Nos gustaba la recepción del personal, el cuarto y el desayuno. Sólo un bemol para el ruido de la circulación a las 6 de la mañana, me despertó. El personal es muy agradable, profesional. Nos aconsejaron comer en Buffalo Grill de Barjouville, nos encantaron.

I use this Chartres hotel regularly as a stop driving down through France. really helpful staff and clean and comfortable. One point is the doors to the internal fire escape close so heavily that they shake the rooms nearby. The closers should have a dual action , with a damper to close the last few centimeters quietly without compromising the fire performance of the door. Just need a skilled engineer to set these up right. It would guarantee a more peaceful night's sleep.

Una parada nocturna se reserva en línea para dos habitaciones. No hay problemas. Fácil de encontrar con un estacionamiento seguro detrás del hotel (€10 por 24 horas) Habitaciones confortables con todo lo que se necesita para una noche aunque tener su propia caldera es una ventaja. La habitación es muy confortable y está muy bien equipada. El personal fue amigable y útil con asesoramiento sobre las instalaciones locales. Sólo a 15 minutos a pie de la catedral y del centro de la ciudad. Los restaurantes tienden a ser caros en el centro, así que comimos en el hotel. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer.

La habitación era muy buena. La habitación era limpia y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay ducha ni baño ni toallas. El hotel no es fácil de encontrar como otros han mencionado en anteriores comentarios, vale la pena pasear por los mapas de Google a priori para que puedas ver cómo acceder a él a través de parques de coches de otras empresas.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro, la catedral y los restaurantes. La cama es cómoda y dormimos bien.El personal es agradable y nos dio consejos útiles para visitar la ciudad . El señor que estaba aquí en el momento del check-out era muy amable y profesional , nos dio la voluntad de volver hablando de la fiesta de la luz que se celebrará en febrero o marzo de 2024 . Le agradecemos al paso ☺️ Lo recomendamos y permaneceremos allí sin hesitar si vuelve a Chartres algún día .

Établissement très propre et jolie chambre. Prix correct. Distributeurs de boissons et d’en-cas sucrés salés bien pratiques 👍 Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Constance. Souriante et sympa ça fait du bien après une journée bien chargée ! Nous avons eu la joie de la retrouver le lendemain au service du petit déjeuner avec sa collègue Ophélie. Le sourire toujours présent pour répondre à nos sollicitations, l’une comme l’autre. Au moment de partir nous croisons Micheline, chargée des chambres. Et là encore on nous souhaite un bon voyage, avec le sourire. Je ne sais pas si nous aurons l’occasion de revenir à Chartres mais en tous cas je recommande cet hôtel et souhaite à tous les hôteliers un personnel aussi dévoué !

The hotel generally well located in the center next to the train station. That is convenient in order to walk to nearby attractions, but the hotel has no car parking so that guests are being directed to public overnight parking in the city center, which is anything but inexpensive. The hotel as such is perfectly acceptable with renovated rooms. We had a junior suite for two adults and one daughter, but when we arrived in the evening we first had to find someone to arrange for a bed for our daughter as the room was set up only for two. Walls are rather thin here so you have little insulation and can hear others well in neighboring rooms. That was not a problem for us as the hotel wasn't full and we stayed there for just one night, but perhaps is less ideal if you stay longer. There is typically only one staff member on duty, so service is not the greatest. We asked for directions to a nearby restaurant but the attendant didn't even know the place that was recommended throughout in all relevant directories, on Tripadvisor, etc. Breakfast is fully self-service, including as to coffee with very basic prefabricated products, nothing special. What completely marred our experience is the fact that we had reserved and pre-paid our junior suite with breakfast included, yet at checkout were charged again separately for breakfast. That is perhaps a mistake that can happen, but was is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that the hotel when dark when we contacted them subsequently after having left and realized the additional charge. Not a single response to this date even after multiple messages/emails sent asking for correction of the mistake. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and not to be excused. Hence, we would recommend to stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

De retour sur Chartres nous avons voulu visiter cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà sous son ancienne enseigne. Quelle surprise en entrant ! Tout a été refait avec beaucoup de goût dans un style très ” maison ” . La décoration est très réussie. Nous avons été formidablement accueillis par la petite réceptionniste que nous connaissions déjà, et qui me voyant avec une béquille, nous a attribué une chambre au RDC sans que nous ayons rien à demander. Accueil chaleureux, plein d'humour et d'empathie... et surtout efficace! Le petit déjeuner vous fait découvrir des produits de la région, un délice ! Toujours pas de climatisation, mais comme l'hôtel se veut écologiquement responsable, cela est cohérent.

En mi calidad de Director de Marketing Strategic Global, he utilizado frecuentemente los hoteles Novotel y Accor en Europa y en otros lugares y lo he hecho en jubilación. Fue realmente sorprendente y decepcionante encontrar múltiples cuestiones desde el “get-go” que fueron ejemplos de malos niveles de servicio y procesos inoperativos. Desde la entrada en línea y la creación de tarjetas de crédito avanzadas para cubrir incidentes hasta el servicio de restaurantes muy pobres (diner), hubo una serie de problemas. Muy poco característico, el personal corto, los trabajadores aparentemente inadecuados y el despido de la mesa de frente todos ayudaron a pintar una imagen de una enorme caída en el nivel de servicio de las visitas anteriores.
