Es un hotel económico y tiene lo necesario, nuestra habita era compacta pero moderna, creo que las hay un poco más amplias, pero a nosotros nos servía. El precio del desayuno es bastante bueno, puesto que hay buffet (con tostadas distintas, yogures y fruta, huevos revueltos, salchichas,… para beber hay una máquina con diferentes tipos de café, también té, zumo y agua) y en cualquier otro sitio, un desayuno normal te puede costar lo mismo. Está muy bien ubicado. Tiene varias películas en la tele en inglés, secador, toallas y jabón. La cama era bastante cómoda y tienes una tarjeta para tu habitación o entrar al hotel si se os hace tarde.

Hotel céntrico, personal muy amable y cordial, Romina, 14 años en Elche, habla perfectamente castellano y persona encantadora. Pero no se abren las ventanas del hotel, hay por ello mucha condensación, aspecto insalubre y más en momentos de pandemia. Cuando llegamos estaban las toallas sin cambiar, hace dudar de la higiene.

No me puedo quejar de este hotel - excelente relación calidad-precio - habitación fabulosa, aunque sea compacta - muy limpia y cómoda - ropa de cama y toallas preciosas - calefacción e iluminación muy fáciles de controlar según sus preferencias - buena ducha caliente y artículos de tocador - fantástico desayuno y otras comidas disponible - personal encantador - sólo estuve una noche ojalá me hubiera quedado más tiempo!!

Aparte de que la habitación no tenía ventana, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la ducha era solo un goteo tibio y solo había una toalla entre 2, estaba bien. El desayuno era muy básico. Aunque el personal era agradable. Evite las habitaciones del sótano, no tienen aire y están mal ventiladas. Me he alojado en muchos Premier Inn y normalmente son bastante buenos. Ni siquiera pudieron entender bien los conceptos básicos en este.

La puerta del baño de la habitación accesible no funcionaba y parecía que podía caerse en cualquier momento. Algunos miembros del personal fueron muy amables, pero no pudieron ofrecer una alternativa tan simple como un intercambio de habitación debido a las diferencias de precios. Al final me ofrecieron un reembolso del 50% y un cambio de habitación, pero por la mañana la gerente fue muy grosera y se negó a reconocer la promesa que me hizo su colega. Era muy paciente y era desagradable hablar con ella. Aunque estaba contento con los demás miembros del personal.

While the rooms may not be the largest, there is nothing too small overlooked by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them, whether is booking a specific type of room clean (I only wanted the bin emptied) to taking in two parcels, and even a sit down and chat over a cuppa at 2am when I couldn't sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room when we arrived from what we expected. It was a good size room and nice and clean. The bathroom was seperated with a frosted glass wall and door which didn't feel very private, but luckily didn't face the bed. Unfortunately when we were getting ready to leave we found the shower didn't work. Most of the water came out of the shower hose, and just dribbled from the shower head. There was no-one around at reception, just a tub to leave your key in, so we couldn't speak to any staff to try and sort something out. We just made do and left, but it was a very disppointing end to our stay.

The bed was so comfy and plenty of space (shared it with my daughter), staff very kind and friendly. The rooms looked very clean and just right for our stay. Where it was based was a decent enough to get to the attractions. Also was peaceful at night no noise from the street. Enjoyed our stay.
