Baymont by Wyndham Kingman

Quick overnight stop on way from LAS to Sedona. Clean room, fantastic staff (Tracie), very good breakfast (open, stocked, and hot at 6:00). Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Lovely property; visually appealing while being simple and straightforward. We were looking for a safe, pleasant spot to rest, and that is exactly what we found. I have no doubt there’s lots more about the place to like; I simply cannot speak to that as we were only there for 6 hours. Renee at the desk was kind, warm & efficient; Darlene did a fantastic job with Housekeeping. Clean, pleasant smelling, roomy! I will absolutely come back here again. They also have an impressive breakfast spread with both cold and Hot items!

Room wasn't clean furniture was dusty dirty floors noisy estrong smells chemicals room right nextdoor maintenance room.

The property was in remodel. So there was a lot of construction going on. Luckly they stopped about 8pm

The location is conveniently right off I40, but the environment was noisy and generally felt unsafe. I picked this hotel because the room floors are tile rather than carpet. The room was clean. However there were building/upgrade items (the shower dispensers) that were left there to be installed - still in the box in the vanity. Also -the worst part- the bed was both hard as the tile floor and lumpy. The pillows were also terrible. I didn't get any measurable sleep because it was so uncomfortable.

This is clearly a MOTEL, not a Hotel as the listing AND staff insist it is. The property has a ridiculously small "breakfast area" with three cheap tables and a few chairs. I think labeling it as a hotel is deceiving, as are the pictures on the listing because they do not match what actually awaits you there.
