Hoteles cerca de American Memorial Chapel en Londres

La calidad del cabezal de la ducha en la habitación no es buena, y el servicio de los hoteles británicos es muy lento.Nunca esperé que este hotel de estrellas no cambiara mucho. Afortunadamente, el desayuno es bueno, pero la comida y las bebidas durante otros períodos de las vacaciones de Año Nuevo no son ideales.

Nos gusto el hotel , la ubicacion es excelente pero hay cosas que se pueden mejorar. Creo que una cortina de plastico en la bañera no es del siglo 21 , un hotel de 4 estrellas con estos precios. En la estancia de 6 dias solo han limpiado la habitacion 2 veces !!! El dia que llegamos estaba limpia por supuesto , el segundo dia llegamos a las 22.00 h y vemos que no habian limpiado . Lo comento en recepcion y me dicen que hay que avisar si quieren que limpien la habitacion. MMM, de eso no nos informaron en el check in. Pues pregunto si me lo podrian limpiar el dia siguente, tampoco era posible pq hay que pedir limpieza de hab 24 horas antes ( nada flexible en este aspecto ). Tambien hay cosas positivas : ubicacion , cafe gratis en el lobby y aceso al internet , personal muy amable. Botellas de agua gratis en cada planta.

Pasó una noche allí para mi viaje de negocios en la zona. Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de las estaciones de tubo múltiples. No en la carretera principal, por lo que no es muy fácil de encontrar, pero no es difícil. El “Micro Studio” no es muy pequeño. Muy cómodo, muy trendy, muy agradable. El evidencia es el ducha de lluvia, realmente agradable después de un largo día de trabajo. Regresará ahí para estar seguro.

La ubicación es realmente buena, cinco chicos McDonald's y wagamama están justo afuera de la puerta, y es muy conveniente caminar dos minutos desde la iglesia de St. Paul. Pero la habitación en la que vivíamos no tenía ventanas y estaba un poco mal ventilada en el sótano. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, utilizan gel de baño Panhaligon. Pero la gente de la recepción en realidad me puso en una habitación para discapacitados 😅 En general bien, Hilton es bueno ~

I am not sure why the Cove has such a high rating, but for me staying there was regretful. I stayed for 15 nights and one of the primary reasons I chose this place was because of the amenities (washer/dryer) since I was traveling for just over three weeks and wanted to be able to address my laundry upon arrival from Amsterdam. I booked the large studio, which was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and nicely planned. It was actually perfect in presentation. Issues arose quickly, as the washer/dryer actually would wash clothes, but the dryer component only added two hours onto the cycle and proceeded to drench the clothes with water, leaving them sopping wet. I thought I had done something wrong, so I tried again the next day, but it just repeated. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was told that maintenance was not working that day and that I should utilize the washer and dryers in the basement. After making the trek down there to do so, one of the dryers was broken and subsequently the dryer I used to dry my jeans was also broken after waiting an hour to see if my clothes were dried. That left only one dryer left and that was in use. Needless to say my day was shot dealing with all of this. The second issue was the bed, which was concaved and it was very difficult to be able to sleep. The only way to communicate with the front desk is by either going downstairs to them directly or through the Whatsapp, which is what I did. This was another complication on my day as I spent all day trying to get resolution; which ended up being housekeeping coming by around 4 in the afternoon to change all the bedding; which did help somewhat. They further told me that they would have the maintenance people come to fix the washer/dryer the next day. Despite indications that they did arrive the next day to fix the issue (because a rag was left behind), I was busy with my vacation and waited three more days until I tried to deal with the laundry issue again, only to find out that the problem was never fixed. They never communicated to me that something was done and I just assumed that it had been solved. Thus, here I was again one week into my stay and complained again stating that I was paying for amenities that I specifically wanted and that I was not happy. So they offered to move me to a full one bedroom unit the next day and assured me that they would make sure everything was operational. While the one bedroom was larger I do not feel that it was a better accommodation compared to the room I booked, except for the fact that the washer/dryer actually worked (Hooray!!!). There are some very positive things about this accommodation and that includes the heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, excellent heating and air conditioning, the size of the room and the location being easily accessible to three underground stations and multiple bus lines. As far as the upkeep of the rooms, I feel that the large studio was slight

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

En esta entrada quiero mencionar en especial su atención al cliente, en general de la cadena Easyhotel . Me han atendido muy bien con unos cambios que tenía que hacer debido a la pandemia y el trato ha sido exquisito. Les he mando varios emails con varias preguntas (quizás ya siendo pesada) y me han contestado y atendido de manera rápida, eficaz y muy amables. Creo que es la primera vez que tengo un trato tan bueno con la atención al cliente, de verdad. También quiero mencionar que me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel antes de la remodelación y he decir que siempre vuelvo. Casi siempre tienen un precio inmejorable y me encanta la ubicación, en el centro pero tranquilo. El aseo era un poco más incomodo pero creo que con la remodelación están mejor. Para Londres está muy bien, para dormir y pasar algunas horas es una buena opción. Estoy deseando volver para ver los cambios.

Ubicación: Entre Aldgate East y Whitechapel. Es un lugar muy interesante, el hotel es casi la línea divisoria, más al este hay una mezquita en el este de Londres, lo que significa que hay más musulmanes cerca y también es un barrio ***. La estación de metro habla hindi. Así que al principio no quería ir a Whitechapel, pero la recién inaugurada Elizabeth Line es muy fácil de usar... Por cierto, esta es la casa de Jack el De*****ador... También hay muchos restaurantes cerca. como tiendas de conveniencia como Poundland y Tesco... Instalaciones: No está mal, la gestión es estricta, todas las puertas se abren con las tarjetas de acceso a las habitaciones... El vestíbulo es cálido y espacioso y ofrece un lugar para oficinas y reuniones de invitados. La toma de corriente es muy cómoda para conectar al ordenador. La habitación no es grande, la ventana está cerrada con llave y no se puede abrir, está un poco cargada. Así que prefiero quedarme abajo, en el vestíbulo. El desayuno era rico y el personal era muy hospitalario.

PROS: - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. - Llegué un par de horas antes y pude registrarme temprano a pesar de que el hotel estaba bastante ocupado. La cama era cómoda y el control de temperatura de la habitación era fácil de usar. CONTRAS: - Es imposible pasar por recepción para solicitar algo que falta en su habitación sin bajar y hacer cola. - El control remoto era temperamental. No estoy seguro de si es necesario reemplazar la batería, pero tengo que presionar los botones varias veces antes de que funcione. - Faltan las comodidades básicas que esperaría en una habitación king. No pantuflas, bata, cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes, gorro de baño, etc. Estas son cosas básicas que generalmente se incluyen en el paquete. - El caddy solo tiene 1 café y 2 descafeinados, los azúcares parecían estar allí por un tiempo porque ya están duros. Me prometieron que me lo enviarían a mi habitación pero no hubo nada.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de muchas atracciones en los alrededores, se puede llegar a la carretera, el alquiler no es caro, la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, los camareros son amables y corteses, las instalaciones no son grandes, hay un Cafetera en el lobby para beber a cualquier hora. Sin servicio de limpieza durante 5 días, generalmente satisfactorio
