The hotel even surprised my husband with birthday decorations and a free cake 🥹🎂 such a sweet touch that made the whole stay extra special. We stayed at this 4‑star hotel for a 3‑night Christmas staycation as a couple, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their service really elevated our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a relaxing rain‑shower. The big TV offered Asian news channels, a few sports channels, and even a movie channel, which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a generous buffet offering both Western and Asian cuisine. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed the festive buffet dinner, which was a standout. The traditional Western dishes—especially the roast leg of lamb and stuffed turkey—were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The price was also noticeably more affordable than Christmas Eve dinners at other hotels, which made it even better value. The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The 24‑hour gym was well‑equipped with the latest machines, making workouts convenient at any time. The infinity pool was stunning, especially at sunset, offering breathtaking views over the city. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and easy to get around. We also loved the Sky Bar, which offers fantastic views over Phnom Penh. Their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (buy one drink, get one free) was a great way to relax and enjoy the skyline. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the slow Wi‑Fi. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered. Overall, we had a wonderful Christmas staycation and would definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Breakfast spread basic but comprehensive; but dinning experience can be better. As few dishes we ordered were for sharing (asians love to share food); side places & flatware should be easily available; and since hot buns were served with soup & salads; basic request of olive oil; should be easily available too; especially they serving pasta dishes….etc. Nonetheless; service is good and the view spectacular.

Absolutely perfect. From start to finish, Caravan Hotel and all of its aspects made the stay welcoming and comfortable. Situated within both walking, Tuk Tuk, and driving or biking distances from many must-sees of the capital city, Phnom Penh. The amenities and hotel areas are well worth a visit even if at a different hotel. There is a lively Garden Cafe, Spa, Sky Bar, Blossom Restaurant, and welcoming Lobby. Menu options for dining and room great. Down the street is Meta House for art enthusiasts, and market stalls or banking needs are very close. They have their own Tuk Tuk service also, and I noticed they do cater to large tour groups. The price value top notch.

I recently stayed at LN Residence hotel for 7 nights I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth, even upgrading my room when they learned it was a special occasion. Throughout my stay, every single employee I interacted with — from housekeeping to the concierge and restaurant staff — was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The receptionist Pralh Sombath was really helpful and was there when we needed help most The manager was really helpful as well and overall staff is just very welcoming . What truly stood out was how personal and thoughtful the service felt. When I mentioned I needed some local recommendations, the concierge not only gave excellent suggestions but also arranged reservations and even printed out a customized map for me. Housekeeping left the room spotless every day with lovely little touches like towel art and fresh flowers. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what made this stay truly memorable was the warm, caring service. It felt like they truly wanted me to have the best experience possible. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended LN Residence Hotel to several friends and family. Si, le gustará un tipo de alojamiento Central y mantener un desayuno muy bien incluido si va a buscar el paquete y el personal son muy amigable y razonablemente asequible y feliz con el uso de la propiedad en otra ocasión.

Excelente apartotel con un personal súper atento al servicio. El hotel parece nuevo con todas las ventajas que ello conlleva. Habitación grande y bonito baño. Servicios modernos. Lavadora en el balcón. Nevera grande con congelador. Televisión grande y moderna. Piscina en la azotea y gimnasio súper moderno con muchos equipos diferentes. El gimnasio también dispone de aire acondicionado y posibilidad de ventilación a través de ventanas para que la sesión de entrenamiento sea cómoda. La reseña se da un poco más abajo en cuanto a UBICACIÓN, pero esto se basa en el hecho de que está a unos 3-4 km del palacio y de todos los puntos turísticos allí. Está a poca distancia de varios mercados y del Museo Tuel Sleng (1,2 km). Después de todo, está en el centro de la ciudad y es muy fácil llegar en tuk tuk. En los alrededores del apartotel hay varios restaurantes. El personal es muy amable y con vocación de servicio. Proporcionaron un check-in sin problemas y fueron muy serviciales durante la estancia. El hotel boutique de lujo Parc 21 es muy recomendable.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

El servicio está bien, hay servicio chino, aunque no se puede entrar directamente a la piscina, pero me comuniqué con la recepción y finalmente me dejaron entrar. La dirección es muy buena, al lado del centro comercial Aeon 1, es conveniente para ir de compras. Es una lástima que sea un apartamento de hotel compartido, sería mejor si pudiera cerrarse y gestionarse. La habitación está limpia cuando entras, pero hay algunos problemas de decoración que no se pueden limpiar. Cerca de la zona central de BKK, hay muchas comidas deliciosas que se pueden recomendar.
