Muy bueno, cuando llegue, ya estoy listo para comer, beber, y el servicio de desayuno debe experimentar, hará el desayuno en la parte inferior, y hay un barbacoa, el director también tiene todo tipo de ayuda para reservar proyectos de juegos marítimos, salir a buscar un coche para el director, mucho más barato que fuera! El entorno es muy bueno, vaya con amigos, en general es grandioso! Vale la pena recomendar!!!

Aunque la ubicación está lejos de la playa de Ao Nang, el hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte que va y viene a la playa de Ao Nang en 10 minutos cada hora, por lo que tuve una estancia estupenda sin mayores problemas. La ubicación remota tiene ventajas y desventajas, ya que es tranquila y permite ver un bonito bosque. El personal de recepción fue amable y el desayuno fue especialmente bueno. Cuando no quería esperar el transporte o quería quedarme más tarde, tomaba un tuk-tuk de regreso al alojamiento y pagaba unos 150 baht.

Hard to know where to start… bitterly disappointed is the phrase I’d use. Everything from start to finish wasn’t great. Most of the issues centred around poor quality of service with what seems to be badly trained staff. The rooms are designed nicely but cleaned poorly, multiple occasions where surfaces were not wiped and products not replenished. The service at the bar and restaurant was bad with food coming out at different times, forgetting orders or it taking 40+ mins. The shuttle times are limited so that if you want to go out to the town for dinner or lunch you need to pay for a taxi, which are also over priced compared to other areas of Thailand. Items were placed on our bill that were included in our stay, after asking confirming several times that these items wouldn’t be an added extra. We booked a snorkelling tour with the hotel which was very poor. Due to multiple reasons we felt unsafe and asked the hotel to tell the boat driver to take us home. She then proceeded to tell him to ignore us and sail further out to sea in the hood we’d change our mind. It took us 6 times of asking to be finally taken back. When we made a formal complaint at the hotel we weren’t given an apology or refund, not even a bottle of gesture of good will… nothing. We were asked to pay nearly £200 per person for the NY event, on top of our stay, which I felt was outrageously overpriced. There is a real sense of over charging guests and not providing service or products that warrant the high fees. Overall very unhappy with our stay. The staff need some thorough training and a duty of care for the guests needs to be given priority. It’s important to note that the hotel wasn’t even half full yet the team seemed overwhelmed and unprepared.

Cuando llegué al hotel, pensé que la ubicación era extraña. De hecho, estaba muy lejos de Ao Nang. Sólo se puede ir de autobús y luego volver solo de taxi o tuc tuc. La playa que da para ver en adelante ni se debe considerar playa, porque si no es así. Como el hotel estaba vacío (sólo yo y mi compañero), no tenían comida para servir la cena. Sin embargo, hay al menos dos supermercados muy cerca y algunos restaurantes locales. El desayuno es de 6/7 opciones si no estoy equivocado, no hay variedad. Me encantó la piscina. Me encantó el personal. Aunque no saben hablar muy bien inglés, siempre fueron muy atractivos. Me preguntaron si quería cambiar de habitación debido al ruido, porque estaban cortando árboles del lado de mi habitación. A pesar de la ubicación, el pierre está justo al lado, lo que facilita mucho los viajes a otras islas. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y bueno para quien quiera descansar. Para quien quiera sentir la azafama turística, entonces debe buscar otro hotel más en el centro de Ao Nang.

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

Nice hotel, tucked away. Run by Pim and her team. The villas are spacious, very clean with good sized shower and toilet and wardrobe area. The kitchen has a two ring hob and there are a few pans and plates and utensils. The hob is a bit fiddly to work, but managable. The beds are very firm but a good size. There is a TV, sofa, table and chairs and thankfully air conditioned. The pool is small and all one depth, but never got crowded or anything. People would take it in turns to hang out there. The room is cleaned every day, and they provide bottled water and clean towels. We didn't need it cleaned that often but the offer was there. The grounds are well maintained and lovely to walk through to the pool and reception. All the trees and bushes are planted with medinicial purposes in mind. There is a large out building where you can book yoga and trea**ents, but you need to book at least two days in advance. The food is organic and grown onsite. Breakfast and lunch can be provided at an extra cost. The only downside is that the restaurant closes at 5pm, so you will need to go out of the resort to eat in the evenings. They can order you a taxi or you can use Grab to get one. Smoking is allowed in designated area, but ashtrays are provided in all villas.

El hotel es tan super guapo, el pequeño hermano de la recepción me ayudó a actualizar el panorama de la piscina gratis. Está muy bien. La próxima vez que viene a Timmy, debe vivir en este hotel. No hay ninguna provocación en todos los aspectos. Después de una lluvia fuerte, se levanta en la piscina exterior y disfruta tranquilamente de la comodidad que trae la lluvia grande Creo que toda la gente se relajó mucho. La fotografía del sol es realmente hermosa. La noche escuchaba el ruido de los insectos y dormió muy cómodo. El servicio de hermanos de la recepción es realmente grandioso. Una gran locura 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍, el coche arreglado al salir es muy bonito, tiene personalidad hahahahahaha, En resumen, muy feliz
