I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

Wonderful Hotel, exterior and interior design are amazing, I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from July 12 to July 17th 2023, location is convenient to me since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel taking us directly to Geneva downtown daily, the breakfast was very good and well organized, rooms are clean and overlooking a beautiful landscape. Yulia the General Manager is so professional as well as her entire team, well done to all the hotel team members and for sure I will stay in this hotel again during my next visit to Geneva.

Estructura situada a unos siete minutos de taxi del aeropuerto y fuera del centro sin embargo fácilmente accesible con los tranvías 14 y 18 que se toman a los dos a 50 metros del hotel y con sólo 15 minutos te llevarán al centro de detención Bel Air desde donde usted La estructura se encuentra ya a pie del centro histórico y del lago, pero creo que es muy desorganizada y que debe mejorarse en muchos aspectos. Las habitaciones son más que cómodas con cama de matrimonio king size, lamentablemente no están equipadas con los pinos de saco italianos. Baño cómodo con ducha amplia donde, por supuesto, no hay bidet, faltan también las chiabatas que para un 4 estrellas es una pena grande y en el frío no hay bebidas sino una botella de agua que hacen que se encuentra en la mesa a la llegada. Desafortunadamente, deja a deseo de limpieza y peor aún el segundo día no habían hecho ni la habitación para luego limpiar (en 10 minutos!!!) en ns petición alrededor de las 18:00 y dejo espacio para la imaginación sobre el nivel de limpieza realizada. El desayuno es de dulce y salado aceptable y con varias propuestas. Personal más que disponible tanto en la recepción donde al llegar encontramos un chico que hablaba también italiano muy propenso a dar información, amables y también disponibles en el desayuno. Iniciar y salir demasiado lentamente y sin embargo con pocas personas esperando esto debido a la presencia de un solo operador, situación que también hemos observado en los giros de la llamada estancia. Sin embargo, creo que es una buena solución para quienes quieren gastar mucho menos que las instalaciones en pleno centro, incluso para la conexión fácil y rápida con el tranvía de este último como los autobuses se pueden utilizar totalmente gratis haciendo Entregar los billetes a la recepción que valen para todo el Vs residencia.

Precioso hotel con un servicio increíble. Ayudó a calentar nuestra comida en el microondas y nos dio información sobre qué hacer en Ginebra y cómo acceder a la ciudad. Limpio y muy buena ubicación. A 4 minutos a pie del tranvía desde el que se puede conectar con el resto de la ciudad. Y las vistas de mi habitación de hotel. Ay dios mío. Un lugar realmente encantador. El WiFi era bueno pero podría ser mejor.

Nos quedamos en una suite de piso superior, con una excelente vista de la nieve que cae en Avanchet y a través del aeropuerto. El hotel está muy bien equipado para una estancia prolongada con la suite con lavavajillas, lavavajillas, nevera y cafetera. Abajo hay un gimnasio bien equipado con máquinas de gimnasio Technogym y pesos libres. No hemos probado la sauna, pero parecía bien montado. El hotel ofrece desayuno y tiene suministros de productos como salsas de pasta y vinos para hacer en su propia habitación, si usted desea. El hotel ofrece un bono para un viaje gratuito y fácil en el tranvía que le lleva a la ciudad y con conexiones, en cualquier parte de Europa. The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Es un hotel que está a la altura de la marca. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, con frigobar y caja de seguridad. El desayuno muy bueno, completo y variado. Lo que no estaba a la altura era la comida de la cena. Fui en un tour y si bien no fue tan malo como el de otros lugares, la cena incluida era escasa y no muy bien presentada. No se que convenios hacen con los organizadores de los tours, pero no los deja bien parados. Estábamos con pasajeros mayormente españoles y portugueses. Cuando traen la entrada en un pequeño bols de no más de cinco centrímetros de diámetro, con unas verduras cortadas en pequeños cubitos, uno de ellos dijo: -Esta es comida para pájaron no para humanos. Creo que tenía razón.

Hotel perfecto para viajes cortos. 5 minutos a pie de la sala de conciertos. Con el autobús 5 en 15 minutos en el centro. Hay entradas ÖVP gratuitas. Desayuno por persona 13 € reservable, croissants, panecillos, buen café/jugo, etc. disponibles. Aparcamiento en garaje directamente en el hotel (20€ por 24h). Desafortunadamente no había caja fuerte en la habitación.

Se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche de la estación de tren del centro de la ciudad ya un minuto a pie desde la parada de tranvía hasta el hotel. Es muy conveniente. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y con aire acondicionado. Hay un supermercado cerca, pero cierra temprano y hay algunos restaurantes. El desayuno es normal, además de que estas categorías generales serán mejores. El entorno general es cómodo y conveniente (aunque sigue siendo un poco más caro)

Supongo que usted recibe lo que paga pero en comparación con los otros hoteles Ibis, inc budget, he permanecido en este es por debajo de par. La habitación era tan suave y incómoda, la ventana estaba cerrada, el baño era como una sala de eco, no tan grande para compartir!
