Excelente estancia en el maravilloso Andaz. El hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares en la Torre de Tokio. Pero en la mayoría de los casos, tienen el personal más sorprendente, como Sayaka, que nos ayudó con la selección de restaurantes y reservas.

Lovely hotel with top notch service. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Selection of Japanese food at the breakfast buffet could be better. We would stay in the hotel again.

El hotel fue excelente, desde el servicio hasta las instalaciones, y por supuesto, ¡el precio era muy razonable! La ubicación también era muy conveniente, con una estación de metro muy cerca y una tienda de conveniencia a poca distancia. ¡Una estancia muy cómoda!

The hotel infrastructure was sleek but elegant. Most impressive was the fact that despite the hotel only opened a month ago, everything worked! Room is spacious, all relevant facilities are available. Rooms are quiet and blinds are dark. Staff was super friendly. Only area of improvement is the fact that there is no 24/7 room service. Room service stops at 10pm which is very early for a 5* hotel of this class.

제가 가본 호텔중에는 가장 깨끗하고 세련된 호텔이었습니다. 아이둘이 꽤 성장해서, 방이 작을까봐 미리 방변경이 필요한지 물어봐주셨고, 제가 그럴 필요까지는 없을것 같다고 답변했으나 도착전까지는 방이 많이 작고 불편할까봐 걱정이었습니다. 그 걱정은 기우였고, extrabed까지 미리 준비해두셔서 너무 편안하고 즐겁게 쉬면서 여행할 수 있었습니다. 시티뷰에서 보이는 스카이트리 전망도 좋습니다.도쿄에 올때마다 이용할 생각입니다^^

Muy a gusto, el piso es alto, la ventana es grande y la vista de la ciudad de Tokio es inexistente. Los empleados son inglés fluidos, el servicio está muy disponible, mientras los niños se quedan en la cama dos veces por la mañana, y nos ayudaron muy rápidamente. La calidad de la comida de desayuno es muy alta, el entorno es un área de negocios avanzada, hay muchos restaurantes conocidos, especialmente como la bife de Benjamin Terrace Lounge, recientemente comí el mejor ribeye y el sirloin de Nueva York! Muy cómodo y conveniente, ¡me gustaría vivir más varias veces!

The location very convenient to take subway or taxi. Very nice hotel. As normal in Japan the service is very polite and professional. The sensation is like being in typical and old traditional Japanese home but in middle of city. The breakfast can be typical Japanese or western.

Luxury and quite expensive hotel, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the city landscape; maybe you'd expect for that price a better breakfast buffet.

Reservamos Park Hyatt muy tarde debido a la edición con nuestro hotel original que reservamos en Tokio. Viajamos con un 3 y 4 años de edad y el hotel fue increíble. El parque de juegos en todo el hotel es un gran plus. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir muy bien y el proceso fue muy insensible. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no es un hotel muy bueno. El hotel está en el 41o piso, puede ver toda la vista de la ciudad y a la noche la vista es increíble. El hotel está situado a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación de Shinjuku, que no es malo, y hay un transbordador que funciona cada 30 minutos. El hotel es un lugar icónico, la mayoría de las veces tomamos un taxi o entrega que conocemos por nombre. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. La única cosa que fue un poco molesto fue los interruptores de luz, ya que no es moderno no puede controlar algunas luces individualmente.
