Excellent hotel, particularly for the service of its owners/managers, who answered all our questions, recommended and booked restaurants for us. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spotless. As others have noted, the location is spectacular (we had a view of the Castello Estense), close to all the main museums and historic sites. Very highly recommded.

Buen alojamiento en este 4 estrellas centrales, con habitaciones silenciosas en la hermosa ciudad de Ferrara. Disposición en cama cómoda, con ángulos de abundancia aunque la planta de la vivienda no es muy grande. Caja fuerte y equipada con caja fuerte y suficientes estampillas. A la esquina de la comida haces tú (cafe, té, azúcar) y frigorífico. Tal vez una tapa más, además de un tercer cojinete, no fallaría. Lo notamos cuando ya estabamos en la cama. Sin embargo, bueno el aire acondicionado en estos meses de invierno duros, al menos aquí. El personal cuidadoso y amable. Desayuno de buena calidad, con la posibilidad de un café o cappuccino expresado y incluido. Sala amplia con sofás y una amplia zona libre que le da a esta estructura recuerdos de Grand Hotel. Regresaría.

Hotel Best western palace inn Ferrara The hotel is located 25 minutes walking from the railway station and around 40 minutes walking from the center of the city.  There is a bus station nearby -bus nr. 6 will help you to reach the town, but is an easy pleasant path to follow to the town. Nearby there is a Lidl and Aldi supermarket. Just you exist the hotel there is a steakhouse, quite crowdy in the evening. The staff and the reception is very helpful. You will find a water machine that you can use for free to fill in your bottle. Coffee and tea will wait you in the room. The breakfast is very good. A lot of fruits, good coffee and a lot of sweets. A vegetarian also has options. The rooms are comfortable. If you do not mind the distance to the center then is definitely a good option.  On the way to the town you will find another steak house Wild west on the left- very close and on the right a all you can eat asiatic restaurant. Parking available at the hotel. Free wi Fi. City tax should be paid extra the room fee.

El hotel está situado en las afueras del centro de la ciudad, pero es muy conveniente si se viaja por coche. Para llegar al centro de la ciudad se necesita unos 15 minutos a pie. Bien para nosotros. La habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones, pero no estaba en buenas condiciones. El sistema de calefacción no funcionaba bien, pero afortunadamente la gente de la recepción envió a alguien para que lo reparara. Teníamos un poco de desconfort con algunos niños que estaban haciendo mucho ruido que hace imposible dormir. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Invertir un poco de dinero para renovarlo sería una idea fantástica!!!
