Nice to stay and strolling around albalad. i recommend this hotel for you!

Excellent location - old town Jeddah near to Balad shopping area lots of food places nearby. Very clean and beautiful room, staff were welcoming and kind offered Saudi coffee and dates on arrival. Will definitely stay here again, recommend to everyone.

This hotel experience was a very good one. We only had minor problems such as thick pillows and a noisy AC on our first night. However, the staff went the extra mile to help us. They changed us the room and provided better pillows. Another issue not related to the hotel were other noisy guests arriving late at night and speaking very loud in the hallways.

Staffs were responsive in communication before and during our stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and wifi was strong. Delicious Arabic coffee were provided at the reception. Breakfast which consist of foul, eggs, jam, cheese , falafel and bread were served in the room daily.The manager Ahmed kept in contact with us during our stay. From the airport, we took the airport express bus to Balad and from there it is less than 10 mins walk to the hotel. The surrounding area has many shops and the touristy part of Balad is also walking distance. Just a note that if you need your room to be cleaned daily, you might need to alert the reception as housekeeping might not be done daily. Recommended hotel.

This place is top class. And less than ten minutes from the old town. Very highly recommend. The entrance is small but that's ok because you are not spending time there anyway. But the rooms are great.
