El hotel es un hotel clásico con un servicio perfecto. ¡Hay un SPA con experiencia de masaje tailandés, el precio es bajo para esa calidad! El desayuno es bueno, no seas tímido preguntar al personal sobre platos adicionales. Es gratis y puedes conseguir huevos descascarillados o omeleta con vegetales y también es gratis.

¡El hotel fue absolutamente impresionante! Todo fue de primera, desde el elegante diseño hasta la limpieza impecable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y estaban bellamente decoradas, y cada detalle parecía de lujo. Un agradecimiento especial a Joseph, del personal: fue increíblemente servicial, amable y profesional. Realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, uno de los mejores y más lujosos hoteles en los que me he alojado. ¡Muy recomendable!

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Nada especial, nada destacable. No hay muchas opciones para comer cerca; está a unos 10 minutos a pie. El desayuno fue abundante.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

Un hotel magnífico, cerca del centro de Ereván. El personal es muy atento y servicial; cuando necesité ayuda, no solo me explicaron, sino que hicieron todo lo posible y realmente me ayudaron. Los desayunos son deliciosos, y siempre hay galletas y frutas en el lobby. Mención especial merecen la piscina, el jacuzzi y el hammam. El hotel también dispone de salón de belleza, zona de spa, gimnasio, restaurantes y cafeterías. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Hotel muy grande. Muy limpio, personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar. Recepcionista muy profesional y servicial. Está un poco lejos del centro, pero hay muchos taxis, baratos y fiables. No usé el spa ni la piscina. Me alojaría de nuevo en Yaravan.
