendo: ¿qué es el punto cuando todo es inclusivo? En todo un bonito estancia, el alcohol de primas estaba disponible y a medianoche hasta 3AM comida.
