Happy with my 3 day stay at Hampton Wusi Rd. Breakfast is the best with one special Fuzhou delight served everyday. Room is clean and new, self laundry service is convenient, staff are friendly and hotel offers parcel collection service(you can order your Taobao and deliver to the hotel.. Do order at least 5days earlier before your stay). Location wise, walkable distance to subway, we took didi only though. Recommended.

Had a lovely stay at the Hampton. The rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is nicely spread out and the dishes cater to mostly Chinese people but you can always get some eggs made to your liking. McDonald’s, coffee shops and Subway train in less than 200 mtrs away. A special mention to Wang Yan Feng who was the 8th floor supervisor. She is very courteous and goes out of the way to help you out, I fact she is one of the few people who speak English. Definitely staying here again when in Fuzhou next.

Location is excellent. 5 mins walk from metro station on line 1. I like the modern look and functional features of the guest room. Breakfast is excellent too

The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated having individually controlled air conditioning rather than central air conditioning.

One of the reputable Hilton establishments, with exceptional services from everyone; outstanding breakfasts; great location with convenient transit stations right around the corner and a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. It’s been a truly memorable experience to call it our home away from home.

The location is good which is close to train station in 5 mins walking distance. The room cleanliness is good. But the air condition/ventilation is disappointing. I booked the non-smoking room, but I still can smell the smoking intermittently. Even late at night, I was awaken by the bad smoking smell. What is the point I book non-smoking but you let people smoking outside in the corridor or lift area or other rooms? Can't imagine this can happen at Hampton/Hilton.

Great design, awesome technology like robot room service. Breakfast was immense. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to railway station by DiDi. We had a good sized, well laid out corner room on level 8, non smoking room. Staff friendly and helpful. Used translator app to communicate which was easy. Slept well. Smoking in entrance was stinky and I feel for the staff working at reception with smoke all day. Lifts are slow, plan on waiting time. Used washing machine but it didn’t get out clothes clean. Not sure if it was user error or not.

This was second time stay at this hotel. Above average on all. Breakfast was good and front desk friendly.

We were welcome by Jia Jia (佳佳）upon arrival. She was very friendly & helpful. There were no available male staff during our check in, so Jia Jia even offered to help us to bring all our luggage to room. On our last day, we told her we will check out early in the morning. She immediately arrange packed breakfast for us without our request. Thank you Jia Jia for your kind hospitality. We definitely will come back to stay here because of you.

Best Hampton hotels that I stayed so far. Clean, spacious and well designed room. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious and offers many choices, both local and western. Excellent location near metro lines.

Great service, but the room temperature cannot be adjusted by the guests. Rooms are way too hot, not for people who are used to cold temperatures. The only way to cool the room is to open the windows which didn't help much and were noisy. .
