UUsuario invitadoThe room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service.
Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels.
The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

Fabuloso
HHoSVery old school ryokan run by very friendly who has been working there for many years. Your name will be displayed on the board next to the entrance of the ryokan to show that they were currently welcoming these guests staying at the ryokan! We stayed there for 2 nights with free parking and we didn’t have to drive anywhere until we checked out as the ryokan is within walking distance to the 3 major world heritage listed shrines including The Toshogu Palace.
Avoid room 312 or 313 (which we stayed) which are the smallest rooms. Those rooms in the middle parts are bigger and more comfortable. Do ask for any room facing the back of the ryokan and avoid those facing the front where you only see car parks with coaches coming in the morning bringing tourists to the shrines.
The onsite Onsen for ryokan guests, breakfasts and dinners are the highlights. You’d love the traditional Japanese meals served there and you won’t be hungry.
Would I come back to this ryokan again? Yes definitely due to its location and friendly staff.

El paisaje fuera de la ventana es pintoresco, con hojas rojas por todas las montañas y campos, y también me sumergí en las aguas termales al aire libre. La sala está equipada no solo con un juego completo de productos para el cuidado de la piel de las mujeres, sino también con un juego completo de productos para el cuidado de la piel de los hombres, incluido un juego completo de productos POLA. Después de sumergirme en las aguas termales y usar los productos para el cuidado de la piel del hotel, mi piel se volvió más blanca y brillante. El desayuno fue súper satisfactorio, mira las fotos. Gracias al conductor por llevarnos a la estación Kinugawa Onsen.

UUsuario invitadoWir waren total begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Kaniyu Onsen.
Die Hinfahrt ist alleine schon ein Jochen Schweitzer Erlebnis! Mit dem Zug von Kita Senju nach Kinugawaonsen (1,5h), dort in den Bus nach Meotobuchi (1,5h) und dann in den Onsen Shuttle (20min). Ohne Japanisch zu können vor Ort buchen, abenteuerlich! Klappte aber alles tadellos, auch dank der sehr hilfsbereiten Frauen in der Tourist-Info und welch eine wunderschöne Landschaft während den Fahrten!
Im Onsen angekommen wurde ganz gut Englisch gesprochen und alles ausführlich erklärt. Hier ganz wichtig für uns war: Tattoos sind von Haus aus toleriert, man solle allerdings auf die anderen Besucher Rücksicht nehmen. Heißt möglich dann baden wenn niemand anderes im Becken ist oder es mit einem Handtuch bedecken. Wir sind erst sehr spät ins große Gemeinschaftsbecken gegangen. Vorher waren wir nur in den kleinen Becken, dort wird man nicht sehr gesehen.
Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls sehr außergewöhnlich. Man muss sich als europäer darauf einlassen und für mich, der kein Fisch isst hat es ein wenig Überwindung gekostet. Trotzdem sowas erlebt man nur einmal, deswegen machen sie es mit!!
Wir fanden es super und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

UUsuario invitado酒店的穿梭巴士一天沒有幾班 要提前預約 有巴士到山腳下 要是有大件行李推上山真是不容易 酒店的歡迎飲料不錯 有軟飲料和啤酒 香檳 房間很小 日式床單和被子都有點薄 晚上會冷 溫泉是混湯的 裏面有很多漂浮物 不知道是keng還是溫泉本身的物質 硫磺氣味很濃 泡完了洗過澡還有硫磺味 應該是很正宗的溫泉 露天溫泉沒有做小景 一片雜草 泡着沒有意境 晚餐和早餐的定食是這麼多年來住過的一泊二食裏最差的 我沒吃完 因為太差了 早餐居然還有兩根火腿腸 我沒見過這麼敷衍的定食 總之這個酒店是一派沒落之像 完全不推薦

UUsuario invitadoHermoso hotel con vista al lago. Si reservas el dormitorio, puedes usar el Onsen y el salón con bebidas y bocadillos gratis. El autobús pasa con regularidad y los alrededores son simplemente hermosos. Las camas inferiores del dormitorio y el dormitorio en sí están muy mal insonorizadas, así que lleva tapones para los oídos si tienes el sueño ligero :-)

主要日光這家‘’界‘’的上酒店纜車，很值得體驗
酒店距離車站特別近，看似在山裡，實際出門不遠就是温泉街，很繁華，同時又很隱蔽
裝修是特別日式的風格，極簡➕侘寂風
我個人非常喜歡
喜歡這個系列風格的人會非常喜歡，如果喜歡奢華繁複的風格就不推薦這裏，來了會失落
另外酒店有免費的咖啡，茶吧，以及無限量果汁➕無限量冰淇淋，所以小朋友玩的比大人開心
温泉景觀特別美，櫻花季節温泉望出去就是，紅葉季節，滿山院子裏都是
整體來説，酒店並不大，類似小小度假村，但是細節，景觀，以及活動還挺多，夜晚有免費的活動表演，晚餐的懷石料理是高級好吃的，早餐是日式料理，味道也很不錯
值得體驗的一家酒店，高級風卻又沒有拒人於千里，服務態度很舒服。
另外開車五分鐘，附近一大堆好玩的主題樂園，景點，這個也是推薦原因～～

UUsuario invitadoLa ubicación es muy buena. 10 minutos a pie de la estación. Fácil de encontrar. Gran hotel, alrededor de 11 pisos. La habitación es bastante espaciosa, parte en estilo occidental con camas y parte en japonés con tatamis. Hay una baja en el centro de la habitación, bastante cómodo. Buena vista a la montaña y el bosque desde la ventana, 9o piso. Nice yukata para usar, me gusta el exterior. Desayuno y cena es buffet, muy grande elección, cerveza gratis para cenar, no tantos frutos, no pasteles para desayuno (sólo para cenar). Hay sushi y sashimi opción, delicioso alimento. Onsen es bastante bueno, limpio, grande. Se recomienda que se quede aquí

JJ. SimonThe hotel is around 10mins walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Although there are many abandoned hotels, shops, residences, buildings around the surrounding area, I can still explore the area as the street lights are lit in the evening.
The hotel is divided into different wings and occupies a large area. I stayed in the upper floors of the hotel’s main building (Kirakukan) but there’s an option to stay at the hotel’s park-cottages that is built on the cliff of the riverbank and overlooks the Kinugawa river.
The Kinugawa Park Cottage is located separately further away from the main building.
I only noticed a local Japanese family of four or five persons being escorted by the hotel staff to one of the cottages.
Other than that one-off encounter, I didn’t see anyone else at the area around the cottage which is also super quiet.
Likewise for the other wings of the hotel i.e. Kinoyakata and Kishintei, I didn’t see any guests maybe due to low season.
Love the onsen and the private open-air bath, the traditional Japanese kaiseiki breakfast and dinner.
There’s also a souvenir shop, ramen & snack shop as well as an outdoor swimming pool which I couldn’t use as it is only available for use come summer time.
Just across the road from the hotel, there’s the Waterside Cafe Terrace, a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the hotel and since there’s no self-service washing machine/dryer in the hotel, the nearest 24h laundromat is around a 5-min walk from the hotel located behind the Waterside Cafe Terrace and across the road facing “Galarie Cafe Painto E”.
On the day of check-out, the hotel helped to store my luggage and I had lunch at “Suzukawa Cafe” just next to Galarie Cafe Painto E. The food prices here are slightly cheaper than the ones near Kinugawa-Onsen station.
