My 2nd consecutive stay in 2 months at this hotel; as usual the excellent service & courtesy of the residence club level staff is immaculate during check-ins/check outs, general queries handling & service requests attentiveness, etc. Other housekeeping staff, concierge & lobby staff are also resolute & friendly with guests’ needs. ☝️👍. This makes my stay really relaxing & enjoyable.

Las tiendas de Takashiyama cuentan con una gran cantidad de comida, café y opciones comerciales -Servicio: personal del hotel amigable y bienvenido, nos ayudó con la salida / equipaje; personal nos ayudó a organizar servicios de spa no lejos del hotel -Inicio: Servicio de check-in rápido a pesar de llegar tarde al día -Habitación: cómoda cama, buena cantidad de espacio para trabajar en la habitación (un escritorio largo más una zona de descanso con dos sillas altas) -Bebidas en la habitación (bebidas blandas, -El personal fue arriba y más allá para organizar una habitación de reserva una de las noches para tomar una llamada -Bañera con una buena vista; no estaba demasiado ocupado Cons: -preciado muy cerca de los 5* hoteles más grandes, sin embargo, sentían como servicio y instalaciones generales más cerca de un pequeño Hotel boutique (por ejemplo, nadie te saluda fuera del hotel cuando solo se ingresa, no está claro si el hotel tiene un spa) -Design de la habitación: piso alto, sin embargo, el diseño de la habitación lo hizo sentir bastante oscuro frente a una vista panorámica

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero nuestro baño apestaba a cloaca, según entendimos, era imposible hacer nada al respecto, en otras áreas comunes el olor era agradable, como en el hotel mismo. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos sirvieron una bebida y fruta, nos acompañaron a la habitación. El desayuno no era muy bueno, realmente no había nada para comer, los pasteles no tenían sabor, bueno, definitivamente no 5 estrellas, un buffet muy débil. El personal se esfuerza mucho y realmente quiere ayudar, pero aún así el hotel no es de 5 estrellas en mi opinión, un buen tres o un promedio de cuatro. No tienes que esperar por una hermosa vista desde la ventana. Pedimos un taxi al aeropuerto gratis, una ventaja muy agradable. Y una vez más, el personal es encantador, pero el hotel en sí no es un quinto registro, solo un hotel boutique.

Booked this particular hotel as I wanted a pool. Although a little overpriced. Went to the skybar for a drink, no menus on table, was shown drinks menu in a electronic tablet, ordered a small tiger beer. Thought it was 50k, ordered another 1ltr tiger draught 250k, again overpriced, but thought would be easier. When asked for the bill was given total of 542,850! They charged 120 and 350k for the drinks, AND tax on top of that! Queried and argued with manager who agreed to give me 20% ”discount”. Paid in disgust, to sort out with hotel manager in morning. Aircon in room not cool at night. Called to have it looked at nothing they could do. They put up a sign on lift in the morning advising pool cannot be used until the following day due to a wedding! Had they told me yesterday pool was unavailable I would not have checked in!!!! Spent 2 hours with asst manager and telephoning manager, asking for a refund or extended checkout. Would not provide. Eventually agreed to extended checkout after a few hours. This hotel/bar falsely advertises facilities, could have advised pool not available, then STEALS from guests by advertising a price and charging something completely different. I have not experienced anything like this in any other hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Ohh and today was advised doing lift maintenance, will be 30 mins, 4 hours later no lift, had to walk with luggage from 6th floor. No hotel staff assistance. Eventually got correct change from drinks money stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.

La ubicación es buena con cerca del mercado Ben Thanh y la distancia a pie a otros lugares como Takashimaya y la Plaza Saigon. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba muy abajo y el agua estaba saliendo para nuestro baño y la toalla se derrumbó. Cuando se reservaba, pedí 2 habitaciones. Hotel respondió dijo que se mantuvo aparte para nosotros 1 sólo. Me recordé al hotel 1 semana antes de nuestra llegada y se le dijo que sólo 1 disponible que estaba bien. Cuando llegó, dijeron que no estaba disponible como completamente reservado. ¡Qué desilusión!

Cuando llegué al gerente (hieu) tuve mi habitación y las visitas están listas para mí.El personal es amigable y el gerente hieu ha ido por encima de las expectativas para hacerme feliz. todo desde un hotel. La habitación se actualiza para sugerir diferentes lugares que debería ver. . Cualquier pequeño asunto que tuve el Sr. Hieu había corregido en minutos . The Odys is a tricky one for us to review. Overall we stayed 3 nights during our trip, 2 nights together then a break and a further night after a trip to the mekong. The hotel itself is quite nice.. nothing really wrong with it as such, the rooms were clean and had everything in there like all the others we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam. I wouldn't really call the Odys a ”Boutique” hotel but that's a matter of opinion.. but where we feel the Odys was a let down in this regard was that ”personal” feeling. Earlier in our trip we stayed in many places and all of them without question made us feel like we'd been before.. and in the case of multiple nights and multiple visits indeed the return welcome felt very personal (Bonsella.. you are the best in this regard during our trip!). The staff in reception were pleasant and polite but but it did seem very ”clinical” in approach? Maybe the city thing? But in our opinion it was a little too sterile feeling for a ”boutique” hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was fine, with the usual options available but the staff in the restaurant were our least preferred of the whole trip (anywhere in Vietnam), they were disorganised to say the least.. There were plenty of them around but service wasn't exactly the best. We did take advantage of one of the offers for the restaurant one night, booking a table by the side for a good city view. When we arrived that evening we find that the table we booked had been given to someone else, and in fact there was no mention of our booking. We waited and before long another suitable table became available. After eating we got the bill, and queried why the offer wasn't applied. We were told in order to get the offer we needed to book a table beforehand, this was by the very same person who led us to the table after finding out our booked table had already been given to someone else. It was sorted out, but this is just one of many examples of the staff not being the best. Oddly enough it was also the only place in Vietnam where we struggled with staff not being able to speak English (very few seemed to?), this took us by surprise as even in the remote locations in the north this didn't seem an issue. So In summary, we think this hotel is ok for the night, but that boutique feel is not there, its much more of a large hotel kind of feeling.

Se está construyendo un gran terreno y tiene que estar cerca para pasar. No es muy conveniente. Afortunadamente, se puede llegar al animado lugar de Fanwu Old Street en unos 10 minutos. Cabe recalcar que en inglés, el inglés no es muy factible, incluso los números no se entenderán, el inglés del personal de servicio no está mal, se introducen las facilidades de la habitación, aunque la sala tiene netflix para ver, pero en la sala The El tiempo no será demasiado, pero desafortunadamente, si hay una película, estaría bien. Después de quedarme dos noches, tengo que dejar el tren nocturno. La tienda también permite que el espectáculo sea por la noche. El clima cálido puede ser frío (solo agua fría) y es bastante bueno para ir al coche. Espero que el negocio de las tiendas esté en auge.
