Todo muy bien , un hotel muy recomendable. El servicio muy amable, muy atentos , Chien nos ayudo mucho en todo. En la comida mucha variedad y muy rica. La situacion del hotel es increible y tiene la posibilidad de poder ir de una torre a otra sin ningun problema y disfrutar de todo lo que hay en cada torre y puedes ur a CatBa por muy poco dinero si se quiere un poco mas de ambiente.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Hai Phong, conveniente para viajar por aquí. El servicio al cliente es muy agradable y amigable. La televisión se apaga automáticamente cuando vuelvo, me siento interesante. Hay muchos restaurantes deliciosos alrededor del hotel. ¡También es adecuado para viajes de negocios!

We had planned on staying at this hotel for just a couple of nights but extended our stay and then returned later in our trip as it was so fantastic. The beautiful hotel is situated in a lovely, landscaped area of Hai Phong with many restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. The rooms were large, very clean and quiet. They also have a balcony where there are tables and chairs. The breakfast - included in the price of our room - was excellent with a wide choice of foods. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible service given by all the staff; especially those working on reception. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and researched and found solutions for our travel plans. This hotel is a real gem, do visit if you can.

El piso es muy alto y la vista es muy buena. La habitación es muy bien, es bueno, es que el sonido de la salchicha arriba del baño es un poco amargo. Cuando duerme, tiene que cerrar la puerta. El desayuno es rica, es un hotel local mejor.

This hotel has a good & convenient location for a short or long trip in Hai Phong city. It was closing to airport, city center. There are ao much local restaurants, coffee shop at area and useful super market next door. Room was definitely clean, decor and cozy it has full setting facility same my home. Staffs were warm welcome taken extra cares even perfect for the people who are the first time visiting place. Recommended to all

Fantasticos vistas y arquitectura, alrededor de los verdes es impresionante. El hotel tiene mucho entretenimiento - karaoke, máquinas de juego, deportes de playa. No te aburres pasar el tiempo. Excelente desayuno - hay comida asiática y europea. Muy buena elección. El único menos es la calidad del agua en el mar - está mutado, hay también sospecha de que el agua se lanza directamente a la bahía. Es triste. El mar no se lanza a un hotel de cinco dígitos. ¡Pocos personal del hotel hablan inglés!

After 5 years in Vietnam, this is by far the absolute best hotel we’ve experienced to the point that it’s our #1 wedding venue for the future. This property has the ability to transform the hospitality culture in Vietnam. If you are not used to being in VN yet, I ask you understand 5 star hotels are a different culture here and practice a little bit of patience. Please remember, this is an island that’s not convenient to travel to daily for work, so most of the employees are coming directly from the island, which makes it hard to find outstanding English speakers, but it seems they’re really starting to develop their staff. The food, incredible. I would suggest the filet mignon to everyone, and actually liked it more than the ribeye. The breakfast was a wide variety for slow season. The Spa was a wonderful experience. Breathtakingly beautiful views and properties, as well as the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Vietnam(it’s private!). 3 pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room all are free for guests. 3 bars, 2 restaurants (book Japanese early and place your order early. Traditional Japanese food takes time to prepare properly) My one piece of constructive criticism as one with experience in 4 diamond hotels is a sense of urgency. This again goes back to a 5 star experience in VN and other countries. While the staff were amazing, a few really stood out with their English skills and sense of urgency. Uyen, Tuan, Dung, Nhi, Phuong and Minh were all wonderful and I appreciate their hard work to make our stay enjoyable. I do suggest tipping a little bit as it does go a long way. ***Most places in VN do not tip.*** I only tip if I see a space for a tip on the receipt or in a taxi during rush hour.
