«Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.»

«Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away.
We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.»

«Had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. What was outstanding was the travel concierge. She was patient and highly helpful and took care of all our itinerary bookings and transport. All at a very fair price. She explained everything in detail and was very honest with her recommendation and charges too by not overselling etc which was very common in china. Her recommendations were all highly suitable for my group of elderly travellers as well. She even took the time to help us book chang bai sha tickets on wechat in which she had not commission on. She even tried to help us save money by trying to fit all our large airplane luggages into a single car. I deeply appreciate and will not forget her kind priceless hospitality that she has shown us. This hotel is worth staying just for the service of the travel concierge alone. This hotel is lucky to have such a valuable staff and asset.»

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble aquí. La Sra. Da Ling fue muy amable y nos ayudó desde la reserva del hotel hasta la salida. Nos ayudó a reservar un taxi desde la ciudad hasta el hotel y a reservar un billete para Tienchi Lack por la mañana antes de ir. ¡Hizo que nuestro día fuera especial! Recomiendo este hotel ❤️

El propietario, el Sr. Feng, y su personal, especialmente el Sr. Xia, junto con el resto del equipo, son joyas. Son extremadamente útiles, y su intención de ayudar a los huéspedes es genuina. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas… hasta el momento el único hotel que tiene la temperatura regulada y no pasas un calor agobiante durante la noche. El servicio de recogida eñ la estación de Changbaishan es muy útil tanto oara la llegada como para luego moverte dentro de la ciudad. Lo único malo es que esta un poco lejos del centro.

MMind KatechooThe room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

No pueden hablar inglés, pero usan WeChat para hablar con nosotros y ayudarnos todo, ya que reservamos como reservar el autobús o nos envíamos como ir al ferrocarril o cómo encontrar el autobús. También ayudan a ordenar la comida, reservar entradas de escenarios, escribir la señal para ayudarnos a volver al hotel, nos fuimos.

UUsuario invitado這個酒店有點九十年代的感覺，設施稍有陳舊，但是每個細節服務都讓你很舒服，很用心。這趟去金水鶴酒店，酒店免費幫我們升房，早餐品種雖然不太多，但是像媽媽的味道。床品很舒服，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。酒店很氣派，温泉雖然不算大，但是服務很周到。酒店的服務員都在微笑，而且是自然的微笑，對小朋友們很友好，不像我們在西坡萬達那邊感覺到是一種純商業化的氣氛。就像旁邊的美人松公園那樣自然和諧。

We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.
