Excelente cama y piscina muy caliente y la limpieza incondicional. Inicio perfecto y desayuno buffet muy muy bueno, generoso y de gran calidad. El estacionamiento es muy grande y la tranquilidad perfecta.

There are not enough adjectives in my vocabulary to describe Les Sources de Caudalie: Wow, Amazing, Phenomenal… It is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Nestled in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside, surrounded by acres and acres of vineyards, you will find Les Sources De Caudalie. From any view on the property, you will be able to view the rolling hills full of rows of grape vines. To the south you will have white grapes, and to the north, red. The resort ‘s structure is a combination of wood and stone. The architecture and design is that of an old farmhouse chateau with rustic buildings and manicured gardens. A pond sits in the heart of the resort full of wildlife. Amenities include their 3 restaurants. We had the opportunity to eat at all 3 of their restaurants and they were all very good. You can enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool. Next to the resort is their amazing Spa building, and the famous winery Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte. They also have 2 bars and several cozy sitting areas throughout the property. Bicycles are provided for free. Riding the backroads of the vineyards is an experience in itself. In addition, they have a forest nearby that has a nature/sculpture trail. The walk is about a good hour. With respect to the rooms, they are cozy, comfortably updated, and very nicely decorated. Our room was on the ground floor. It had a table with two chairs in the terrace which offered wonderful opportunities to frequently sit to relax mornings and evenings before dinner as we enjoyed some wine and cheese while taking in all the surrounding beauty and gorgeous sunsets. As to the service, again, it was phenomenal! From the check in clerk, to the restaurant staff, and their housekeeping team, which serviced your room twice per day. Throughout our stay, the staff was pleasant in asking if everything was to our liking. The hotel is perfectly located to use as a hub to visit the many beautiful towns and wineries the Bordeaux region has to offer. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future to Les Sources de Caudalie for some rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Bien si quieres que en algún lugar barato y tendido para bajar la cabeza, justo por la estación y una hermosa zona de techo pero muchas cosas deja el hotel abajo: 1. Sólo una pinta fina por cama (cuando se les pidió que proporcionaran una segunda cada) 2. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones dobles son increíblemente compactas con sólo 6 colchones de abrigo para poner todas sus ropas. No hay guardarrotas ni trajes. 4. El ducha se abre en la sala principal donde el bañón también es tan incondicional 5. El personal no parece estar muy molesto por nada, ni siquiera ha comprobado el sistema cuando se preguntó si había posibilidad de una habitación gemela en lugar de ello.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil est agréable et bien décoré, sans rien demander on nous informe d’un sur classement, belle surprise., chambre magnifique. Très vite on déchante, une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre( pique les yeux et la gorge), un technicien vient constater sans solution, On nous change de chambre. Chambre alors bruyante, plus petite, plus de café, plus de surclassement… lit d’appoint à 15€ avec impossibilité de dormir dedans (barres de lit) contrainte de mettre le matelas par terre… Aucune info donnée sur salle sa spa et fitness que l’on découvrira sur un panneau en partant. Bref un séjour décevant pour le prix .

Bajo nuestro punto de vista el hotel está genial, un poco lejos pero ya te pone la distancia cuando lo contratas, el personal amabilisimo, nos vamos encantados, si tengo q añadir la falta de higiene en algunas partes del hotel. Los mosquitos nos han acribillado a las 7 personas q fuimos, las zonas comunes dejaban bastante que desear (hablo de una zona donde podías comer) en nuestro apartamento no teníamos ni suficiente jabón para los platos, y lo peor de todo fue encontrarnos en el baño una camiseta y unas bragas del anterior inquilino. Animo que que pongan más incapie en la limpieza por favor.
