I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

Desde el primer contacto de la reserva, el personal del Symposium Hotel Post se encuentra fuera de su camino para ser útiles. En el hotel, el check-in fue muy suave y fácil, y me ayudó con mis maletas a la habitación. Empezó con que habíamos reservado un estacionamiento en el adelantado y, por supuesto, teníamos que pagarlo. El estacionamiento no estaba presente, había otro coche en él. Después de haber hablado con el hotel, tuvimos que ir al estacionamiento (en público) junto al hotel. Aquí nuestro coche fue aparcado por el personal del hotel. La llave nos volvimos a la habitación. Luego, el domingo de repente, a las 07.30 , el teléfono suenó. Mi marido y yo dormimos y nos dijeron que debíamos irnos de aquí porque el pareja que habíamos echado de vuelta a casa. Mi respuesta fue que no hemos aparcado el coche, sino el personal de su hotel y nos gustaría traer la llave para cambiarlo. Nos dijeron que ya estaba muy emocionado que nadie está allí para salir del coche y tenemos que llegar inmediatamente. Una eternidad para discutir con la recepción del hotel. Horrible! Domingo a las 7:30! Al final mi marido tuvo que vestirse, ir a la recepción, conducir el coche y hacerse tonta con los viajeros.

No se puede estar más cerca del lago, una hermosa vista. Se puede tomar su desayuno y todas las comidas en la muy bonita terraza ya que sirven casi en continuo. Un hotel con una increíble comodidad. Aquí se te reconoce. Muy grande habitación con escritorio separado. Baño muy limpio como en toda Austria con WC separado. Pantalla plana libres de disposición en grandes bibliotecas. La comida está en la altura de la excelente estación de otro lado la maestra de la casa escribió libros de cocina. Puede comer pescado del lago. El mapa está disponible en inglés. Desayuno muy copiado con buenas tortas de casa. Un poco un lugar de sueño con una hermosa vista sobre la pequeña ciudad de Gmunden pero tranquilo. Uno de nuestros mejores recuerdos de Austria. Tene 3 estrellas pero vale cuatro. Gracias a la familia Pernkopft.

I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

Desde el primer contacto de la reserva, el personal del Symposium Hotel Post se encuentra fuera de su camino para ser útiles. En el hotel, el check-in fue muy suave y fácil, y me ayudó con mis maletas a la habitación. La habitación en sí era hermosa y cómoda, así como una buena distancia de las escaleras, lo que ayuda a reducir el ruido. Empezó con que habíamos reservado un estacionamiento en el adelantado y, por supuesto, teníamos que pagarlo. El estacionamiento no estaba presente, había otro coche en él. Después de haber hablado con el hotel, tuvimos que ir al estacionamiento (en público) junto al hotel. Aquí nuestro coche fue aparcado por el personal del hotel. La llave nos volvimos a la habitación. Luego, el domingo de repente, a las 07.30 , el teléfono suenó. Mi marido y yo dormimos y nos dijeron que debíamos irnos de aquí porque el pareja que habíamos echado de vuelta a casa. Mi respuesta fue que no hemos aparcado el coche, sino el personal de su hotel y nos gustaría traer la llave para cambiarlo. Nos dijeron que ya estaba muy emocionado que nadie está allí para salir del coche y tenemos que llegar inmediatamente. Una eternidad para discutir con la recepción del hotel. Horrible! Domingo a las 7:30! Al final mi marido tuvo que vestirse, ir a la recepción, conducir el coche y hacerse tonta con los viajeros.
