La habitación del hotel es grande en Nueva York, donde el oro está en centimetros, también está más tranquilo, la habitación no tiene agua para beber, el supermercado está vendido en el primer piso, hay un supermercado en la estación central y también se puede vender, y el cajón de agua caliente puede preguntar al servicio de recepción que vendrá. No está mal, se siente como el grado doméstico para todas las estaciones, pero la colcha es un poco extraña, cada capa de la colcha de tres capas es delgada y está separada al dormir. El desayuno es en el piso sc, porque la epidemia es para llevar, puedes tomar todo lo que quieras, como pan, jugo, café y fruta, lo cual es muy monótono. La única ventaja es que la ubicación está muy cerca de donde voy, los conductos de escape son muy ruidosos cuando me acuesto por la noche y hay vibraciones de baja frecuencia con mis oídos contra la almohada. La seguridad es bastante segura. Aunque necesito deslizar la tarjeta para ingresar a la sala del elevador no es muy sensible, el elevador también experimentó un accidente. Fue llevado al piso superior sin mostrar el piso específico. Me asustó regresar al habitación por las escaleras. Eso es todo, la ventaja es la ubicación.

La señora en el despacho delantero fue maravillosa y muy útil. Nos permitió llegar un coche a nuestra puerta y no necesitamos usar un taxi ni otro. La habitación era muy limpia.

Hotel excelente recomendable 100 por ciento, estuve 7 noches alojada alli con familia y amigos. La sorpresa fue que tienen un lounge en el piso 21 que ingresas con la tarjeta de la habitación y esta TODO incluido en la estadia. Fue un gran ahorro de dolares tanto en el desayuno como el lunch que es de 17 a 19 hs. En el desayuno pueden encontrar desde huevo, beagle,croasant,yogur,cereales,jugos,frutas,etc super variado y además tiene una vista increíble en la terraza también. Además podes comprar comida y comer ahi las bebidas libres las 24 hs. Cafe,agua,gaseosas,y en la hora del lunch hay cerveza y vino también. Lo recomiendo totalmente las habitaciones impecables y el baño también.

Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

Cerca del Tauron Arena y eso fue todo. Habitación limpia y ordenada. precio atractivo, ya que se ordenó casi en el último minuto. El desayuno sabía bien y podías elegir algo para todos los que les gustaba, gran variedad. el servicio también es muy agradable. gracias

Check in process very smooth, receptionist directed me to where I can park for free for my stay. Of course there was the traditional doubletree cookies given on arrival. My room was upgraded in advance of my arrival. My King junior suite was spacious and well maintained. I had a Diamond member treat of chocolate and red wine with a dedicated note from hotel guest services manager. Room had a microwave and a sink all fully working and functional. Executive lounge- so spacious and tidy and clean. Drinks options were amazing. Happy hour was 3 hours long (5-8pm). Lounge has 2 computers connected to the internet for guests to use in addition to a printer for guests use. The staff in the lounge very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Toilet available in lounge for guests to use. Gym- available 24 hours, accessible with room key, very spacious and clean, has water fountain and hand towels available soon as you walk in to the gym. Swimming pool - 1.20m deep pool very clean and clear water. Jacuzzi spacious and activates once you sit in. Two sauna rooms and one steam room with an extra secluded seating area with cushioned deck chairs for those wanting to lay down near the steam and sauna rooms. Changing room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast - so many options, I especially liked the daily fresh smoothies. Be sure to ask for Chef Karol if you want an omelette or scrambled egg made to your specification he’ll look after you. La decoración del hotel es muy buena. Me gusta mucho, todo en la habitación es muy bueno. Es que el desayuno del hotel no cambia nada durante cuatro días, casi todos los días, es una parte insuficiente. Además, la ubicación del hotel está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad! Hay un problema con la estación de trenes en la puerta del hotel en estos dos días. Tengo que ir más a una estación 🙁
