Amazing experience at The Ramada hotel in Dubai. Just 1 min walk to the metro station and closer to restaurants and super markets. Staff is great and the amenities are amazing.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y cuenta con un personal atento. Muhammad ha sido una gran ayuda y nos ha saludado con un sonrisa cuando se ingresó y se salió. Teníamos un gran grupo y él estaba muy acomodando en tratar de conseguirnos todos en el mismo piso/torre. The apartment is very nice, I will not dispute that. It's spacious and clean and well maintained. But it is so far from everything. You have to walk maybe 10 minutes to get to the metro. And it takes ages to get to where anything is happening because you need to take into consideration that there is always traffic in Dubai. So to get to Mall of Emrirates by taxi it cost me 90 dirhams by uber and it took more than 30 mins. Normal taxi cost 70 dirhams. Its expensive. If you are coming to sight-see, this place is too far from everything. Plus, it's right next to the airport, so you can't leave the windows open unless you want to listen to the nonstop sound of planes taking off. If I were coming here for work, this might make sense. But for tourists, this is too far from anything. It's in Deira, yes, but not the vibrant part of Deira. It's in a huge parking lot area, so there is nothing to see outside except a lot of cars parked. Also, you do not have access to other floors unless you request it. So if you are a large party as we were, none of us could easily visit each other without our key card to get access to the floor. They said they would send an email with a scan that could be tapped using your phone, but we never received it. Internet was OK. There is a mall located about a 10-minute walk away (City Centre Mall), which has decent shops and restaurants. But again, it's all far from the hotel, and stepping out of the hotel, you are in a purely industrial sort of area. There is a great little cafe that opens 6am to 10pm daily across the road. They sell teas, good South Indian food, and drinks. There is also a supermarket across the road where you can get your necessities. Best to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge too, bc they don't wash any dishes you have used, and do not provide sponges nor detergent for washing dishes unless it's by machine (who's going to put 1 glass into a dishwasher?). As I mentioned, the place is perfect, with awesome staff. If only it could be transported to a different part of Dubai where there are things for tourists to do. Great staff. Extremely clean. My only problem is the location. Not particularly touristic.

Se actualizó a una gran suite con dos dormitorios y una sala de estar de forma gratuita. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen estándar con baños. Son muy bonitos y limpios. Hay desayuno todos los días y hay más gente. Cuatro botellas de agua gratuitas al día. El estacionamiento cuesta 15 AED por servicio de valet. Sin embargo, hay un gran estacionamiento social en la entrada del hotel. Preste atención a comprar una multa de estacionamiento y me multarán con 100 di por horas extra.

La atención incomparable, excelente, atentos y dispuestos todo el tiempo. Felicitaciones !!!! Los chicos del restaurante muy pendientes y siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos, intentamos dejar propina y no recibió, dice lo hace todo de corazón !!! Eso nos encantó. Extremadamente mala crítica. 1. Mala actitud de servicio. El hermano negro envió el equipaje a la habitación, pero no lo puso en el portaequipajes, esperando una propina. 2. El problema de la cerradura de la puerta es grave, lo cual es una pérdida de tiempo. Reservamos 2 habitaciones, y las cerraduras de las puertas de ambas habitaciones tenían problemas, al principio subimos y bajamos 3 veces y cambiamos la tarjeta 3 veces, luego nos encontramos que solo el mesero puede abrir la puerta, y no podemos entrar y salir normalmente. El tiempo de ida y vuelta hacia arriba y hacia abajo es de más de 20 minutos cada vez. 3. Hay sitios de construcción alrededor. 5. El televisor está atascado y no es práctico. Definitivamente no recomendado para qued****.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el hotel, los servicios son buenos, los servicios públicos son buenos, la habitación está limpia y ordenada y el servicio al cliente es muy útil. La experiencia general es buena. Seguramente recomendaremos este hotel a nuestros amigos. Manténgase al día y continúe con los mejores servicios.❤️ El precio también es justo😊

Excelente ubicación y un buen Starbucks con excelente ambiente está justo en frente. Muchos restaurantes asequibles cerca también. La habitación está bien; colores no tan sutiles dentro de la habitación y los muebles parecen viejos. El personal parece excelente y servicial.

Hola a todos Visité este fantástico lugar para unas vacaciones ubicado en el nombre de Deira como Carlton Palace Hotel. Éramos dúo Las habitaciones del hotel son muy amplias. El baño no es lo mejor. La piscina de la azotea es increíble. El gimnasio era grande y tenía todos los mejores equipos. Absolutamente me encantó El desayuno buffet era mejor que el de muchos otros hoteles de 5 estrellas, muy recomendable. Si estás en Dubai, asegúrate de alojarte en este increíble hotel de 5 estrellas.
