El precio era adecuado para la calidad del servicio. La piscina cubierta es un punto positivo para el hotel. Muchos problemas en las habitaciones: el secador de pelo no está disponible, el control remoto de la TV también, las cubiertas no están limpias,...

Es mi primera vista a este hotel , he venido para pasar un pare des días con mis hijos y descansar. Por ser un hotel De 5 estrellas y también he visto Muchos anuncios que describen la comida l ambiente y el trato... Decepcionada por las habitaciones, camas incómodas , también los cojines están fatales no he podido dormir bien.. hasta las 14 H habitación sin limpieza no he podido ni hacer la siesta esperando que vienen he hecho 3 llamadas para que vienen. Al reservar me han assegurado que habrá un kids club Cuando quería dejar mis hijos me han dicho que solo abre en los finde , que si quiero pagar una niñera , y que asumo yo el pago !! Y me van a bajar 1€ en el precio de la hora de la chica 😅 La comida nada que a ver con los anuncios buffet libre con algunos platos en un rincorne pequeño, entiendo que es por el covid y no hay mucha cliente pero prefiero tener un menú con comida bien hecha y fresca que tener mil platos sin que ninguno me gusta . Bueno el hotel tiene muchas piscinas está bonito y muy grande pero le falta mucho para ser de 5 estrellas Seguro que no volveré ni recomiendo la gente de venir en esta época

En general El club Marhaba es muy limpio y cómodo y de gran valor . El personal de la mesa de frente de Loveley Anisa y Mouna ofrecieron un servicio fantástico con asesoramiento y reserva de mis excursiones y experiencias, garantizando un último espacio de minutos en el 2 días de excursión de dessert sahara que les recomiendo muy sinceramente y donde también muy honesto y supporting of any qweries. La comida del club de Marhaba era sabrosa y fresca y sana (pero no blanda ) había una variedad de platos para elegir con algunos platos especiales preparados en frente de usted, cocina para adecuarse a casi todos los paletes. Brilliant hotel the best I have ever stayed at. And I could eat to my hearts content due to the restaurant manager being so helpful and understanding of my allergy. I felt very looked after by all of the staff. All staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard every day. The food is flavoursome and plentiful. The hotel is clean and looked after. Admittedly the pool tables could need a make over. But that’s about it. I cannot thank the restaurant manager enough as I was able to eat lots of many different foods. The last hotel I stayed at In Tunisia limited me to certain foods due to the head chef or anybody there having any interest in my serious Nut allergy. So I cannot thank him enough for providing me with fabulous puddings every time I visited. I know I’ve banged on about the food a lot but in an all exclusive you want the food as well as the booze? Rami restaurant waiter lovely guy. Always helpful funny and friendly. Only downside from my point was the other suited managers that were always hanging around looking glum watching the hard working staff and doing little else. But hey that’s a manager for ya.? Anyway 10/10 with everything.

It was our first visit to Tunisia, and I must tell that we were extremely impressed. We travelled as a group of friends and family and stayed for ten nights. Staff at the reception were lovely and welcoming. Check in and check out went smoothly. The lobby bar is specious and the waiters were extremely helpful. We have never run out of drinks or any snacks . The service was just incredible from everyone, but Haythen has delivered an outstanding service! The food at the buffet was wonderful, but most of it lacked salt, which I suppose was done to promote a healthier lifestyle. Plates and spoons were scarce at busier periods. Entertainment. What an adorable bunch of people! Everyone was very friendly to us. I'd want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mario, who looked after us exceedingly well. He made us to feel like this family and made our holiday truly great! Mario is an incredible delight to this resort. Well done to  Wisdom and LiLoo. The pool/beach employees were also fantastic. Team that works extremely hard. Housekeeping. There were no problems because the hotel was clean and the rooms were nicely maintained. Spa.The massage was performed by a person who is clearly not a massage therapist. Because it was quite busy, it appeared that workers were chosen at random. To boost spa ratings, they should hire the guy from the entertainment team LiLoo who truly understands massage technique. Unfortunately, we only find out on the last day how good he is. I've visited to numerous locations and stayed in various resorts all over the world, but this resort has blown me away with their service. Thank you to all the team for the amazing holidays and wish everyone all the best. Would I recommend this hotel? ABSOLUTELY! Would I return? Without a doubt, YES! Tunisia is not a wealthy country, therefore remember to tip those who serve you and you will be amazed at how they may go above and beyond your expectations.

El primer día tuvimos algún problema con las habitaciones separadas a pesar de que le pedimos a los vecinos que tenían niños. El día siguiente el director nos cambió de habitación para ser más grande juntos. Tengo que dar el máximo por la cortesía y disponibilidad del director. El lugar es bonito, mira en un porcelana, pero las habitaciones en primer piso son mejores que las de la tierra. Los interiores son funcionales, aunque en la cocina no todo funciona. La limpieza está bien.

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

El hotel es un hotel de 5*, pero no puedes dejarlo demasiado, el hotel era limpio, el personal era amable y bienvenido - especialmente el bar/aguardar el personal. Siempre muy alegre y divertido hacer actividades de piscina y participar con los huéspedes. Sólo un problema con el personal era el tipo que nos tomó nuestra maleta, aparentemente no puede darle una buena pista para entonces en él era rudo con nosotros hablaba a todos los demás, pero no a nosotros, incluso cuando hablaba. La habitación era muy confortable, y el cuarto era muy grande. La vista de la playa era una vista agradable, especialmente observando el sol en la mañana - sólo el problema era el ruido en la noche era muy ruido, especialmente en los fines de semana podría hacer con algunas puertas mejores para bloquear el ruido fuera. La manguera a nuestra puerta de balcón se rompió. La comida era buena, muchas opciones diferentes pero fue la misma durante toda la semana, excepto el sábado, tuvo un poco enferma de comer las mismas cosas. La ubicación del hotel, la playa justo enfrente del hotel, muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca de la distancia de paseo, todos incluso en las tiendas fueron bienvenidos y amigables.
