房價和房子還是可以的，上次住着挺好的，這次就不行了，衞生間漏水，中午出去回來房門大開，幸好沒丟東西，想着可能忘記關門了，沒想到凌晨四點多盡然有人找貓，我的房門又是開着的，真的是嚇**。晚上我確定關好門的

老闆很好，有求必應，房間特別乾淨舒適，我們怕冷老闆也給安排暖風扇和電熱毯，很適合住院的家屬，旁邊就是沃爾瑪，很方便，總之非常滿意。
