Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero nuestro baño apestaba a cloaca, según entendimos, era imposible hacer nada al respecto, en otras áreas comunes el olor era agradable, como en el hotel mismo. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos sirvieron una bebida y fruta, nos acompañaron a la habitación. El desayuno no era muy bueno, realmente no había nada para comer, los pasteles no tenían sabor, bueno, definitivamente no 5 estrellas, un buffet muy débil. El personal se esfuerza mucho y realmente quiere ayudar, pero aún así el hotel no es de 5 estrellas en mi opinión, un buen tres o un promedio de cuatro. No tienes que esperar por una hermosa vista desde la ventana. Pedimos un taxi al aeropuerto gratis, una ventaja muy agradable. Y una vez más, el personal es encantador, pero el hotel en sí no es un quinto registro, solo un hotel boutique.

My 2nd consecutive stay in 2 months at this hotel; as usual the excellent service & courtesy of the residence club level staff is immaculate during check-ins/check outs, general queries handling & service requests attentiveness, etc. Other housekeeping staff, concierge & lobby staff are also resolute & friendly with guests’ needs. ☝️👍. This makes my stay really relaxing & enjoyable.

Pros: -Situación central: al lado de la tienda Takashiyama, muy conveniente para explorar las famosas vistas de Saigon, distancia de caminar por la noche a Qu ảng Tr ờng Nguy ễn Hu ệ. Las tiendas de Takashiyama cuentan con una gran cantidad de comida, café y opciones comerciales -Servicio: personal del hotel amigable y bienvenido, nos ayudó con la salida / equipaje; personal nos ayudó a organizar servicios de spa no lejos del hotel -Inicio: Servicio de check-in rápido a pesar de llegar tarde al día -Habitación: cómoda cama, buena cantidad de espacio para trabajar en la habitación (un escritorio largo más una zona de descanso con dos sillas altas) -Bebidas en la habitación (bebidas blandas, -El personal fue arriba y más allá para organizar una habitación de reserva una de las noches para tomar una llamada -Bañera con una buena vista; no estaba demasiado ocupado Cons: -preciado muy cerca de los 5* hoteles más grandes, sin embargo, sentían como servicio y instalaciones generales más cerca de un pequeño Hotel boutique (por ejemplo, nadie te saluda fuera del hotel cuando solo se ingresa, no está claro si el hotel tiene un spa) -Design de la habitación: piso alto, sin embargo, el diseño de la habitación lo hizo sentir bastante oscuro frente a una vista panorámica

Very clean modern hotel in an excellent position in District 1. The furniture bathroom all very modern and clean. Had an excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful The location of the hotel in District 1 couldn't have been better. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for anyone that is looking for a clean modern hotel room with good customer service and breakfast positioned in terrific part of District 1 close to all the facilities such as restaurants, parks, entertainment etc.

We stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.

El hotel es un hotel muy bien situado y servicio. todo está a pie distancia. Cuando llegué al gerente (hieu) tuve mi habitación y las visitas están listas para mí.El personal es amigable y el gerente hieu ha ido por encima de las expectativas para hacerme feliz. todo desde un hotel. La habitación se actualiza para sugerir diferentes lugares que debería ver. . Cualquier pequeño asunto que tuve el Sr. Hieu había corregido en minutos . Así que bueno trabajo Hieu y personal que tiene otro feliz cliente Ps desayuno es grande awell y gran servicio

El hotel es un hotel muy lleno de habitaciones, muy confortable y muy confortable. En nuestras tres noches de estancia, nos reunimos con varios miembros del personal y casi todos parecían muy indiferentes si no se nos dirigía a la ruda. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. No hemos recibido ningún sopa de pho y el café había salido. Y el personal no hizo nada, pero dijo que es así. Un grupo grande que había entrado no es una explicación, deberían saber sobre sus huéspedes. La exposición de la ciudad es un hotel con una gran variedad de lugares de interés, y la ciudad está en una situación muy difícil. No me importa mucho el desayuno del hotel, pero esta vez viajamos con mi esposa y nuestra hija de 1y11m y no tener desayuno realmente ha hecho nuestra vida más difícil. Pros - hotel limpio - habitaciones limpias y agradables con botellas de agua complimentaria para cada día - excelente ubicación Cons - desayuno, probablemente debería ir a las 6:00 para recibir cualquier - personal y su actitud (excluyendo un chico de campana, un receptor y los limpiadores)

Unfortunately I read the reviews on Booking.com and didn’t check my trusted trip advisor like I usually do, We have been traveling since the beginning of January through, Thailand, Cambodia and now Vietnam and it’s not our first trip to these countries, it is however the first time styles, standards and service have been extremely disappointing. We arrived at this hotel around 15:55 with a check in time of 14:00. I had already informed them of our time of arrival and they had replied confirming it. On arrival Reception staff stated room wasn’t ready because of late checkout, I asked them for another room to which they completely ignored me so I asked for the manager. I told her I wasn’t happy paying for someone else’s late checkout and to arrange another room regardless of whether it was an upgrade of just a basic room as I had looked on booking.com and there were plenty of room, she said we will clean it as quickly as we can, 30 minutes later and 3 cleaning staff seen leaving the room it was ready. Totally unacceptable. Positives- Excellent cleaning staff and porters. Comfortable bed Television with English channels Good quiet air-con Safety deposit box a good size and actually screwed down which is quite a novelty in Asia. Very well located for the main sites in Saigon. Negatives- Rude an inexperienced management and reception staff. Steep steps leading in to the hotel One lift for the whole 12 floors which was full on numerous occasions, if that goes out of service it’s a long walk down. Room very tired especially in the bathroom. It actually felt like you were sleeping in an office with the style of the wardrobes. Very inventive photos, the pool is nothing more than a plunge pool with 4 sun loungers but in online publicity photos it looks massive. The sky bar happy hour was far from it, buy 2 get 1 free, we only paid for 4 half pints at a cost of £15.60 and the 2 free after a barrel change were undrinkable (I even changed the barrel for the 2 guys working as they didn’t know how to). No table service until you went up to the bar and ordered your drinks. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, you had to ask the staff for tea/coffee, at no time were we offered these or any form of eggs, the whole area was nothing more than a shambles run by very inexperienced staff. I must say they tried their best and the lack of service and standards is completely down to bad management. I didn’t use any of the other services they offered so I can’t comment on those. Being retired Publicans and restaurant owners we go through the hotel channel first to try and rectify any bad feedback and when it falls on deaf ears then to comment on here is truly justifiable.

Reservo una habitación familiar, dos grandes camas reinas durante el cumpleaños de mi marido. El personal es muy agradable y amable. Para siempre ayuda a llevar su equipaje o abrir la puerta de entrada del hotel. Nunca ir al techo ya que mi habitación tiene un baño grande. Canal TV sólo 3 en inglés y el resto está en Vietnam. Desk un poco de antígenos pero cada vez que le pido al personal de la casa limpia. Decente hotel 3 estrellas. Valor por el dinero. 5 minutos a pie al Mercado Ben Thant. 7 minutos a pie a la calle Malasia.

We stayed for three nights in December and on night in January. This is an excellent hotel perched on a hill overlooking the city. There are great views of the city on one side and on the other you can follow the construction progress for the city's new football stadium. Convenient to the airport with shuttle service, it also has 24-hour dining on site. It is an easy walk to shopping and dining. Nearby there are several foreign exchange offices and ATMs. There is on-site parking if you are driving. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, good pillows and mosquito nets. The A/C works, but isn't always needed. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Good wifi in the rooms, lobby and restaurant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast combines Rwandan favorites with western options. Breakfast and dinner both had good options and the food is well-prepared. The hotel and restaurant are both family friendly with plenty of menu items for picky eaters and the ability to provide a room with a bed for kids. Good value for the money.

El hotel Dmall está convenientemente situado cerca del centro de conferencias y del aeropuerto. Eric y su equipo van más allá de la milla extra para asegur**** de que estés feliz. Cuando pasé una noche extra allí de regreso después de una conferencia y unas vacaciones, ¡fue como volver a casa! Las habitaciones son excelentes, wifi rápido y buena comida! También excelentes restaurantes alrededor del hotel.
