Gym has a decent barbell rack but it's on the small side, good enough for a few days. Staff are super helpful and polite, top class. 👸🤵♂️ Rooms are comfortable and hardwood floors are nice. Not noisy outside (at least the side I'm facing.) I slept well here.

We stayed at this 4‑star hotel for a 3‑night Christmas staycation as a couple, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their service really elevated our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a relaxing rain‑shower. The big TV offered Asian news channels, a few sports channels, and even a movie channel, which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a generous buffet offering both Western and Asian cuisine. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed the festive buffet dinner, which was a standout. The traditional Western dishes—especially the roast leg of lamb and stuffed turkey—were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The price was also noticeably more affordable than Christmas Eve dinners at other hotels, which made it even better value. The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The 24‑hour gym was well‑equipped with the latest machines, making workouts convenient at any time. The infinity pool was stunning, especially at sunset, offering breathtaking views over the city. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and easy to get around. We also loved the Sky Bar, which offers fantastic views over Phnom Penh. Their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (buy one drink, get one free) was a great way to relax and enjoy the skyline. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the slow Wi‑Fi. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered. Overall, we had a wonderful Christmas staycation and would definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Despite showing non-smoking for all rooms here on Trip, there are two floors where they allow smoking. Due to this (and not inforcing a non-smoking policy elsewhere) coridoors strongly smelt of smoke on each floor. The ventilation system is also shared, so we returned to our room on the second day it was smelling of other people's smoking. We were offered changing to a twin from king room multiple times, when we pushed harder, we were then shown to a smaller double room which also had a strong smoking smell... this went on with reception going back and forth with someone on his mobile until we asked for a refund for our final night and we would go elsewhere. Only then was there suddenly another room that was the same to ours available – this is not the customer service you expect in a situation like this.

I recently stayed at LN Residence hotel for 7 nights I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth, even upgrading my room when they learned it was a special occasion. Throughout my stay, every single employee I interacted with — from housekeeping to the concierge and restaurant staff — was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The receptionist Pralh Sombath was really helpful and was there when we needed help most The manager was really helpful as well and overall staff is just very welcoming . What truly stood out was how personal and thoughtful the service felt. When I mentioned I needed some local recommendations, the concierge not only gave excellent suggestions but also arranged reservations and even printed out a customized map for me. Housekeeping left the room spotless every day with lovely little touches like towel art and fresh flowers. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what made this stay truly memorable was the warm, caring service. It felt like they truly wanted me to have the best experience possible. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended LN Residence Hotel to several friends and family. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel. Su piscina en el último piso tiene una hermosa vista de Phnom Penh. Hay muchos tipos de equipos de gimnasio y son gratuitos. La habitación está totalmente equipada. Tiene refrigerador, lavadora, mini cocina y balcón. , que es muy cómodo. Se siente como en casa y hay muchos restaurantes de especialidades cerca. Este lugar es increíble. Alojamiento moderno y elegante con cocina, lavadora y balcón. Realmente disfrutamos de la piscina infinita de la azotea y el gimnasio. Found 2 dead bugs in one of the glasses. Towels smelled moldy. No daily housekeeping. Front desk were helpful when there, but opens late (8am). Location was main reason we booked, with a really nice sky bar on the 43rd floor. However, will not book again if not necessary.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.
