Experiencia de vida muy perfecta, a solo 15 minutos en automóvil de la ciudad de Hobart, pero puede obtener una experiencia incomparable, es genial, me quedaré nuevamente la próxima vez. Es adecuado para niños y el servicio del hotel es muy considerado. Reservamos la suite de la villa con un sofá cama doble. Es muy cómodo quedarse con dos niños. El hotel también proporcionó dos desayunos para niños adicionales. Ambiente elegante con servicio chino. El único inconveniente son las dos arañas negras que se encuentran en las cortinas de la habitación, pero la casa vieja es inevitable.

I am very disappointed as I thought I booked a room in Wrest Point but instead it was in adjacent property called Motor Inn. I felt that I have been cheated as the picture in the booking details showed me Wrest point Towel and not Motor Inn. I thought the room was called Motor Inn as I have not been there to know the existence of Motor Inn. When I queried about it, they said it was the agent's (trip.com) fault . To move to the main tower will cost me an extra of $80. I felt I have been conned and they should have placed the Motor Inn building photo instead of the tower of Wrest Point in their website for booking. (It is deceptive marketing - show you a ferrari for sale and got a lemon after you have paid for it) Motor Inn is an old building and does not have lifts to the room we were allocated and being retirees , we have to carry our bags up to 2 flights of stairs. On top of that, the room walls were not sound proof and you can hear every customer slamming their doors and flushing their toilets. I thought we have booked the room with the sea view instead there were only bushes as a window view. It was so embarrassing when I thought I could request for a room on a higher floor in wrest tower for good views but instead shown out of the door to an old adjacent building call Motor Inn. In all its websites and advertising, there is not 1 photo to show Motor Inn as Wrest Point . It has always being the tower used to promote the sale of their rooms. The Bistro food is poor quality and costly. We order from the caviary and the food came out to be cold and dry. We wanted to try the other 2 restaurants Kwan Ho and the one on the 17 th floor in the main tower but were told they were close. I thought being a top notch hotel, their restaurant will be open 7 days instead they are closed 2 days.( sun and mon). - the days we were there sat,sun,mon) They have a fantastic location but sad to say they don't have the marks of a 5 star hotel. The first picture is what I thought I booked but the second picture is actually what I got. The 3rd picture is what is in the website for booking and the last picture is what you get.

This motel had been recommended to us by relatives for our first Tasmanian trip. We'd chosen a ground floor Queen room and frankly it was the only real disappointment in our trip. To call the shoebox-sized ground-floor Queen room a Queen room is laughable. It might be big enough for a couple of kids with a backpack but for two adult travellers with suitcases the small room was totally inadequate. It's the smallest motel room we have ever been in anywhere in the world. The bed is supposed to be Queen size but we doubt it and the linen was to small for the frame. At 3am every morning we had to re-make the bed as the sheets and matress topper became totally undone. We will not be staying here again and if you have motre than a backpack do not choose the ground floor rooms. The only plus was it was close to the car park.

La habitación era muy agradable y la habitación estaba muy bien. La Hora de Chocolate fue un poco de descenso, no lo que esperamos, pero todavía otro punto de diferencia.

La habitación es muy limpia y bien equipada. La cama estaba cómoda y tenía conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, por $85 por noche, tan cerca de todo y presentado de esta manera, me gustaría recomendarle a cualquiera que conozca y quedarme de nuevo cuando estamos de nuevo. La única recomendación que tengo para los propietarios/gestores es que el cubículo de ducha es muy pequeño y soy un hombre alto y un gran edificio también, así que moverse alrededor para la ducha fue un poco duro, pero de lo contrario es. Gracias por una buena estancia, mi compañero y te veré de nuevo en nuestra próxima estancia. 👍

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y funcionales al 100%, ya que en cada habitación se deja un formulario de feedback de mantenimiento. Las cortinas de desmantelamiento detenían toda la luz para aquellos que quieren dormir o superar la lentitud de los aviones. La seguridad fue mejorada por el acceso a las tarjetas de habitación a los ascensores. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

El precio es alto, caminar en el restaurante y el supermercado de la zona de Hobartwat, la vista está abierta y el techo tiene un balcón exterior grande.

Had a two night stay, extremely obliging reception staff, arriving earlier than anticipated but were able to allow an early check in. Appreciated with the extremely cold weather. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. A great choice of Cafes close by for a coffee & snack. Plenty of places close dinner options. A place to remember for my next trip to Hobart. Will be a return traveler to Mayfair whenever in Hobart.
