Estuvimos aquí para una intervención. El Hotel está limpio, es moderno. Habitaciones un poco justas. Demasiados muebles. Wifi muy malo. Imposible casi conect****. Canales internacionales, españoles no existen. Y otros paises pierden conexión. Deberian mejorar en tecnología. Desayuno correcto. Personal, hay de todo, en recepción preguntamos por un servicio de chofer para hacer visita rapida se un dia , y el recepcionista intento aprovech****, diciendo que por 4 horas no cobraban 200€, cuando lo normal de un trayecto es de 90liras (15euros), ademas luego notamos como se reian entre ellos. Personal restaurante bien, pero en general el desodorante los ha abandonado a todos. Un poco desagradable. No merece la pena comer alli si no es el desayuno, puesto que alrededor, no muy lejos hay infinidad de sitios con comidas buenisimas (durucmu emmi) . Hotel correcto para lo que fuimos, pero no lo eligiria como hotel vacacional.

No es mi primera vez en Estambul, siempre hemos estado en el lado europeo. Yo me quedé en Kempinski, Raffels, el fósforo Hilton y el intercontinental. Esta propiedad Wyndham en el lado asiático es tan buena como cualquiera de los servicios disponibles. 2 piscinas en el techo. Un lindo spa y un gran gimnasio. El desayuno fue como se esperaba en cualquier hotel turco de 5 estados, absolutamente fabuloso. La propiedad está a pie de la calle de Bagdad con todas las tiendas y restaurantes de alto rango. La casa está muy cerca de la marina con restaurantes de la playa.

I had a wonderful stay and experience at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my last trip in Istanbul and its all thanks to the best members of staff I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived very early and they made an exception of me to check-in earlier so that I could rest. I really appreciate it. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, to the cleaning staff were absolutely delightful and eager to help! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the amazing Kübra Gürbüz, she is beyond exceptional. I needed a very specific help with the flight and she went above and beyond to help and was so patient and professional and resolved my issue with great determination and spent tremendous amount of time to achieve it. I am eternally grateful to Kübra. She is an absolute delight, beautiful inside and out, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, observant, fluent in English. Kübra gave me all the tips on places to explore in Istanbul and I enjoyed visiting all those places so much. I can’t praise her enough. What a lovely girl! I want to thank Engin as well for his friendliness, all the help, positivity, encouragement, professionalism and for always being so helpful, approachable and smiley. Wonderful people, feels like a family! They made my stay so enjoyable. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel and the room had a fantastic charm. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and every morning there was something new. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The location is just perfect. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you again for everything! Me ha gustado este hotel, porque cuando entras en el hotel, el personal es muy atento y amable y se da cuenta de que la limpieza de sus habitaciones es muy importante. La ubicación es perfecta, las paradas de metro, autobús, minibus y taxi están a sólo 2 minutos a pie. En el baño hay todo de champú, gel de ducha, toallas y calzado. Creo que siempre escogeré este lugar.

I am quite fortunate to come across this wonderful boutique hotel in Istanbul. I’ve been staying in Findikli everytime I visit but this by far is the best one for me. Arriving at the hotel is a refreshing experience itself, where trees, a peaceful local community vibe and a pleasant hotel lobby welcoming you as you start on your Loop Bosphorous experience. A quaint and elegant lobby with a wonderful staff will be welcoming you as you enter this property. Check in and check out was fairly easy and swift. Luggage assistance was provided by the staff and directed me to my room (or i should say Home) right away. Elevator is present which is very convenient for all. The room I got was with the beautiful bosphorous view. I wanted to book the Suite, however, it was not available during that time, but I was already pleased with the room I got anyway. The white, grey, and gold interior matches with a striking natural light coming from the windows are just perfect for a calming proper rest for those seeking a mini vacation from a busy lifestyle. The room has an ensuite shower room with the same elegant aesthetic as the room. Ive observed that the linens, beddings, furniture and fixtures found in the room were of premium quality. Shower, toilet and comfort amenities provided are of the same good quality. The room is equipped with a standard fully stocked mini fridge, hair dryer, and a decent air conditioner. As for the space, I find it just right with an adequate provision to store your suitcase. Breakfast was part of my booking but I just couldn’t wake up on time to experience it. Ot is offered at the restaurant located at the same floor of the lobby which is beside a lovely pool and a pool bar which offers yet another captivating view of the Bosphorous and the residential neighborhood around. Seeing this amenity for a boutique hotel alone, upon check-in made me realize I booked the right hotel already. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and ala carte menu is available from the restaurant. Just wasn’t sure about any room service feature, as I didn’t even thought about it during my stay. I’ve also noticed a self serving water and coffee station in the lobby for all the guests which is another plus. I have observed that the hotel is fairly new hence a well maintained standard for cleanliness and upkeep was noticeable. The design of the hotel is modern yet refreshing, the same time comfortable and relaxing for all type of travelers. I am hopeful that they can maintain the cleanliness and over all presentation of the hotel as the years go by. As for the location, Findikli will always be my choice to stay at. Its situated on a hill so during check-in and check out, assistance from the hotel staff is required and will definitely be provided, when carrying and loading your suitcases to and from your transport. el personal de recepción era excepcional, especialmente Tunc, En cuanto a la custodia, creo que no son tan profesionales como deberían ser, ya que nuestra caja estaba llena de nescafe cuando nos inspeccionamos. Afortunadamente, Tunc fue amable y se aseguró de que tuvimos una limpia :)

El ambiente y el servicio del hotel son de primera categoría: elegimos la vista del Bósforo y la recepción eligió especialmente una vista de gran altura para nosotros. El desayuno fue rico y la cena fue en el piso 14, con vistas a las hermosas vistas nocturnas a ambos lados del Estrecho de Taiwán. ¡Pasamos dos días maravillosos! Un agradecimiento especial al portero Mehmet y al botones Bngin. Como teníamos que ir a un hotel cerca del aeropuerto con anticipación para tomar un vuelo temprano, estos dos caballeros nos ayudaron atentamente a conseguir un taxi (el conductor también era un anciano amable) y nos enviaron. Llegué al nuevo hotel sin problemas, lo que me hizo preocuparme todo el tiempo. El problema se resolvió con éxito (no hubo ningún fenómeno de estafa al cliente criticado por otros). Me encanta este hotel, ¡gran experiencia!

Las camas eran cómodas y apropiadas para nuestra familia muy alta. La piscina en el techo era pequeña (hay también una piscina interior más grande), pero una característica bienvenida para permitir que se descanse después de un largo día de vista o simplemente pasar algún tiempo bañeando y refrigerando (de nuevo, las vistas fueron sorprendentes). The location is probably the best part about this hotel, it is away from the hustle and bustle of the European side, but has excellent access to the metro, taxis, ferries, buses, dolmus's and even a tram. ¡Puedes estar en el espesor de la vista ver en una cuestión de 15-20 minutos por ferry!
