El servicio de la señorita de recepción el día 10 fue excelente y muy satisfactorio. Durante el check-in, me explicó amablemente los tipos de habitación y el hotel. El desayuno también fue muy variado, y los sábados y domingos se sirve hasta las 10:30, lo cual es perfecto para los que no nos gusta levantarnos temprano. El check-out fue rápido y la recepción también me ayudó a guardar el equipaje, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Además, en recepción pueden ayudarte a conseguir agua caliente. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. La habitación mejorada también me pareció muy buena, me encantó.

This hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs. My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number. Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes. The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service! One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests. I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

This place really surprised me, not because it’s fancy or over-the-top, but because every little detail feels designed with care. Let’s start with what impressed me the most: the hygiene standards. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels across China, but OKDAY stands out. The remote controls were individually wrapped, which instantly made me feel reassured about their cleanliness. The bathroom even comes with a toilet seat cleaner, something I rarely see even in higher-end hotels. It’s these small touches that make a big difference, especially for someone who values hygiene as much as I do. The room setup is modern, cozy, and smart. There’s a Xiaodu voice control system that lets you adjust lights, curtains, and even the TV with just your voice, a real upgrade for a hotel at this price point. On top of that, they even provide an Aircon remote so you can control the temperature without getting out of bed (lazy travelers like me, you’ll love this 😆). Another bonus is there’s a mini fridge in the room, perfect for storing drinks, fruits, or late-night snacks. (They send me a dinner dessert to the room upon check in!) And if you’re staying a few days, they’ve got laundry service available right at the front desk. Just hand over your clothes and they’ll take care of the rest, no hassle at all. The location is also a major win, it’s right next to the Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station, making it super convenient to explore Changsha’s main attractions, grab local food, or head out shopping. All in all, OKDAY Hotel has easily become one of my favorite hotels in Changsha. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you’re here for business, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this place delivers way more than you’d expect. 🌙✨

酒店離地鐵很近，去哪都方便（長沙堵車超乎我預料，所以後麪幾乎都選地鐵了）。雖然窗外是一個爛尾樓（據説原來是某大地產的項目），也正因為此晚上就很安靜，完全不像五一廣場那邊會特別吵，本身也是商務酒店定位不是度假酒店，所以對窗景無所謂。離嶽麓山東門很近，推薦東門進去坐環保車遊覽的方案。 酒店樓下有兩個小超市，補充點零食飲料還是很方便的。 早餐很好，牛肉粉特別好吃，不輸給外麪粉店👍🏼 總之對各方便都非常滿意～

La ubicación es buena... puedes caminar 10 minutos o tomar el metro (solo 1 parada arriba) desde la plaza Wuyi... la limpieza también es buena... el hotel es bastante nuevo, pero aparte de eso, está por debajo del promedio... el servicio en la recepción necesita mejorar... al joven que trabaja allí no le importa el servicio en absoluto... también tienen servicio de lavandería gratuito, pero mi ropa regresó manchada en lugar de limpia.

Muy satisfecho con la habitación, desde la cual se puede disfrutar del hermoso espectáculo de luces nocturno del río Xiangjiang, las tranquilas aguas del río durante el día y las impresionantes puestas de sol en la Isla de las Naranjas al atardecer. La habitación cuenta con cortinas inteligentes y un baño con ducha y bañera separadas, además de una bañera para relajarse. El diseño es de estilo chino de madera maciza, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, con fácil acceso en metro a la Isla de las Naranjas, la Montaña Yuelu y la Plaza Wuyi.

Gasto aproximado: £84 (756 yuan). El hotel está muy bien equipado en una zona muy central, y es uno de los más confortables, si no la cama más agradable que he dormido en. El hotel dispone de una minibar llena de limpieza y un buen secador de pelo (que es tan importante). ¡Buen valor! Las únicas cuestiones reales que podía mencionar fueron las toallas (shampoo, gel de ducha, y condicionador) se denominaron en chino y tenían nombres aleatorios, no indicativos inglés, por lo que tuve que traducir para realmente elegir el elemento correcto. En el hotel, el mini frigorífico no se gustó nada, y era más que un tacón.
