Pretty nice overall. I stayed for 3 nights. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The room is spacious and has a really nice view, compared to the same price hotel near the lake. Just some comments on the meals. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner for my booking. Breakfast (mini buffet liked) options stay the same, I mean absolute same. For dinner, the first night is amazing, with chicken hotpot, steak, appetizer and dessert. Second night, beef Sukiyaki (kind of like beef hotpot with a sweet soup/sause and rawegg), appetizer and dessert. Kind of okay, I would say as I was hoping to see something more differerent and, to me, it is a bit like a downgraded version (not by far tho) of the first night. And the third night, beef Shabu-shabu (water based hotpot), appetizer and dessert. Quite disappointing as I would refer it more or less the same as second night maindish Sukiyaki but taking away the raw egg and sweet soup based. I would recommend staying for 2 nights max if you don't want to have hotpot everynight About the Onsen, there are one indoor and outdoor onsen each for men and women. Not too big, but the size is enough as there are not too many people using that during my stay. I am not sure if it is normal for Japanese Onsen but I see there is quite a number of materials in the outdoor onsen. I cannot tell what those are, kind of like dead skin to me tho. Not too comfortable with it (although I went there three times during my stay).

Well located hotel with nice onsen - including option to book a private one. Fantastic breakfast and great access to sights around. Friendly staff and great place to disconnect and relax in an authentic way.

It’s been such a nice stay, the room is large and clean, the traditional decor is perfectly introduced into the vibe of Nikko. The dinner and breakfast were perfectly served. Plus, they have a very nice souvenir shop on the first floor, bought a few socks there. Finally, the onsen was brilliant, also large room and a small onsen outside on a balcony. I regret staying only for one night.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

I spent at Kaniyu 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Upon my arrival, there was an English-speaking staff member at the reception, Mr. Tamaki, who kindly upgraded my room for free - thank you so much for that! The room was spacious and clean. It was a bit cool inside, but the heating system worked really well and warmed up the room quickly; the controls were very simple and convenient to use. The futon was comfortable, the blanket was warm and cozy, and although the pillow was a bit too firm for me, I slept just fine without it. The room was equipped with everything needed: towels, yukata for changing, bathroom amenities, and more. Both breakfast and dinner were made from a variety of fresh ingredients — everything was delicious and filling. I tried many dishes for the first time and really enjoyed them! The stuff was very nice and friendly, a canteen lady who helped me to take a picture was very kind! The onsen was absolutely amazing. The hot, milky water was incredibly relaxing (not that smelly for my taste), and the cool outdoor air felt refreshing. I visited it after sunset as well, and it was an unforgettable experience: chilling in hot springs while watching night sky and listening to forest sounds. --- To sum it up, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat off the beaten path and for affordable price, then this place is absolute gem~ P.S. l was mesmerized by the road trip to the Kaniyu itself: mountains, rivers and lakes, a troop of monkeys on the side of the road, tunnels, a hairpin turns and so on.

Las instalaciones del hotel y la actitud del servicio están bien, pero la ubicación es un poco desviada, no hay muchos lugares para comer, un poco lejos del centro.

Muy agradable hotel, muy bonito, el hardware no es muy nuevo, pero el servicio y el ambiente son realmente intimados, el hall tiene bebidas, café de vino rojo caliente, gran bolo, un viento y la nieve entran y se sienten calientes, muy calientes, tiene un sabor familiar! Hay un camino desde la carretera, pero hay un coche de beso, la hermana mayor de la gran camioneta que condujo era muy agradable. Un día, el viaje se terminó con el autobús. ¡Pensé que había 500 metros de altura para volver al hotel para ver el coche al lado de nosotros, ¡no quiero que te muevas! El auto original es volver y esperar en la estación, recuerda que la estación es 33A ¡Yuan! La cena es diferente todos los días, vivimos tres días, y la regla es la de la china! La sopa de la sopa es buena, especialmente como al aire libre, el exterior es la selva, correcto, hay un grano en la selva, un grupo, ¡muy convicto! Un amigo me dijo que debía decir que la sopa de sopa tenía un pequeño azul que vestiría algo, lo cual es especialmente prudente.

挺有特色的温泉酒店。訂的房間是和室，純榻榻米，房間內沒有浴室，這點請特別注意。洗澡要去酒店單獨一棟温泉浴場，日式傳統那種，分男女，脱光沖洗乾淨才能進入温泉。體感見仁見智，日本人很喜歡，呵呵 酒店包早餐和晚餐，質量意外的高，而且每天的菜單都不同，挺驚喜的。 服務不用説，日式貼心，員工英語也還行，交流沒問題。 總而言之挺有特色的酒店，還是值得體驗一把

Este hotel tenía muchas cosas geniales. Me alojé en el dormitorio 10 noches y, por el precio, prácticamente obtienes servicios y comodidades de hotel, una excelente relación calidad-precio. Cambiaban toallas a diario, la biblioteca y el salón eran geniales (alcohol y aperitivos gratis, además de hamacas preciosas y vistas al lago). El onsen era de buen tamaño, con piscinas cubierta y al aire libre. Lo único que no me gustó fue el material de las cápsulas del dormitorio: madera fina y muy hueca, lo que provocaba un sonido ensordecedor cuando tus vecinos se movían a tu alrededor. Si tienes el sueño ligero, quizás deberías reconsiderarlo. Pero por lo demás, fue genial. ¡Volvería!

El exterior del hotel es bonito, pero el interior es anticuado y necesita una pequeña renovación. Algunas zonas del hotel estuvieron completamente cerradas (quizás estén ahorrando lo suficiente para renovarlas algún día). Sin embargo, las instalaciones y las habitaciones están bien cuidadas y los onsens son hermosos y tranquilos. Hay dos onsens principales, separados por hombres y mujeres. Cada día se cambian los onsens: por la mañana se va a uno y por la noche, antes de cenar, se puede disfrutar del otro. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante y una tienda de regalos muy agradables que ofrecen productos locales a precios razonables. Hay una máquina de café y té gratuita disponible las 24 horas. Está a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Kinugawa Onsen. Al llegar, te proporcionan un yukata para que te lo pongas durante tu estancia en el hotel. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y pueden elegirse entre una cama occidental o una japonesa (dormir en el suelo). Optamos por una cama occidental más elevada, ya que pensamos que haría más frío dormir en el suelo. Aunque las habitaciones tienen muy buena calefacción, hacía demasiado calor, así que tuvimos que abrir la ventana para refrescarlas. Tienen bonitas vistas al campo. Ofrecen una jarra de agua helada en la habitación y se puede ir a recepción para rellenarla si se necesita más. El baño es bastante grande y tiene ducha e inodoro en una habitación separada; aunque nos bañamos principalmente en el onsen. Hay un 7-Eleven cerca, abierto las 24 horas, pero por lo demás no hay mucho más alrededor del hotel. Además, el pueblo de Kinugawa Onsen cierra bastante temprano; sobre las 20:00 está bastante desierto. Estuvimos allí a finales de noviembre de 2024 y parecía que el hotel estaba casi vacío, así que nos sentimos como si tuviéramos el lugar para nosotros solos. Fue una estancia de una noche muy agradable.
