Nos quedamos casi una semana en este hotel, la última del mes de diciembre. Dos habitaciones. En familia. Destacar de este hotel, sobre todo, el personal del mismo, que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades, mostrando siempre su simpatía y efectividad. Todo fueron facilidades desde el mismo momento mismo de nuestra entrada. Respetaron plenamente nuestras preferencias de habitación. Calidad del sueño muy buena. Buen sistema de cortinas que no permitían entrar luz, con lo que podías descansar bien a primera hora del día. Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena. Desayuno bien. Como aspectos a mejorar, decir que, a pesar de lo que puedan decir algunas agencias, NADIE de su personal habla español. Es una pena, máxime si consideramos que este idioma es el tercero del mundo en importancia por número de personas que lo utilizan y porque Polonia es visitada por numerosos hispanohablantes. En una de las habitaciones la presión del agua era muy pobre, lo que en ocasiones incluso dificultaba tomar una ducha. Las puertas de los baños son translúcidas por lo que en caso de que alguien fuera al baño, podía despertar a la otra/s persona/s. Recomendamos que el hotel mejore estos tres aspectos. Por lo demás es perfecto.

A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la plaza central, y la mayoría de las atracciones famosas se concentran en el casco antiguo, por lo que es muy conveniente. El desayuno en el hotel fue excelente, aunque la elección no fue demasiado, pero la calidad fue alta. Lo único que se critica es que la habitación es un poco oscura, pero el personal de recepción es muy bueno. Elegiré esta tienda la próxima vez en Cracovia.

We have just returned from 3 nights at the hotel and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The room was massive, clean and uniquely furbished with so much space and everything you would want or need. Our room was at the top of the building and the ceiling was all glass which may cause a problem in the summer but was not an issue for us at the end of March. The breakfast was very nice and tasty with a good selection and excellent service. Location wise the hotel could not be placed any better, right in the heart of the old town and on the main square. A perfect place to stay for a city break and I would highly recommend it.

Just checked in and it feels like home. Staff could not be friendlier. Recommending things to do and then setting up tours. This is the place to stay! Great location. Right by everything. Beds are comfy rooms are well appointed but it’s really the people who make this place shine.

Esteticamente, imponente, bello, centralissimo, a due passi dalla collina del Wowel. Stanze ampie e luminose. Servizi carenti. Da un hotel 5 stelle, ci si aspetta che il personale della reception, sappia parlare più lingue straniere, e non solo inglese e polacco. È assurdo in oltre, che si debba chiedere alla reception, la sera prima, di far pulire la stanza, in tutti gli hotel dove sono stata compreso in crociera, ho sempre messo il cartellino verde fuori dalla porta che indica che si può pulire la stanza, senza doverlo chiedere io ogni volta. La colazione è buona, ma per un cinque stelle mi aspettavo più scelta. Per quanto riguarda il rispetto delle norme anti-covid, aiuto, lasciano un po' desiderare, spesso gli ospiti non usano la mascherina negli spazi comuni interni, compresi ascensore e colazione (ci si dovrebbe spostare a prendere la colazione con la mascherina e toglierla solo al tavolo). Ma i primi a non fare rispettare le regole, sono proprio i dipendenti dell'hotel, e spesso sono i primi ad avere la mascherina sotto il naso.

La habitación es grande, hay un lugar para poner la caja, pero la cama no es grande, no está lejos del casco antiguo y de la estación de tren, probablemente en el medio. Hay una escuela de música en el hotel, y siempre hay estudiantes de la universidad que practican el piano y pasan música hermosa. No sé si el aire acondicionado de la habitación está roto, no hace demasiado frío, la casa está bastante mareada, el otro está bien, hay desayuno, pero la variedad no puede comer mucho.

On the face of it the room looked great. However while trying to sleep I found that the sewage pipe for the upstairs room ran in the wooden ceiling of my room and constantly through the night they were going to the toilet and woke me up every time they flushed. It was as if it was in the room with me. When I advised the staff in the morning they tried telling me I left my bathroom light on and that I was wrong about my complaint, like I didnt know what I was talking about. The apartment looked great, but clearly been done on a low budget as when you look closely you can see poor finishes and evidently poor plumbing and insulation to reduce noise from neighbouring apartments

Stayed for 3 nights end of April. Arrived around 11.30am and our room was ready, large triple room, two single beds and a pull out double sofa bed, all beds comfortable. Bathroom large with a great shower. Hairdryer was powerful. Room has a safe which is free of charge. Ideal location right next to the square. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and great to have something before setting off to explore. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return.

Me aloje la semana pasada y la verdad es que no puedo poner ningún pero. Está en la mejor ubicación, en pleno centro de Cracovia, y se puede ir andando a todas partes (lo más lejos es la estación que está apenas a 15 minutos a pie por un camino totalmente recto). El hotel está limpio, habitaciones amplias, personal amable y desayuno rico y variado. Es el hotel perfecto para turistas que van a estar todo el día de la ceca a la meca. Cuando vuelva a la ciudad, repetiré al 100%

The location could not be any better!! There’s so much to do around the hotel and it’s a great price. The apar**ent is really clean, a decent size and has air con, which was good for our stay as it was so warm in Krakow. The breakfast is decent and there are luggage storing facilities a close walk to.
