La Siesta Premium Saigon
Becky and I have been fortunate enough to travel all over. We have met lovely people in amazing places, but staff and service of La Siesta Premium Saigon were unmatched for excellence in our experience. Greeted you with friendly professionalism, a cool towel, and refreshing drink. Anticipated our questions and accommodated our unscheduled request to stay a half day longer because our flight was not leaving until 11:30 pm! The host made amazing dinner recommendations at Bep Mi In for the best Vietnamese meal of our trip, walked us to our room to ensure we were satisfied, and arranged everything before we could ask the next question. The rooftop bar provided views of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline, again complemented by perfect service. Dinner at Cloud Nine was on cloud nine! Perfect service, a lovely amuse-bouche, an amazing truffle pasta and scallop salad, followed by a complementary aperitif. Becky saw an interesting book on the bar shelf for decoration; they gave it to her! Then they changed our car to the airport to an earlier time at our request on a moments notice. To top it all off, our host ran to the car just as we were pulling away to give Becky a gift on behalf of the staff. Please if you are in Ho Chi Minh City, stay at La Siesta Premium. It provided a new standard in customer service and at a very reasonable price! 1000% recommend.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero nuestro baño apestaba a cloaca, según entendimos, era imposible hacer nada al respecto, en otras áreas comunes el olor era agradable, como en el hotel mismo.
Nos recibieron muy bien, nos sirvieron una bebida y fruta, nos acompañaron a la habitación.
El desayuno no era muy bueno, realmente no había nada para comer, los pasteles no tenían sabor, bueno, definitivamente no 5 estrellas, un buffet muy débil.
El personal se esfuerza mucho y realmente quiere ayudar, pero aún así el hotel no es de 5 estrellas en mi opinión, un buen tres o un promedio de cuatro. No tienes que esperar por una hermosa vista desde la ventana.
Pedimos un taxi al aeropuerto gratis, una ventaja muy agradable. Y una vez más, el personal es encantador, pero el hotel en sí no es un quinto registro, solo un hotel boutique.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and greet you whenever you leave or return to the hotel. It’s a small boutique hotel but their service level is on par with those big name 5 stars hotel or even better. Very clean and new property with a cozy vibe. Highly recommend for those looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service, location and beautiful new property.

Sam, the hotel manager and her staff provided excellent service to us during our stay. Friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel is centrally located and is easily accessible to many key attractions. Breakfast is good with good variety of local, Asian and Western choices. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will travel to HCM for business and leisure.
