En primer lugar, está ubicado en el área de Soho, por lo que es muy conveniente para ir a los lugares turísticos de Londres. Es conveniente porque hay muchos restaurantes cerca, como a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, a 2 minutos de Tesco, ya 7 minutos del Barrio Chino. Pensé que sería un inconveniente porque no había restaurante, pero había muchos lugares para comer cerca, así que sentí que era mejor no tener un restaurante. La habitación no era demasiado pequeña y había espacio adecuado, y se podía comer comida sencilla usando un microondas. El agua caliente salía muy bien. 很無語的一次經歷，在我的訂單頁面沒有任何文字和圖片表示我是訂的地下室，一晚2700rmb在預訂頁面沒有任何提示的情況下，酒店給我安排了一間地下室的房間。住老鼠洞一般的感覺我此生從未經歷。如此欺騙消費者的行為攜程如何處理呢？先給我打電話説提供300元的現金券，在我拒絕以後告訴我住店5折。請問住老鼠洞還需要付錢嗎？消費者權益保護法請先了解一下！下來我們可以考慮走消協或者司法程序。

聖誕住過一次了，這次女兒夏令營在倫敦，又入住這家酒店，從希斯羅機場坐女皇線在Tottenham Court Road 站選擇Dean street出口地面轉右邊大概走40米就到酒店了，酒店出門左邊就是牛津街，吃飯有中國城和眾多飯店酒館，非常方便，省錢在門口就有小超市買食物回酒店加熱，總之值得推薦！

酒店位置很市中心，出行方便，店員很熱情。吃東西很方便，性價比高。衞生也挺好的，下次去倫敦還會選擇這家酒店

前台的人真的很好因為有點事要延時退房免費給我們延了，房間裏面也很乾凈隔音也很好。離中國城也很近，整體非常不錯。

Todos en el hotel hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera agradable. Mi amiga Lynn también se hospedaba en el hotel y también apoya los siguientes comentarios. Pablo y Michael fueron particularmente serviciales. Fueron profesionales, cálidos, amables y eficientes. Su nota de bienvenida escrita a mano fue un gran toque en el mundo de alta tecnología de hoy. El hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado y cerca del metro. La habitación era bonita y limpia. Estaba complacido de que hubiera un estante ancho y agradable en el baño donde podía guardar fácilmente mis artículos de tocador.

Good hotel with perfect location in Soho. Nice staff and clean rooms. Also: a nice touch when they offer a glass of vine on the house with the other guests at the evenings.

Very comfortable compact but not claustrophobic room, with very comfortable bed. Great amenities. Really central Soho and super attentive staff.

The location is great and service is good. However, I booked a room with two beds and ended up staying in a section of the hotel that felt almost like an extension of the hotel. Walked long hallways through 3 doors that needed the key, elevator, another door with a key etc. And the room was pretty small for 2 people,

Very efficient and friendly check-in. Clean and quiet room, although we only had the small double room it was perfectly adaquate for a short stay. We particularly liked the convenience of the little kitchenette with microwave which is very handy for quick snacks. The only things that could be improved is the window didn't open and the window blind was quite difficult to operate with numerous strings. Will definitely return if in the area again.
